Their online booking option was inflexible and I needed assistance. I called the hotel's mainline and they indicated they'd page the restaurant and that they'd return my call the same day. That never happened. When paying at this price point for a restaurant, I do expect them to at least be available for a phone call. Thankfully, we saw the other negative reviews and concluded that this kind of service would not satisfy us and canceled. We'll take our business elsewhere, as it would seem they've no need for it.

Back downstairs for the show and I've gotta give their staff props, they did a great job sweeping through the crowd and picking up empty drinks throughout the night. My drink was actually really good, it was refreshing, not too sweet or strong at all. I just wish there would be more variety.
