First off I loved going to the Jimmy's Egg in Moore and was visiting family so we came to this location. They were friendly while we were greeted and we were seated right away. Our server was nice but a little pushy (about the drinks and prices). Also the wait staff and kitchen staff started shouting at each other over an order loudly in the open kitchen and that was super awkward. A lot of people seemed put off by it. Now for the food. The iced coffees were delicious but the entrees took a very long time and my queso carnita skillet was cold and didn't taste freshly made, like the eggs and hashbrowns weren't cooked to order. My sister did enjoy her waffle and the kids meals seemed fine so maybe I should've ordered something different. Hopefully if we return they have a better day.

None of the kiosks in the stalls seem to work like they should. For over a year there was one stall that won't accept credit cards, and now most of them are turned off, in permanent reboot stage, or fail to function after pressing the red button. This means you either have to pay cash or give them your credit card to run inside. Why won't the owner spend money to fix these issues? Because he is cheap.

On a serious note: This place will get your order right less than 50% of the time. The food is... well, Burger King. The employees are rarely the same ones from visit to visit (fast food place after all). Usually, they are friendly. That speaks to the manager's guidance. The order accuracy is disgraceful. That too, unfortunately, speaks to the managers guidance. I suggest going to another location.
