My boyfriend and I were craving some sushi so we decided to get some from Kisoro. Their rolls were pretty good! They arrived warm and tasted fresh. Our favorite roll was the dynamite roll, the mix of cream cheese and crab meat was delicious. I would recommend Kisoro for takeout for sure. I have driven through their premises and it is a small place with no parking lot so I would definitely prefer takeout. They do amazing at making sure your food arrives as if you were at the restaurant for sure.

Finally a place with Takoyaki that doesn't require going to Boston or somewhere else further out! I told my friend about my Takoyaki cravings and she said Kisoro has them so I had to try. I would recommend adding Japanese mayo--I had received my bag and left without knowing. Will be coming back when I have cravings. Forgive the looks because it got squished during transport--the volcano roll was yummy! Crispy and tasty. Continuing my takeout adventures: brought this out to a lake and enjoyed it with the view of the sunset.

Finally! It's about time we had a place that had Japanese chicken teriyaki where it's made to order in front of you. I've been waiting for this place to open since I noticed the sign over a year ago. No more just having it only when at Solomon Pond. Yay. Haha. So along with the Chicken Teriyaki, we also got the Spicy Tuna Sushi Burrito, a Black Dragon Roll and Miso soup. The chicken teriyaki tasted just as good and did not disappoint. The portions are generous, with the chicken pieces being moist and cooked just right but I wish there was more veggies. What I enjoyed most was the sushi burrito which was mM tasty! The pickled yellow radish just added the perfect crunch to the combination. The sushi roll was okay, not bad but not the best and the miso soup was our least favorite, it was a bit bland and needed more flavor. I understand they just opened last week and will have to give these items another try. Service was great, everyone behind the counter was super friendly. The interior is nice and clean with about 5 tables which is a decent size for an express/takeout joint. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick, cheap and satisfying meal. We'll definitely be back for more chicken teriyaki (they also have shrimp or beef as well) and to try the other sushi burritos options!

This place was really good. I was kind of confused as to what kind of Asian feel they were going for. My chicken and beef teriyaki dish was almost like a hibachi style which to me is Japanese but it came with duck sauce which to me is more Chinese. It was all very good either way. And, I got a side of their spicy Mayo which I wish I got 2 sides of it because 1 wasn't enough for me. Also, my only complaint was how greasy the food was. I normally don't find Asian dishes greasy and this was very. But it was very good and I would definitely get food from them again.

If you're craving sushi I say go here! The prices are really affordable, good quality and really yummy ;) we got the salmon burrito, black dragon roll, Kano salad and chicken teriyaki. Wanted to try a little bit of everything, besides the fact that the kani salad was just a bit undressed it's was really good! I would 100% recommend this place! And I will be craving it too!

My sister and I found this gem of a sushi place when we were looking for lunch places! This place is affordable for the amount of food they offer along with quality. It's sad that it's hidden in such a random, uncommon area that it probably is often missed. Highly recommended!

Great option to have in Worcester, especially if you want sushi burritos or the Japanese meals they tend to have at the malls. The wait took a little bit, but the food tasted great. Price is OK. My only recommendation would be that the sushi burritos be more make-your-own, and allow customers to customize their burritos like they do at chipotle or other sushi burrito places out in the Boston area.

FISH IS SO FRESH! Definitely will be coming back, the burrito is amazingly good, chicken & shrimp teriyaki combo was just like the one @ Sarku Japan. I'm impressed. Love that it's so close by. The seaweed salad is such a good portion for just 2.99. Will be coming back to have more. Easy pick up if you don't have time to sit in. Will be recommending this place to friends & family!

Sawa had a decent Yelp rating (and was essentially the only place we could walk to), so we decided to give it a try. It has a large bar, traditional table seating and Hibachi steakhouse style seating, it's a fairly large place. It also projects a traditional Japanese Steakhouse vibe. Since we were dining at an off time, there was only one other patron in view. They have an expansive Asian menu and we ordered: Salmon Dinner - 5pcs of salmon sushi & spicy salmon roll (with salad) Asian Fried Rice with Chicken Scallion Pancake Gyoza -Japanese pan fried pork dumpling 2 Green Tea Total with Tip: $78 How expansive is the menu? If you search for Salmon on their online menu, you get 47 hits! Service was good, then again we were essentially on our own. The Salmon was good, not the best I've ever had, but tasty. The Fried Rice was also tasty, but very salty. The Scallion Pancakes were crispy and nicely cooked, we really liked these. And the Gyoza was very tasty, but should have been crisper. Overall, a very enjoyable "Linner" and a 4-star dining experience. I would return here if in the area.

Low lighting inside but it fit the vibe well. I got the Hibachi Lunch w/Chicken. Presentation was good and the chicken was well cooked. The side salad was drowning in dressing and the sauce on the lunch was a bit too salty for my liking. My friends got General Tso's Chicken and Beef Teriyaki which they said was made to perfection (not pictured).

I came here with my family along with 2 other families since they were doing specials B1G1 50% off hibachi. - service was decent, we were the only table for hibachi. - tables and plates were sticky, it was stuck to the table. - I rarely eat here since I have little kids and takeout is more convenient. We ordered a few items and 6 hibachi and 1 kids meal. For the kids meal we didn't order a drink but they kept pushing us to order a drink for the deal. It didn't make sense since we were okay with the child being only 4 to have her meal not be part of the promotion. In the end, the promotion was not fully honored. They used the kids meal as the 1/2 off and refused to let us split the check between the three families. Coupon will not be honored if split.. dumb excuse. It was an excuse so that we can't get a discount for the reg hibachi. If you're not going to honor it right, you should not promote it. After years of coming here, we will not be back again.

We were surprised how busy it was considering it was only 5:15 pm on a weekday. Everyone was in the front room which includes the bar, some tables and a sushi counter. We were quickly seated, adjacent to the bar, as all the tables against the wall (read that as incrementally further from the bar) were taken. Our pleasant waiter arrived promptly, and took our order. We selected: * Gyoza (6 pieces): Pan fried or steamed pork dumpling $7.50 * Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp with Fried Rice $25.00 * Sake Don (7 pieces) Salmon sashimi over a bed of sushi rice $15 Soup and salads arrived immediately, and were fine, standard fare. The fried Gyoza was very tasty and quite light. The Sake Don was good, the salmon was a little thin, there was a nice amount of roe added and a huge amount of rice. But the Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp was terrible. The proteins were tough and dry, the rice was much too salty and also dry, it was a very unappealing dish. My co-diner commented that the venue looked tired, the table felt sticky (the plastic menu was difficult for the waiter to retrieve from the table as it was stuck to it), and it was very noisy. She commented that we should never return.

Once they announce it, you need to call immediately or get shut out. My observation about the place itself. The U shaped bar is gigantic for the space. It's a bar-bar too not like a sushi counter. This seems to draw a crowd of local drinkers rather than the normal sushi crowd. You feel like you walked into a sports bar. The place was really loud and it was hard to hear the chef explaining everything. Once seated... it's the chefs carving the tuna off to the side. There were 2 bar tenders making drinks and like 3 chefs cutting tuna.... other than that, no waitstaff. Which is really odd. You have to grab the manager who was running around helping to get your Wasabi refilled. Not to mention they gave zero place settings for about 8 of us, until we asked. The bar tenders seemed to pass over my empty drink until I asked for a refill too. It's a more chaotic event than I would have liked for $120 per person. It also takes time to carve the tuna so if you arrive hungry be prepared to not get your first tiny bite until 45 minutes after the start. The star was Chef Timmy. Honestly he was awesome. The tuna.... so good. You end to with only 3 pieces of Nigiri which was a little disappointing but the sashimi part was unlimited. Of course you have to take your plate up and ask for some. They only put about 6 small pieces of the various cuts per trip. I think I went up 5 times for sashimi alone. The tuna handrolls you can make yourself or ask the chef nicely. Those were really good. Probably best I ever had because it's so fresh. There is a limited amount of the highly prized (and highly priced) Kamatoro, but you can experience it here as it's included in the experience. That's a hard cut to find. The finale was a shot of tuna spinal fluid. My first time with that but it's not bad. You're probably looking at $150 per person unless you order alcohol than it's alot more. The fresh cut tuna is amazing. I'm glad I did it. The chaos and the setting made it less than ideal. I don't think I would go again to this location for it. One and done. It's a bit weird that you're paying $120 for this and you're still intermingled with local patrons just there to grab some beers after work and watch the game. Because of the massive bar it is impossible to create a space secluded to do it. They also should have a roaming waiter at least taking care of the 30 people who came for this experience.
