The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

Within hours of me filling out the Yelp form, they were in my home, and by that afternoon they sent a quote and we scheduled a date. All communications - details, appointment confirmation/reminder, arrival - were communicated clearly and timely basis via Yelp and text. Susana inquired if there were any specific cleaning products I liked, and used those I requested for the floors and stainless steel. On cleaning day they arrived equipped with all tools and supplies. Their crew of 4 total spent 6-1/2 hours cleaning my house. There was a kitchen specialist and a bathroom specialist, with the other two going room-by-room to the other areas of the house. The outcome was wonderful. It felt as if the bathrooms were detailed by hand and the kitchen feels brand new! All other areas of the home were detailed as well, with all surfaces being cleaned. Also, the house smelled great. It was a treat to have this team do in a day what I usually do over many weeks! I can't recommend this team enough. I called at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon and left a message on his emergency number. The alarm went off on our ejector pump and had stopped working. He called right back and said he would check if he had one in his warehouse. He called back and said he didn't and would pick one up in the morning and come over. He arrived at 9:30 am. He had it replaced in 2 hrs. He was prompt, clean, pleasant and knowledgeable. Wore a mask and entered through our downstairs door. Explained what to do if the alarm went off again. Also. very reasonable. If we have future plumbing problems, I would definitely use him again.

Event 1. fluid appeared in a light fixture and slowly…read moreaccumulated over a number of hours becoming eventually identifiable as water - as opposed to oil such as from electrical component. We phoned the Turnbaugh business who we had used previously upon recommendation of a sewer contractor. The first rep arrived shortly but wanted to cut a hole in the ceiling - even without much investigation. So we objected and another technician was directed to our location. He did some investigation but was unable to locate the source of the leak. In the meantime, water was filling our light fixture so that I felt it necessary to drill a drain hole to avoid pulling the fixture from the ceiling. This removed some urgency from plumber's services but the leak was still unsolved so we waited 1-2 hours until James became freed from another job. When he arrived he used his hearing and certain tools to help locate the source of the water leak - a big job since our residence has the plumbing divided between apartments each inaccessible from the other. What he found was TWO leaks, one in our bath (a very slow one in the form of a fine spray - like a previously repaired one ) and a second one running from the adjacent apartment! To reveal our leak it became necessary to cut into the wall or floor. By selecting the floor under a cabinet, James was able to access the leak without causing damages requiring expensive repairs. Both were repaired to our satisfaction and we were not billed for all the work until sufficient time elapsed to prove the permanence of his work. :-) Event 2. We needed to replace our 15-year old water heater not because of water leaking but because of unreliable temperature control. The space available for the heater was small but he found a suitably-sized heater with modern controller and improved efficiency thru better insulation. I might have been able to do the job myself but the piping was all solid (no flex pipe used; by my preference) - beyond my capability to do. So, multiple cheers for Turnbaugh - and two BIG CHEERS for the Turnbaugh Team's latest services!

So he comes and charges $99. And it would go towards the repair if decided to move forward. He comes and takes about 5-10 minutes and tells me it is the igniter and it would be $347. for total. I already had done my research and know that the part is $35 and I could pickup from a local appliance part store in Montgomery County. Or order directly from Whirlpool for under $50. So when I asked him how much is the part, He said $149. Then I asked him if he had the igniter already or would he have to order it? He said he's prepared & has it in his box. I had then asked him to see what it looked like. That's when he tells me " I cannot show that to you, I have already told you too much information about it." That's when I put an end to it. I will not put up with shady business people, businesses allowing this. I paid the $99. As first agreed and told him to get out of my house. He is an older man that needs to realize that people ( no matter the gender or race of their clients, potential and now-Never). Do not assume that the general public do not research before they reach out to you from online!!!!! The only good thing I will add: The early on communicating about eta arrival. That is the only thing he was good about. And he used my paper towel on the counter, and left the dirty used ones on my counter. The nerve! I would have NO stars, if allowed. There was an exhaust fan on top of the 2 story garage and i had planned to have him put in a replacement. However, he called me to say that the fan really did not serve any purpose. He said he was putting ridge vents in the roof that would provide ventilation. So i didn't need to buy the fan. That was a real relief to me. He was prompt in communicating with me. His crew left my property in great condition and they were diligent in picking up loose nails. I will definitely call him again.
