First clue - it sounds like a freight train, which I asked about. He used the wrong square footage and installed a unit TOO BIG for our ductwork. His contract stated 10 years part and labor but we had to replace a coil (Oct 2025) and $1500 later... system is not working again (Aug 2026). 3 companies recently came out and ALL agreed that the system is too big and NOT WORKING. NOW we need a NEW system. I am reporting him to BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL OF PA. Shame on him. Don't fall for his old school blah blah blah. Terrible. I am sure he will have a great response.
