Unfortunately, the unit had a major leak and was very old. They did not try to sell me anything or push expensive products. But they did provide us with information and a quote for a new a/c unit and furnace same day. The next day I was in touch with them about what we wanted, and honestly, I expected when scheduling install that it would probably be at least a week till they could get to us as it was warm and we were just getting ready to go into a forecasted heat wave. Tucker tried to get us on the schedule next day (Thursday) or Friday but they were booked. However, he had us scheduled for first thing the following Monday. The crew arrived at 8am Monday morning, worked tirelessly and had the a/c and furnace installed and cool air coming out of the vents by 2pm. They cleaned up and you couldn't even tell that they had been there!!

He had previously put down a security deposit on one of their properties, and I was simply there to pick up the check because the property was not ready. I was told beforehand to bring my ID, which I did. When I arrived, I was then asked to have a picture taken of my driver's license. I was uncomfortable with having my full license information, including my driver's license number, photographed, and I explained that. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the interaction quickly became confrontational. The person I spoke with on the phone was disrespectful and spoke to me in a way that I felt was completely unnecessary for a simple check pickup. I was even told, in a very rude manner, that I could "go get my freaking brother." I understand businesses have procedures they need to follow, but there is a professional way to communicate those procedures with people. I came in respectfully and expected the same treatment in return. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I'm leaving this review because customer service matters, and I hope management takes situations like this seriously and makes sure customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

I don't recall why I was even messing with it, but we grabbed the first listing that came up and called them. It was Saturday night around 11. The technician called us from the road and suggested that it might be that blown fuse, but I don't really know anything about HVAC machinery and told him to come on out. It probably took him longer to walk from his truck to our front door than it did to diagnose and fix the problem - blown fuse!! At any rate he was a pleasant fellow - just wish I could recall his name - and we've had zero problems with the furnace ever since.
