I believe we asked them for an impossibility to have a new shower/tub combo in the house in a matter of a week and they DELIVERED!! Pulling out the old shower/tub was no easy task and they made it look easy!! They were very professional laying down cardboard and blankets as to not make a mess when pulling everything out and even cleaned up the area as best they could before leaving. Before they left, they checked to make sure the water was back on and that we could use the shower/tub when it was time from the caulk drying. Even called to check in with us and make sure everything was to our liking afterwards!! Highly recommend them! Very professional, great follow through and unbelievably easy to work with!!! They left holes in my wall, opened the old heater system and left that opened only to find my cat (registered ESA) hanging out of it as soon as the employee had walked out of my room! The quality of the Mitsubishi mini splits are terrible. During the winter, tenants HAVE to rely on electric space heaters due to our systems failing. I am thorough about reading the owners. I worked directly with Jerred and he was amazing! He came out (On Labor Day!!!) and 100% saved me. It was warm, and I had a bunch of family in town for the holidays and an extremely hot house wasn't going to work for me. I called Holtzople around 10 am, they answered the phone live (only company I could find that didn't go to VM) and Jerred was out within a few hours. He was very informative and quick (which was important because, no offense to Jerred, I prefer to spend the holiday with my family instead of him) and didn't even charge extra because it was a holiday. Turns out I had a contactor that went bad (he showed it to me... it was literally burnt at the top) and was a pretty quick and easy fix. I am VERY happy with the customer service, pricing and speed of service. If you have an issue (especially on a holiday) make sure to call Holtzople and ask for Jerred!
