Also, found frosted lines after oriface on outdoor unit for the refrigerant on heat pump. Frosting occurring on outdoor coils as well. Unit is also vibrating because it is not level. If the unit is tilted towards levelness the sound goes away. If the base pad is not replaced and secured level the outdoor unit will eventually have major problems. The refrigerant needs addressed due to the frost at the orifice.

When my AC went out this summer, they came and fixed it within 2 business days. If you have the time and can fix it yourself, you should. Otherwise, get a pro and realize that you are not just paying for their time and equipment, but also their knowledge and experience, which will save you time and sometimes also save you money in the long run.

I worked directly with Jerred and he was amazing! He came out (On Labor Day!!!) and 100% saved me. It was warm, and I had a bunch of family in town for the holidays and an extremely hot house wasn't going to work for me. I called Holtzople around 10 am, they answered the phone live (only company I could find that didn't go to VM) and Jerred was out within a few hours. He was very informative and quick (which was important because, no offense to Jerred, I prefer to spend the holiday with my family instead of him) and didn't even charge extra because it was a holiday. Turns out I had a contactor that went bad (he showed it to me... it was literally burnt at the top) and was a pretty quick and easy fix.
