Pulling out the old shower/tub was no easy task and they made it look easy!! They were very professional laying down cardboard and blankets as to not make a mess when pulling everything out and even cleaned up the area as best they could before leaving. Before they left, they checked to make sure the water was back on and that we could use the shower/tub when it was time from the caulk drying. Even called to check in with us and make sure everything was to our liking afterwards!! Highly recommend them! Very professional, great follow through and unbelievably easy to work with!!! His whole visit was about 45 minutes. I have no problem with him or his work. Just the shock of paying $207. When I said I was not expecting it would cost that much, he explained that his truck and inventory costs a lot. He charged $69 diagnostic and $138 to spray the wheel with my hose that took all of 5 minutes. So my advice to you, if you call Baird, don't be shocked when you see how much it will cost you!

I worked directly with Jerred and he was amazing! He came out (On Labor Day!!!) and 100% saved me. It was warm, and I had a bunch of family in town for the holidays and an extremely hot house wasn't going to work for me. I called Holtzople around 10 am, they answered the phone live (only company I could find that didn't go to VM) and Jerred was out within a few hours. He was very informative and quick (which was important because, no offense to Jerred, I prefer to spend the holiday with my family instead of him) and didn't even charge extra because it was a holiday.
