He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was his honesty. He explained that some of the equipment could likely be limped along for a few more years and presented that as a completely valid option. There was no pressure to replace anything. In the end, I chose to replace everything because I wanted the peace of mind that comes with quality, newer equipment. The installation team (of which Ryan was a member) was fast, professional, and did excellent work. They replaced everything efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and we haven't had a single issue since. DeRose talks about honesty, quality workmanship, and building relationships with their customers, and our experience reflected exactly that. It's clear Ryan and his team take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing company.

In addition, they showed me how to set the pilot on my gas fireplace (no charge) and walked me through all of the equipment features and what to do if there was an issue. To date (6 months later) everything is working and I am satisfied the company and crew understood what to do from start to finish.

During the last PM, their technician jammed the filter in, causing it to catch on the fan - AC stopped working. This could have damaged the unit.
