The filter sheet metal housing was bent and damaged and the only people replacing the filters was Klings for the past 19 years. Maybe they should check their records more throughly. During the last PM, their technician jammed the filter in, causing it to catch on the fan - AC stopped working. This could have damaged the unit. Maybe the technician should have fixed the problem first and I wouldn't be blamed for the damage. Find another company to use.
