He's always been into gold watches and shiny items. I will say that Macy's needs to hire more cashiers--the wait for customer service was about 15 minutes, as there weren't enough clerks available to help. On the positive side, they do size watches on-site and offer warranties that are worth purchasing. You also earn rewards for shopping at Macy's, and they always seem to have deals going on, which makes it worth stopping by. You definitely get your money worth!

The clothing racks are clean and organized as are the merchandise shelves. The selection of products spans a broad spectrum from casual and playful, to formal and upscale. Last September we were faced with an unexpected death of a young niece. I was faced with many challenges to overcome in a short span of time. I immediately went to my walk in closet looking for an appropriate suits and other dress clothing to wear during four days of greeting friends, neighbors and relatives who would be arriving from locations within Arizona, many other States and Countries. There would be Mortuary visitation, a Rosary, Funeral Mass, a Post Mass Luncheon, Private Family Internment at the Cemetery in 125 degree weather. I had lost over 100 lbs since moving to Albuquerque 4 Years earlier. Time to head to Nordstrom Rack with quit a long shopping list. I needed two suits, two sport coats, two pair of dress slacks, four pair of dress socks, two pair of shoes and two belts. I knew that I would be able to find everything with one stop shopping at a very wallet friendly budget. Two hours later we were back home with a heavy weight lifted off my shoulders. A very personable and attentive young lady approached me as I entered the Men's clothing department. She cheerfully offered, "Please allow me to set up one of our larger Men's dressing rooms for you. I will I'll also bring you a rolling rack to hang all of your clothing selections on so you can take everything with you in one trip. My name is Cheryl, should you need anything else don't hesitate to ask. If you don't readily see me please ask another associate to page me and I will be with you within two minutes." Upon arriving at the dressing there was a small table with bottled cold water, crackers and cheese and napkins. Within two days the store manager received a hand written letter stating what an example of true customer service had taken place in Nordstrom Rack from a Team Member who was a true Shining Star.

Not all Walmarts are alike: this one closes at 9 pm!!…read more Still understaffed. Their pens and highlighters are behind a locked glass display kit with the handy-dandy Press for Associate sign. It worked -- eventually. The sign: 12 minute wait. Pressed it twice. Then another customer came by. And he pressed it too. I called the store front desk just to let it ring till we got the recorded "experiencing longer wait times. Please try again later". Thankfully Thomas came by at the 12" mark and got us our desired pens.

The cashier that I had charged me for something I didn't want and luckily I noticed so we were able to take care of it right then and there but she seemed to be struggling.

They have GREAT discounts weekly and they hook you in for more shopping in the future by giving you Kohl's Cash which is also amazing. The quality of the clothing is good and they have sone well known celebrity designer brands--Vera Wang, Jennifer Lopez... The lines are usually long and there have only been 2 registers open at the area I was in at the times I have been here in the past. The cashiers are nice and always ask if I want to apply for a Kohl's credit card (which gives you an additional 30% off your purchase). I'm not in to department store credit cards, but if you do have you, there are events where you get additional savings on top of all the other discounts. My mother-in-law purchased a pair of capri pants and only ended up paying $4 for them. Seems like great savings to me.

And security guy said no, not really, but it's our policy for right now because we're so shorthanded. the store was not even busy but the lines were long and the Customer Service nonexistent. Had to open the door with my hands, no hand sanitizer anywhere in sight. So I ventured up the escalators...could not touch the rails cause they looked like they hadn't been cleaned. While I was upstairs only one individual man asked if I was finding everything ok. Wasn't going to complain to him. So I looked around and started to leave. Remember No sanitizer anywhere again, the girl whom was supposed to keep count was still talking to the other two employees. I had already been in the store 20 minutes. The glass and the handles on the doors were disgusting going out! I don't know what they are doing by not having someone clean up after customers leave and come. Their health and ours is at stake here! I will not be going back to Macy's anytime in the near future.
