It's not Coronado Center that I am recommending. It is a business within the Center. It's called "Garage." Went to get a gift card for my great niece. The staff was delightful. It is certainly attractive to female teenagers. Very cute clothing for the age group. Decided to get a gift card instead of choosing an outfit. Made it so easy. read more

Ok I love coming to the mall-- it sounds very high school but it's so fun to just walk up and down and get some extra exercise in the AC when it's really hot outside. My Albuquerque friend, her two kids, and I ended up coming to the Coronado Center, a large enough shopping mall because the Tramway was closed for maintenance that day. I guess it was bound to happen with the winter warnings and all that near Tijeras. The mall itself wasn't too large, since we could walk from the parking lot entrance where Barnes & Noble was to the opposite side to the other side, where Round 1 Bowling & Arcade center was. We ended up at the arcade center because we needed something to do, and the kids needed to be entertained. Along the way, though, we were entertained by the amount of merchants and restaurants we passed. The the mall really has a mixture of upscale and working family merchants that would appease anybody and everybody who comes here to shop and dine, and also being entertained at the same time. The Coronado Center itself had a lot of walking space for large crowds or just being cramped in a small space could not be good. The mall itself was clean and definitely spotless for sure. We spent about three hours here, majority of which it was at the arcade and bowling alley. I got bored after a while because the kids wanted to play a certain game and my friend and I watch them for about an hour and a half. It got boring real fast, but I have a good friend, I stayed around just because nothing really better to do anyway. The other place that I went to was the Barnes & Noble bookstore on site, because I saw they had a Starbucks inside the store and I wanted something to drink. For the most part, though, it was a nice mall to hang out in for the afternoon into the early evening. My only regret was that I did not look at the food court so I could have picked up dinner here instead of searching elsewhere. Oh well, it is what it is. What can you do? I'm pretty sure that this place is where my friend takes her kids on a regular basis, because apparently they're familiar with it and I am just a tourist. The over experience here at the Coronado center in Albuquerque, New Mexico was decent and good. It was not what I would really want to do on my travels here to Albuquerque, but the weather had other plans that day. The Coronado Center is a typical mall with a lot of stores that could just be the place in Central Albuquerque to just chill and enjoy life because this is the place to be, among other places that you could be anyway in the city. I don't know if they have a movie theater here since I could have suggested it to my friend at the time, but I didn't seem like that was a thing to do at the time. Oh well, it is what it is. I particularly enjoyed getting my drink from the Starbucks at Barnes & Noble because I did not have my daily Starbucks fix of the day at that point of the day. I really enjoyed arcade and stuff as a kid in the 90s, but as an adult is not really interesting anymore, especially with the outdated games. And so, if you love shopping and in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area, consider coming to the Coronado center. They just might have everything you need, especially with fashion and basic daily needs are met here. Along with various restaurants at your disposal, you can literally be here the entire day, shopping and stuff, while taking breaks for your meals. I'm sure a lot of people do that. Pretty crazy but they do. The Coronado center here in Beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico is located at 6600 Menaul NE. Many of the major retailers here accept major credit cards as well as cash. I'm sure they have restrooms here because I've used them twice during my stay here. As far as parking goes, they have an excellent amount of parking here for you to park here and make a day trip out of it. Best bet would be to come here early to find the one best parking spot that you're looking for, so you don't have to walk too far with your stuff back to your car. I'm not sure if Albuquerque's public transportation system is working or not, but best bet is to check if they do stop here or near here. For myself, though, I was that my friend took me here in her personal vehicle, and after all the excitement I had at the Coronado center, I was dropped off at my hotel for the evening. Shopping malls like this has something for everybody and anybody who wishes to come here. It's sad that I did not think about movie theater, so I could watch the newest feature film instead of watching my friends kids play at the arcade. but what can you do really? If my future travels make me come back here, I will check for a movie theater beforehand. And so, if you like shopping malls as much as the next person, consider coming to this shopping center in the heart of Albuquerque, New Mexico. My Opinion is it's a destination Shopping Center for Albuquerque. Plenty of options to choose from and plenty of parking. It's kept nice and clean, which makes it even more inviting. It's in a good location and easy access off the freeway, really both ways. It's also close to a major Medical Center which makes it easy to get two things done at once. read more

This has been our go to since we moved here. There are plenty of the mall staples: Hot Topic, Bed, Bath & Body Works, etc. Multiple chain jewelry stores, sporting goods, food court with familiar names & anchor stores consisting of Macy's, Kohl's & Penny's.. Attached to the mall are eateries like Fogo d'Chao, Cheesecake Factory and Fuddrucker's. The center aisles are filled with various kiosks selling perfume to massages to tennis shoe shines. For those who like to shop small there is a nice selection of locally established shops. Coronado has frequent special events. This weekend it was a collectibles show. Besides the selection of shop I noted a minimal number of unleased store spaces. Definitely a great place to shop, there's very little they don't have here. read more

Huge mall with lots of good stores. Very clean and looks new. It's a great people watching and exercise spot. When it's freezing cold in New Mexico, you can only go indoors and the mall is the perfect place. New stores are opening all the time, so will definitely return! read more

I love that the Coronado Center keeps bringing in new, quality stores like Lolli and Pops and the Escape Room! It's really exciting to see that See's Candy is back too! Everything is kept super clean and they keep a careful balance between nostalgia as well as fresh new options. Sunglasses hut will offer you 50% days off warranty on shades however if you lose them, you get no refund and would have spent extra money for no reason. On top of that they said "how can we refund if you have nothing to bring back" after you spend a the full price for glasses in the first place. Coronado Center has signs posted outside every entrance that are very well written and that state clearly their intention to enforce New Mexico's face mask requirements. However, inside the mall, dozens of customers as well as merchants sport uncovered faces. While I was doing business at one of the storefronts, three people walked in, one masked and two unmasked. I asked the employee who was helping me if they allow customers to enter the store without facemasks. He said, "We ask them to wear a mask, but that's all we can do." He did not say anything to the 2 unmasked customers. I definitely will not continue shopping in this mall. read more

Can't go wrong with the good old mall! A lot of people under rate it because they think it's expensive. I feel differently. If you always get bargains, how can it be expensive ;) through the years probably been in just about every store in it. I love the food court the most. I also love the stores that have jewelry. What can you expect from the one mall in town? (Winrock is coming up but is not quite shopper ready) Walking through this mall is mayhem unless you are there right at 10am. The flow is really uncomfortable to be honest, most folks don't understand traffic patterns or just don't care to walk on the right side. If the mall somehow reminded people of that simple courtesy I know my family and I would enjoy shopping here more. Furthermore, people love to walk right on your heels. I know nothing can really be done about this so im not gonna harp to loud on the fact. Improving it somehow would improve sales all around because folks could actually get to where they want without being 'tailgated', as my fiance calls it. The food court is a highlight of Coronado with a Johnny Rockets which takes me back to high school and a really delicious Chinese food place called Hawaiian Grill. They offer a 2 entree plate for under 6 bucks, best deal in the court. The most munch for your money by far. Chipotle recently set up shop and you can wash it all down with some ice cream at Dairy Queen or frozen yogurt at Kiva Juice. We spend a lot of time and money here mainly because there are not a lot of other options. I can't complain about it too hard there are some things I would like to see improved upon but those are somewhat out of the Management's control, somewhat. This mall continues to remove businesses that customers love to shop at and go to the mall for these shops specifically. My son has been saving his money for a couple weeks to come and buy Pokémon cards from the kiosk in front of the Zummiez but we were just informed that they will no longer be in the mall after this month after trying to resign their lease. This is honestly ridiculous as this kiosk is the main reason we would shop at Coronado. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. read more

Coronado center albq nm I went in to the windows ..blinds department on May 23rd I purchased from Cynthia 6 custom made bali blinds using my card. The price came to above $1000 so a substantial purchase in my book At the time was told estimated delivery June 15th I received call June 15thdelayed to ship date June 24th Received another call now back ordered will be shipped 7 21 today. Every time I call icannot get thru to a person Cynthia gave me card with ext but phone is never answered My only recourse is to go there which for me is very very inconvenient. I went to this Panda Express because it had the best rating of all other Panda Express establishments in Albuquerque. I was not disappointed. Today, there were two young men plating and one lady (supervisor) checking. The young men did a super fast job of plating and they were very professional and courteous. I dare not say anything about the female. All I can say is, She is in the wrong line of work. The young men kept the plating line super clean. Nice job guys. read more

There are a handful of malls in Albuquerque. They are all pretty much the same to me. Things I enjoy about Coronado Mall are the food choices including anything HOT & NEW such as Dapper Doughtnuts, as well as the Boba Tea that is located at one of the main entrances and of course The Cheesecake Factory. I also love Lucky Paws! Gives me a chance to see the Pups & Kitties that are up for adoption. I'm not much of a shopper so I am happy there are other things here at this mall that interest me! I also enjoy Lolli & Pops, See's Candies, and walking through the Kitchen Gadget areas in each of the bigger stores such as Kohls. Every major store is here in Coronado Mall so I'm sure you can find exactly what your looking for! I came in to replace a wallet, I wasn't met with any customer service. The cashier was standing around speaking with one another and was not greeted when i came into the store. As I was browsing the store I purchases a couple of items. When I went to purchase my items, no employee asked nor helped me with my items. I was met with no greeting as I checked and felt rushed to leave the store. I don't not recommend this as a place to shop for your skater needs or apparel, go somewhere else, there are better stores with much more quality customer service. read more

There is variety of stores here. Seems to be the spot to go to on Saturday afternoon, no one is buying, everyone eating. The salespeople in the stores aren't very customer service oriented, meaning they don't speak or offer assistance. I find that bad. At least make a person feel welcomed in your store. read more

If you need to get some shopping done, this is the mall to come to. This mall is expanding from all corners, great new stores, new food stops, & fun kiosks. They have also remodeled quite a bit, keeping it up to date. Not to mention, they have a bowling/gaming area for some family fun. This isn't such a bad mall. Granted the food court could improve, and the lay out could be better. This is why: I walked up a flight of stairs, that also had a flight of stairs in a v shaped. I walked a bit, and was suddenly at the end of the mall. Weird, and the other weird thing was I couldn't figure out how to get to the other part of the mall. I'm not sure it walks all the way to the other end. Oh, I like the fact that Kohl's is in a mall. That pleased me. I was short on underwear during this trip, and I ended up being there during a sale, and bought a R and R outfit, for about half. Plus, I got Kohl's cash. If I hadn't looked ahead of me, I'd not had seen those pretty white letters: KOHLS. There's a Barnes and Noble with no door attachment to the mall. There's a Sephoras, which isn't magical to me, cause I've been going to those in Kansas city for years. And I love Sephora's. I like this mall. I got some Minnetonka moc boots for about 1/3rd of what they cost in Santa Fe, and the store I bought them at was an athletic shoe store. I love them, and that's not something they carry much of in Kansas City. AND, the guy at the shoe store, clued me in on where to buy a drum in Old Town. So, by going to Coronado Center..(Center? It's a mall, I don't like it when they call malls Center, we have a Center also)...I replaced a loved dilapidated book. Bought some moc boots, and bought underwear and an outfit. I'm going back to buy a t-shirt I saw for my son, who likes snowboarding. It's a pretty cool mall. Needs better food though. read more

One stop shop with a little something for everyone. Lots of fine dining options from the Cheesecake Factory, Blaze Pizza, Rusty Taco, Fuddruckers, Round 1, and the food court offering a nice selection for everyone. I really like that even though so many stores have come and gone at this mall the place hardly sees any vacancies. Round 1 is one of the most recent additions offering family fun entertainment for everyone with a full bowling alley, and a bar for the adults! There is also a VR gaming place not too far from the place as well as a small nerf dart shooting range. This mall also has a pet adoption center which isn't what you typically expect at a mall. The walkways and design are quite nice and welcoming. Some days it can get very busy but you never feel cramped going though the walkways. The place is always pretty clean and easy to navigate through. Overall a great place with a lot of shopping, entertainment, and dinning options! read more

Coronado Center - Albuquerque, NM This is probably one of my favorite malls of anywhere I have been! I've been going here since I was a little girl, and it, like a fine wine, has gotten better with age. The most recent renovations have made it spectacular in looks. It seriously looks nicer than some of the huge malls I have been to in Texas and California! That alone is pretty impressive. It's always pretty clean, and I usually feel pretty safe here. They used to have APD actively patrolling it, and I think they still do. Good selection of stores as well! Unlike Cottonwood, which feels more useless by the day, I enjoy going here, even if it is just to walk around. Not a super fan of a few stores in particular, but I'm a little over malls in general. But, if I have to go to one, this is a pretty awesome one to go to. read more

I hate to say this, but I don't like New Mexico. I just feel like it isn't a very normal state, and it's a bit behind on a technology standpoint. Coronado Center changes my mind.
