It ended up on the side of the road, where Dayron found it. He took the time to track down my contact information, call me, and even drive back to a nearby gas station to meet me so he could return it. I offered him money as a thank-you, but he kindly refused, saying he would hope someone would do the same for him if he were in that situation. Acts of kindness like that are rare these days and say a lot about a person and the company they represent. Needless to say, I will definitely be using Naples Tree Trimming Service for any future tree work. Thank you, Dayron, and thank you, Naples Tree Trimming Service! -- Bill B.

I needed an emergency tree removal from some cars after it fell on them in a storm. He looked at…read morethe job but said he couldn't give an exact cost at that time, but we did discuss some numbers. I ended up getting billed for substantially more than I was led to believe. Not a company I would do business with again. And in response to your response when we originally discussed the job everyone knew it was an emergency and that a crane would be necessary. We discussed the cost and then when the bill came it was much higher.

LOOK NO FURTHER THAN EXPRESS TREE SERVICE! From my first…read morephone call I was met with courtesy and professionalism. Jose came out right away to provide an estimate (which was more than reasonable) and took time to carefully explain which parts of the tree he would be trimming back and the reason for each cut. I needed a very tall elm tree trimmed in my rear yard. Even though it is impossible to use a basket truck to reach the tree because of the tree's location off of my alley, the team had no problem climbing the tree and avoiding all power and internet lines. The team arrived on-time and finished in the time promised. The entire clean up job was fantastic and the tree looks great! I can now rest easy about the safety of the limbs around my house and yard. Jose is an extremely professional and friendly businessman and it is obvious he takes great pride in his work, enjoys his job, and values his customers. I am definitely going to hire them again for any job I need done, and I highly recommend Jose and his team for someone you can trust that will treat you fairly and provide high quality services. You can count on him for an honest, thorough, and outstanding job! M.O.

When you call, the girl acts as if she would rather be somewhere else. Answers the phone "hello…read more(long pause) ........express tree service" and sounds as if she's outside or at the beach, I don't know. At 1:30pm, I CALLED THEM and again the same 'I-wish-I-was-on-another-planet' phone reception... and then offered to come out AT 3pm. NOPE. If the phone etiquette matches the service? HARD PASS.

We have used Nelson Tree Specialist in the past and were pleased, but it seems that their prices…read morehave gone sky-high. Two years ago, Nelson removed a huge pine from our back yard (using the crane) for $1800. We reached out to them again this year to remove two trees (medium-sized), and they got back to us with an estimate of $4500! That price sounded ridiculous, so we got another estimate from a reputable company -- $1400!! They did a great job and didn't need any heavy equipment. It took about 90 minutes. Shortly after, our neighbors got an estimate from Nelson for removal of two of their trees (large ones) -- $5000! After checking around, they contracted with another tree company for $1600. I'm not sure why Nelson's prices have more than doubled, but if you're thinking of using them, I would highly recommend getting another estimate.
