1st time (Thursday, 9/24): 5+ stars, I went with my friend and we had the best service and most amazing time. I told all my friends, co workers, family to go.
2nd time: (Saturday 10/03): 2 stars. I brought my sister, niece, brother in law, husband. It was my birthday, my sisters birthday, and 6 yr old niece's birthday.
I booked 5 massages, including a 30 mins massage for my niece bc it was her birthday and she enjoys pedi's and massages with me.
My sis and I had the 2 chair room, my niece was with her dad and my husband in a 3 chair room.
When my sister and I finished our massage, we found out that they never massaged my niece! Even though when we got there I requested a female for my niece, and we discussed on the phone when I booked that my niece will get 30 mins massage experience and the 4 adults will get the 70 mins.
I think on this day, maybe there was a language barrier? There were about 4 women employees including 2 front desk that I spoke to. It seemed no one understood yet kept saying yes like they did.
Also, I understand there was a storm, but there was no Netflix as promised. They made us use YouTube w lots of ads. This made the experience much worse bc we had to fumble w the remote the whole time, not relaxing at all.
To make matters worse, when it was time to pay for all of our massages, front desk still didn't understand that we were paying for both rooms when we clearly booked as a group and tried to charge us more. This is when I realized that the whole time, multiple people probably didn't understand yet kept acting like they did? I still don't think they understood that my niece was supposed to get a massage.
They tried to give us $20 off coupons for next visit, but now my poor 6 yr old niece is asking for a massage that I promised her and she didn't get. read more
