I understand this can be very hard with being the go to person for everyone but she does it well. I decided to purchase the package of 12 massages and 6 facials and I am so glad I made this decision. My first 90 min massage was with MAX and he is absolutely amazing. He takes his time, he is pleasant and very professional. He is actually a massage instructor and you can tell with his skills and expertise. He literally works out every knot and massages the pressure points exactly as they need to be done. Then I also purchased a package for the Facials and Jessie was my esthetician. She did an amazing job. I was very pleased with her expertise in assessing my needs and not just giving me my wants. She is also a teacher at a beauty school and she knows about skin. She made some recommendations as well. The staff are very kind and nice and I always enjoy my time with them. They had the place decorated for Valentine's Day, even had heart decorations in our room. I had Cody. He did a great job. I had an add on scalp massage with lavender. It felt great, only thing tha would have made it feel better is water to really get in there. I got a full body, hour Swedish massage with medium pressure. It hurt so good. GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE Unacceptable business practices. I received a Groupon gift from my children for my birthday in April. Today is May 12, and I called to schedule an appointment for this upcoming Saturday. The woman I spoke with asked the usual questions -- is this my first time, is it a gift, what time works for me, etc. But as soon as I mentioned it was a Groupon, she suddenly told me the first available appointment wouldn't be until August 4. My Groupon expires July 1. She asked for my name and number and said she would "try" to get me in before it expires. I told her no thank you -- I'll just ask Groupon for a refund. That's not acceptable. I called back and spoke to Vicki. She told me to read the fine print -- which I did. It's confusing and contradictory. One part says to call for availability before purchasing. Another says the Groupon is valid for 90 days. Then Vicki tells me their members come first and they only take a limited number of Groupon appointments at a time. If that's the case, and you can't get people in before their voucher expires, then you're selling too many Groupons. It's misleading, disappointing, and a waste of time. Buyers, be warned. read more

They added a $20 up charge for firm pressure which has never been the case before. I got the run around when I asked about it at checkout. I really don't like to leave negative reviews but this place is quite frustrating and I regret having signed up for a monthly membership. I was swayed by the idea of monthly self care all for the low price of $69.99 but it comes with strings that I wish I had known were attached. First, I was introduced to this place by Groupon but once I purchased the Groupon and called to make an appt I was told that Groupon visits were three months out and that I'd be better off canceling my Groupon. They were able to honor me my Groupon price but why even go the measure of promoting on their website if you don't endorse it? Secondly, they did not hear me carefully when I specified a withdrawal date. The agreed upon date was nowhere close to what I originally signed up for. I just completed the first massage couple days ago. I would have appreciated the debited amount couple days apart as agreed. Thirdly, every time you make an appointment as a "member" they charge you a hold for services. Right now it's $40 hold for facials and $35 hold for massages. Quite annoying to have to pay for a membership and then pay again only to have the holds reversed. I've had memberships to other spas before and I've never had this happen elsewhere. For deceptive marketing and unnecessary charges I decided to cancel my membership. If I ever return here it will be only to pay for individual services. read more

Was not a good environment with the front desk Manager, Vicki, from the time I walked in - first time ever in this place Maybe it's a cultural difference but she was having a financial or billing discussion with a costumer who was just asking about they monthly bill. Vicki should've taken it to her office since she is rude, full of interruptions , and very short with the costumer. My masseuse was great, Karina . I would consider a membership if I didn't have to deal or see Vicki ! Upon checking out I had some clarifications about billing to my CC , since it was a husbands gift to me. Underwhelming at best. Had a Groupon for a 60-min massage, which was $59 (which was supposedly a savings off their normal 1-hr massage for $180...what?). Anyway, book the appt and the owner/manager? asks for a credit card to hold the reservation. Ok..some places do that. She then says if I don't show or try to cancel with less than 24-hr notice, they'll charge me $25. Ok-got it. Then she goes on to stress they will charge my card if I don't show. Overkill, but got it. The woman proceeds to tell me to be there 15 min ahead of time to fill out paperwork. Ok. I get there about 20 min ahead of time and someone was calling me as I was getting out of my car. Didn't know the number, but saw there was a voicemail. Figured I'd check it later. Meanwhile, I checked in for my massage and was in the middle of filling out the paperwork in the front lobby and I get a call from the same number. Huh? I answered it and it was the woman I talked to when I booked the massage wondering where I am and reminding me of my appt time. Keep in mind...this is still 10 min before my appt time. Really? I tell her that I've already checked in and she said "oh, I didn't see you." I looked up and around and only saw the girl who checked me in and the massage therapist walk out. Huh? Are you watching the lobby through a video camera? Ok, creepy now! Massage therapist-amateur at best. Massaged against bones and my spine....including pushing on spinal discs. Not cool, especially since I had back surgery last year....and I told her...and she could see the incision scars. Multiple issues that told me she didn't really know what she was doing. I figured...well, for a Groupon, you never know what you're going to get. Chalk this up to the loser pile. Lastly, checking out and had to wait til they figured out how to checkout with a Groupon. Receipt showed the normal charge for the massage-$59 and credit for Groupon used....so no savings there! To top it off, the same woman that booked the appt (owner?) didn't ask me how it was, but was quick to tell me I needed to book a facial with the massage next time I come. When I said no, she tried pushing the gift cards on me to buy for friends. No thanks! I prefer to keep the friends I have! Last year, I gave this business a chance despite all the negative reviews and until now, I was blind to the negative things people were saying. It's crazy to think that just one month ago I posted a 5 star review for this business and was a raving fan of their service. However, let this be proof to the owner(s) that mistreating your loyal customers comes with high consequences. To sum it all up and keep this to the point, my wife and I were charged 5 times for our monthly membership fees and had not used those credits due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Management claims that we only have 2 credits total despite the fact that their records and my credit card statements, (which I provided per their request), show proof that we were charged 5 times. I've spent the last two months going there at least once per week to speak with someone who can get my account in order and provide me with proof that they acknowledge the fact that I have 5 credits. Last week, I finally got that when "Victoria" gave me a printout of my credits after I had to physically go in to speak with her once again due to her lack of follow-up. The very next day at approximately 10:46pm, (late enough for there not to be anyone to speak with), I received a random e-mail from their generic e-mail account and no specific name (cowards) tell me that Victoria gave me incorrect information and that my account only has 2 credits...back to square one. Enough with these games. Despite all the proof, they have treated my wife and I as if we need to prove that they took our money and owe us the corresponding amount of services. I hope people take my experience seriously and steer clear of this place unless you want to get robbed by their sloppy and disorganized management/accounting department. In addition to this review, I will be posting on all social media platforms and filing a formal complaint with the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. I do not wish to be contacted by anyone at All is Well; that time has come and gone. First off, the counter was not busy and if you check your cameras, the people who were there were all sitting down and waiting to be called in for their appointments. There were two people at the counter, one of them being Victoria. Secondly, I gave her plenty of time and even offered to step aside when one other customer had just walked in. She agreed to that and again, if you check your cameras, I sat down for almost 12 minutes as she helped customers and eventually called me back over. I have been super patient and compliant with all the details you needed from me, even providing you with my credit card statement three separate times. You guys messed up and you had two months to make it right. To clarify further, you charged me 5 times (twice in March, twice in April, and once in June) for both my wife and I. With that being said, I have also provided you with both of our phone numbers so you can confirm what Victoria showed me on her screen. Please do not call or e-mail me again. My love and I had our first visit to all is well spa last night for the Valentine's Day package. The pricing was probably the best part of the night. It's was reasonable for the services we received. So you may be wondering why I am giving this place 2 stars. For starters we arrived at 6:45 for a 7:00 appt. we had to sign a few forms which were not give to us until 7. By the time we started our massage it was 7:20. We had a 2 hour massage. My therapist was a male which I had not issues with but he was wayyyyyyy to rough. I had to tell him at least 4 times and he continued. My body is completely sore today. I'm more of a Swedish massage kinda gal and he was more sports therapy. My boyfriend did not enjoy his massage either, he said she was barely applying pressure. I give the facility an A plus for cleaniness but the overall massage, I'm sad to say I will not be returning. read more

The rooms were very clean and essential oils were perfect for relaxing - not overpowering at all. Our massage therapist were Bert and Arlene and they were phenomenal. We both had the 1 hour full body massage with hot stones and some add ons. I wanted medium to firm pressure massage and that is exactly what I got. This is a membership spa so the owner did offer their services/promotions. She was very kind and we felt no pressure to buy so I appreciated that. Vicky was ready to set up an appointment when she assumed I was gonna pay for my appointment (not knowing we have over 6 unused sessions we already paid for via your (fraudulent) membership) Once she realized I was gonna use the credit, she immediately told me there were no appointments available . She hung up on me 3 times when I tried to explain to her that our credits were not expired ! In my opinion, your goal is to get ppl to sign up for membership, charge them monthly, and misrepresent the # of massages left. Since the amount of massages left is not in writing. The number kept reducing . It's quite awful! I even asked to forward you the email of my cancelation (when Vicky claimed our credits have expired ) she said no!, and was very loud and boisterous, then hung up! I will warn ppl on every single platform about your business practices! Because money is not easy to come by, and for you to steal it openly and be so rude and loud about it, it is quite ludicrous and alarming ! Do better!! Stop scamming hard-working citizens! This place is beautiful I love the decor and the cleanliness of the place. I got my groupon for a couple massage with my BF. I was so excited to get off work and headed here. Staff was amazing but the owner was becoming a little pushy and very adamant about their great service and prices. However I did considered it being mother day was coming up and wanted to get it for my mom but wanted to wait until after my massage. I'm glad I did not get it. Massage: This was the worst massage I have ever had. I've been to plenty of massages and I felt like my masseuse did not know and of the technique. He was rubbing and doing random things. He also kept going in circles in the same motion for like 5 min. Long enough that I can feel the heat from the friction. Even when he was wiping down the oils with the towels he was so rough that he was literally moving my whole body back and forth. I am a tiny girl doesn't need that much force or roughness. To me the massage wasn't even relaxing but the whole time I was wondering if he knew what he was really doing. Was really disappointed in this massages!!
