The Lucky Seven pizza was also delicious with a perfect crust and big chopped veggies like mushrooms and peppers. Service was friendly and attentive; the decor is clean and on the more minimalist side while also comfortable and welcoming. I shrugged it off as she was having a bad day. No worries. When she brought the pretzel out it looked as though it was freezer burnt and several years old and shriveled. Tasted like cardboard mixed with rubber. No taste. When this "waitress" returned with my buddies food i mentioned the pretzel was not good. she immediately snatched it off the table, said "Perfect!", walked back to the cash register, grabbed our credit cards we had for our tabs, walked back to our table and said, " i took the pretzel off and im closing both tabs". I've never been treated like this, and if i ever treated a customer like this it wouldn't end well for me! very sad!

What owner/manager thinks this is beneficial for his business?? If he treats the customers as such how on earth does he treat the employees??
