Delightful!! My son and I stopped in for breakfast, yesterday. Started with a delicious cheese danish and turnover "appitizer". We hadn't planned to but they looked so good! And they were. After that, I had a cheese, turkey and veggie omelet. He had biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious. The coffee (we went for Ethiopian) was especially good. The space is super cozy. The exterior of Rise & Grind is full of character (even if the upper level sports bordered up windows), and the interior is somehow simultaneously moody and full of sunlight. Fresh air blows through the open doors (screened to keep out critters). The smell of coffee and good food lingers even with the breeze. And man, do the friendly staff deliver on the promise of those delicious scents! I have *literally* never had a better breakfast hash. I got the Western skillet without sausage, and I cannot overstate how delicious it was. The potatoes had a crispy, crunchy, flavorful exterior, whilst still being soft and fluffy inside. The peppers and onions were cooked enough to caramelize, but kept a nice bite that allowed the freshness of the veg to really shine through. Our drinks were tasty and wow, what a selection! They have a tone of sugar free options if you're looking for that. If we're ever in Nebraska again, we'll be back. Stop in if you're hungry! read more

Adorable breakfast place in Gibbons, not too far off 30 and close to I80. Unfortunately we ate our food too fast to get pictures of that too! My husband had the breakfast burrito, which was very generously sized and he said it was great. I had the triple double (2 eggs, 2 toast, 2 choice of meat) which was also really good. Many drink choices - my salted caramel mocha was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stop again if we are passing through! read more

Excellent service and the food was delicious and filling. My husband had the Denver scramble and I had triple double. Both were very good. The coffee was extremely good. Very family friendly location. My only complaint was most of the tables were for two people but with the bench seating it worked out. The decorations were fantastic. read more

It's a hidden gem but totally worth it!! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing but most of all the food was amazing. Highly recommend the banana French toast! And the yogurt parfait was equally as good. Will definitely be stopping back in on our way back. read more
