While I understand it's summer and busy, most places would at least say someone would be with you shortly, rather than waiting 10 minutes just for someone to come to the register. And hearing comments from staff complaining about attitude of customers and such doesn't make it a comfortable and friendly place to be. Also, I was honestly waiting for someone to come up so I could let them know. I was there to pick up an order. The blizzards were delicious, but the lack of customer service from the staff was atrocious. People would look and realize there was quite a line forming and yet no one would open up a register.

The Old Fashioned was decent, but it did lack the single cube that takes the cocktail to the next level. The small wedge salad was plenty and it was amazing. The Chicken and pasta dish was amazing. Great flavor. The chicken and pasta were both cooked perfectly. I loved everything about this place. That craft cocktail would take you to perfect. Thanks. I enjoyed it.

Myself being a grill and fry cook "back in the day" we always made sure to fry onions in a separate fryer as well as keeping them away from the rest of the food. "onion flavor" has a way of seeping into anything you order here at this sonic especially. and tbh, onions are NASTY. It is especially important to keep this out of your food unless specifically requested as 30% of your customer base does NOT prefer the flavor of onion. This isn't just a one time incident, it's consistent and across the board, Why do I still eat here? well when they DO keep the onion flavor out of the food it is really awesome food. Btw their parking lot music system is very loud and annoying.
