Very hard to order from them , if they don't like you, they would hang up on a customer abruptly and get mad at them. And they would yell back at you. Very poor customer service and manners. Grabbed slices at Amore across the lot the past few days so tried this place based on reviews Female at counter was friendly and we had some friendly banter. First I wasn't paying attention and gave her $12 for. $10.50 meal and was confused when she handed me back a single and change. I laughed and said I needed to wake up. She mistakenly prepared my meal to go but I was staying. She joked that she needed to wake up and offered to go get a plate and tray but I was fine. I got the Hunan Chicken and white rice luncheon special and added and eggroll. Meal was very tasty but egg roll was nothing special. Dining room is small and could use a cleaning. So I order from this place weekly and usually never have a problem but this time they told me I had to pay a delivery fee and told me it was because I dont leave a good enough tip which I was upset to hear because I always leave at least 10 percent usually 15 percent. King's Chinese food is like one of the only places that I would aeat Chinese food from and anyone that knows me knows I don't really care for Chinese fast food. Let me first start with how clean the kitchen area is. You have a clear view of the kitchen and the chefs cooking. Really clean. The stainless steel counter tops are always clean! That's a plus. The food is outstanding. Their General Tso's is the best I've ever I had. Their fried chicken, veggie fried rice, veggie egg roll and more are so good. Everything I've tried is absolutely delicious. Even my husband was surprised by how good the food was. He literally just had the leftovers from yesterday's lunch. I definitely recommend this place as one of the BEST Chinese food in Queens.
