This experience with Orlando Dodge was unacceptable…read more After my vehicle was serviced, the coolant cap was left loose, which worsened over several days of normal driving and eventually led to coolant leaking and engine damage. This was not something I caused--it was the result of improper reassembly during service. I was later told the work was performed by the service manager, which makes the mistake and lack of accountability even more alarming. After months of being delayed and left without resolution, the issue was escalated to the general manager, Luke, who attempted to shift the blame onto me by stating the vehicle arrived with low coolant and that the damage was therefore my fault. That statement is false. The truck was not critically low on coolant when it was brought in, and I paid for them to run diagnostics. I had it inspected by two independent mechanics, both of whom confirmed the damage was consistent with a coolant cap left loose, not owner negligence. While the dealership offered to tow the vehicle at first, trust had already been completely lost due to their lack of responsiveness and refusal to take responsibility. I ultimately had to take my truck elsewhere to have the issue properly handled. A dealership's leadership should stand behind their work. Orlando Dodge did the opposite. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be filing complaints everywhere, with anyone who will listen as well as filing in small claims court.

So this is difficult for me to write because the three service managers I dealt with: Hakeem, Ish,…read moreand Luis were nice guys and I believe genuinely wanted to hell the situation that said, the rest of my experience was an inconvenience and a nightmare. So last August (2025), I took my car in for routine service like I had done in the past. Luis told me I needed new tires, offered me a deal, and after researching other deals at other locations, I chose to go with the offer at Classic Honda. Up until this point my car was running PERFECTLY and had less than 34,000 miles on it. I ordered Michelin tires and after the work was completed I drove home. This was the beginning of a nightmare that is still going on today! The next morning my TPMS light came on so I took it back. They turned it off and I drove it half way home and the TPMS light came on again so I turned around and drove it back to Classic Honda. They turned it off again, I drive home and the next morning on my way to work at 4am the TPMS Light came back on. I made an appointment and brought the car in a couple days later. Needless to say this cycle repeats itself again and again for about 14 appointments with them over the next 7 months with them resetting the light and keeping me there for hours or having to provide me with a loaner car over the month of January. Until the manager Will said that they needed to get this fixed for me. First he said that the Michelin tires were not compatible with my 2023 CRV and had them switched out for Chinook (sp?) tires and said that should fix the problem and that if the tires worked he would refund the difference of the Michelin tires in two weeks. All seemed well for a minute because I got home no TPMS light. I am a flight attendant and my car sits for days on end which was the case this particular week. I get home from work and then drive to my house, the TPMS light comes on again. I bring it back, Luis meets me outside and the car is brought to the service bay, I get a loaner car and the next day they call me and tell me that my car is ready. I go get it and drive home only to have the light come on again the next morning. The I make another appointment this time I deal with a new young man named Jonathan, who has no clue about what the situation is with my car, he puts me into a loaner and I drive home. I go pick up my car get home and the light cones on again. I make another appointment with Luis who met me outside only to have him say there's nothing they can do. He has another person who isn't a mechanic reset the TPMS light and send me off and then not two blocks away the light comes on again, so I bring it back. This time I am told by Will that I don't drive the car enough so the light will keep coming on. This is when I figured out they have no interest or intention of fixing the problem that they caused when I bought those tires and also at this point a month had passed and I still hadn't and still haven't received one penny in my refund for the Michelin tires they took off of my car. Luis essentially said they couldn't fix the car and without saying it outright told me I have to live with it because they can't figure it out and even though the light is on, the car is still drivable and even minimized the issue like it is no big deal. The light came on again the next day. I decided I will bring it to another dealership. My car was in PERFECT condition until I brought it to Classic Honda for these new tires and they damaged my car in some way and refuse to fix what's actually wrong with it. I paid cash for this car and planned on having this car for many years but now I do not feel safe with it. This experience has given me a negative opinion of Honda products. I will never buy another Honda product ever again. This was very disappointing. Attached are the photos of the appointments for each time I brought it into Classic Honda.

This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Orlando Preowned to think twice.

Dexter one of the managers was also very helpful very polite very professional. The other manager, whose name I also can't all at the moment was also very polite and professional. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.

I left messages for Robert, the service manager, and Linda, the dearlership manager (two each) and not one person from this dealership returned them. They obviously don't want to service my vehicle on a warranty item because there is no money in it for them. However, this type of customer service does cost them (I hope). Horrible situation and I never even got angry. Went elsewhere.

A couple of weeks later, I texted Alex with a random question and asked if he could call me. He called back quickly and, even though he couldn't directly help with that particular issue, he pointed me in the right direction. On Thursday, Yuri confirmed the vehicle I wanted was available. I made it crystal clear that I would be driving from New Orleans which is a 9-hour drive to see it on Saturday. Not only did she know, she stayed in contact with me Friday and even Saturday morning. She gave me her personal number. She called me. She reassured me. There was ZERO confusion that I was coming. At 2:00 AM, my wife, my two kids, and I left New Orleans. We drove through the night. No breakfast. No proper stops. Just pushing through because we believed this dealership was operating in good faith. I communicated that I would arrive by 2 PM. We stopped quickly for snacks because we hadn't eaten all day and we actually arrived EARLY at 1:50 PM. When I walked in, the front desk ignored me. I stood there. No greeting. No acknowledgment. I texted Yuri to let her know I was there. Silence. I called her. Ignored. Completely avoided. Another salesman kindly tried to help me and look for the car. That's when I was brought to the General Manager Anas LAZZAR. He looked at me and casually told me the car had been sold. Sold. After I had driven 9 hours. After days of communication. After they knew I was on the road with my family. And the explanation? I was "two minutes late." Two minutes late. I arrived at 1:50 PM. The paperwork wasn't even finalized yet. They hadn't even fully completed the sale. But instead of giving the slightest courtesy call, the smallest ounce of respect, they allowed a father, a husband, and two children to drive across states for absolutely nothing. When I expressed how unbelievable this was, Anas LAZZAR literally shrugged his shoulders and said, "What can I do?" That shrug said everything. No empathy. No accountability. No apology that meant anything. No care whatsoever that a family had driven through the night based on their word. It was the last day of the month, and it was painfully obvious that hitting a number mattered more than basic human decency. Customer service here is nonexistent. Integrity is nonexistent. Communication disappears the moment they get what they want. Yuri never came out to face me. She never responded to my messages. She avoided the situation entirely. This dealership does not care about you, your time, your family, or your sacrifices. They care about one thing: closing a sale no matter who they inconvenience or mislead in the process. Driving 9 hours overnight with your wife and kids only to be shrugged off by management is a level of disrespect I wouldn't wish on anyone. Please learn from my mistake. Do not trust verbal reassurance. Do not trust "it's available." And absolutely do not expect empathy from this place. Never again.
