The charcuterie board is wonderful with a wide variety of meats, cheeses, fruit, and nuts. The bacon wrapped dates are killer! They have so much more on the menu that we haven't tried but it all sounds wonderful. Overall it's an amazing way to spend lunch or an afternoon. Not accounting for the outside seating 20 or so people fill up the space, but it is perfectly intimate for parties of that size or smaller. They offer a variety of wines all made by the proprietors which everyone who attended our event agreed are fantastic. They also offer some light charcuterie if you would like as well. Blanchard Family Wines is located in the Dairy Block off of Wazee near Union Station. We went in around the holidays in December and were met with prompt service and very kind servers. The place is set up for groups, parties, or can be just for one or two. They do have a good selection of wines, both whites and reds based off what I saw from their menu. They also had a wine cocktail that was very tasty, though this was seasonal. Looking to try out some new wines, Blanchard's is your place.
