I explained what had happened, and he immediately said he'd get someone out to help. Craig arrived quickly, got my car unlocked without any damage, and since he was already there, he replaced the locks on my house so I didn't have to worry about whoever had my stolen keys. Being able to take care of everything in one visit was such a relief. The work was excellent, but what I'll remember most is how Todd and Craig treated me. After the week I'd had, I was embarrassed enough already. Neither of them made me feel stupid for locking my key in the car.
