VERY dishonest people!…read more I got an oil change here just a couple of months ago, and this week my SUV started making a grinding noise and the oil light came on. I was 500 miles BELOW the level that was on my sticker indicating it was time for an oil change, and one MONTH before the date. Like a fool, I went back to the same place, thinking they could tell me what happened. They told me nothing was wrong and that maybe my vehicle just uses oil faster because it's older. When I got suspicious is when they said they could just top off the oil, but they'd had to charge me for it. Ah! Now I get it! They didn't fully fill the oil last time, which is why I was in need of additional oil WAY earlier than should have been necessary. In addition to this, the wait was over an hour...in the middle of the day...on a weekday. The only reason people are paying premium prices here is for FAST service. If it's not going to be fast, then what is the point?

I was directed into the service bay as soon as I drove in. It was 3 pm and not anyone ahead of me so service was immediate. I also asked them to check the bolts on the skid plate to ensure none of them were missing which they did. They went over prices for some other services I had asked about. Their prices were in line with other places I have been. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about what was needed at the various mileages on my truck. Total was $ 155.28 My coupon brought this down to $130.38. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And didn't have to get soaked with engine oil lol I would definitely use them again.

Forty minutes later, my vehicle hadn't even been touched -- and no one bothered to update me or acknowledge the delay. When I asked the attendant who originally quoted the wait time, he couldn't have cared less. No apology, no explanation, no urgency. Just a dismissive "have a good day" before walking off. That attitude told me everything I needed to know. This place has completely lost the professionalism and customer care that kept me coming back for years. I told you over and over I didn't want to take you to court because I am not that guy. You lie about the transmission issue.
