The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and generally quiet. They have a Starbucks café inside to enjoy. They have a wide variety of books, music, magazines, and an assortment of other items. My husband ended up getting some magazines and I bought a journal. The service when we checked out was nice and quick, and the woman was nice. The books are generally more expensive because their new but they do have areas where there are inexpensive books and a variety of sales, they also have a clearance section.

The best part is is that all the DVDs, CDs, blu-Ray and even some video games that are featured here are mostly in alphabetical order! I nearly spent about an hour and a half checking out the store and basically reconnecting with my childhood. Prices here are pretty fair as well. I new something was fishy when the only 3 books that weren't supposed to go were only ones processed. I hope the $100 profit you get from my family's Childrens Bible Story book and the 2 copies of The Giving Tree with personal notes to me in it are worth it. My son is devastated of his accident, and I am missing the only thing I had from my grandparents.

The shop owner told me that there was a delay in shipment (which happens a lot) then when it came I ignorantly believed it was a first print (didn't verify, that's on me) and was charge $20 for it! Fast forward years later, I've let that go. I can't go back in time and change it. And I've decided to let it go and continue going to a store that over charges and lies. I bought the Invincible Omnibus volume 1 and it was clearly read and mishandled spine cracked and not in the greatest condition but still paid full price. I could've got it on Amazon for less, NEW. But once again I let it go. I've been going back every week to see if things change but they don't. Then this last time I went the shop owner was entertaining racist conversation from an ignorant customer. It's been over a week since this happened. I usually go in with my headphones because I get over stimulated in a small crowded space like this shop so I've never noticed this before, but that day I didn't have my headphones in. So, I heard everything. I have receipts showing that I've spent over $200 dollars in December/January at this shop and I regret giving them my business. Needless to say I will not be going back.
