Thought I would buy some more stuff, and the owner was going to check me out and I asked to apply my $50 credit, he said I did not have a $50 credit, and that I only had like 200 something points, I explained what the guy told me there is no way he can look at it, I brought up my credit card statement and showed him the $374.00 purchase to his store a week before and I should have at least that many points, he said there is nothing that he could do. So the employee must have not added it like he said he was going to do, or he stole my points for himself, which I'm sure he could easily get away with it, and if he's getting $50 a pop that could be a very lucrative scam. Either way I just wanted to bring attention and warn others to not get scammed like I did. I spend way too much here to not be able to take advantage of their so called reward program.
