It did not disappoint, Roberto O. took my order and he pretty much suggested what to get as far as a sandwich (based upon my restrictions) and the chips that would complement the sandwich. He recommended the Firebird sandwich and the Funky cushion chips (which is a mixture of salt/vinegar, mesquite BBQ, etc.). After receiving my order, I wanted to view the sandwich and take a bite. I was parked in the 15 minute parking space and one bite turned into eating half the sandwich and bag of chips in my car! I'm very picky about sandwiches and sandwich spots, but this is my new go-to!

The ambiance was welcoming and a great spot to enjoy breakfast. I had the Smoked Salmon sandwich, and it was so good. The salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and sprouts all went really well together. Hubby had the Cowboy Burrito with slow-braised beef, eggs, provolone, roasted poblanos, and tater tots. The house salsa verde gave it a nice kick, and oh added avocado. We definitely plan to come back to try more :)

They have a bar inside so you can sample and order some of their brews. The staff were helpful and nice and accommodating for a first time visitor I ordered the chicken club with chicken, Swiss on sweet wheat bread. The sandwich comes with turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon and mayo. You're able to customize and modify anything you like. The sandwich was fresh, flavorful and filling. Chips and drink don't come as a combo, so expect to pay $6 dollars to make it a meal. That's a big difference for a $11 sandwich. Friday noon, and most customers had beers with their lunch.

Plenty of parking is available, though the shop sits tucked into the corner of a busy strip with several other businesses.
