Excellent food! I have picked up pizza, salad, and wings, and I have even had them delivered. Great service all the time and always good food. My favorite is the Greek salad and zombie pizza with thin crust. read more

Best pizza we've had since they moved here. We no longer frequent any of the other pizza places around here. Try out their homemade lemonades- they're tasty and a nice change from soda. read more

Spent over a hundred dollars for two xl delivery pizzas, both buffalo chicken requested but all i got was the chicken part. They denied a remake or a refund, and went through a chain of 3 people over the phone to actually get an answer. Took me a week to figure out how to leave an impactful review because they dont offer to leave reviews on the website. If it's "kings pizza" then i can tell what they're the kings of. read more

Food is excellent, prices are more than fair and it never takes more than 15 minutes to have my food ready to go. I love their Stromboli and have recommended it to several people. read more

Ordered a large pizza with two toppings... Steak and Cheese Sub with Chicken wings... Excellent food... for a great price... thanks read more

King Pizzeria - Front Counter - Pizza Near Me - Cartersville, Georgia

Don't waste your time! We waited for 2 hours for our pizza. This is for pickup, not delivery. When the owner finally acknowledged my husband waiting, he told him they were having problems with their printer. He had to run the orders back and forth. That still doesn't explain the 2 hour delay. To add insult to injury, a guy came in and picked up his order, and told my husband that he placed his order 45 minutes ago. Ridiculous! The pizza was okay, but not to wait 2 hours for. The Pepperoni Pizza was good, but the Margherita pizza was disappointing. Lots of garlic, but they used dried basil. Come on now! That's just lazy. Won't be back. With that service, and so-so pizza, they won't be open long. Disappointing, since I like supporting local businesses. read more

I had totally forgotten about Kings pizza when I order pizza, but luckily I thought about them earlier tonight when my pizza craving hit...with Dominoes, papa John's and Pizza Hut all close by, but none taste like real 'Italian" pizza so I usually just forget about it if I can't get what I really want. I ordered just a large pepperoni and fresh garlic pizza and quickly I remembered how much I loved them when I worked near by. Everything I've ever had there has been awesome!! Snd the price is better than ALL of the others! Thank you Kings pizza for making my day! I know I WON'T be forgetting them ever again!!! read more

King Pizzeria - Ooh soooo good! Pepperoni and fresh garlic pizza... - Pizza Near Me - Cartersville, Georgia

King pizzeria is terrific. We have ordered multiple items from their menu and have yet to have a complaint. Top notch.

Absolutely best pizza in town! Highly recommend. They have moved and are no longer located off Joe Frank Harris (I didn't get to try their food when they were located on that end of town). They are off of Hwy 113 in Cartersville. I don't get pizza from any where else. It's all good! read more

Food is great! Service is always good! Food is always hot and fresh! Loved them when they were on the other side of town and still love them now! read more

It's hard to find a place that uses fresh spinach and mushrooms. Dough always tastes great, perfectly soft and chewy. Love the seasoning they put on the crust. Much more affordable and fresher than any other pizza places in the area. I've been coming here for years and the food is always hot and fresh and I always receive quick service. read more

Do not waste your time. Pizza is average at best, and the service is about as bad as it gets. We ordered online before the place opened, received confirmation that the pizza would be ready 10 to 15 minutes after they open, and finally picked up the pizza almost an hour after they opened. No use in complaining, the gentleman working basically told me to take my business elsewhere if I didn't want to wait. read more

Love their pizza. Pleasant owner and operator. Take out is very convenient and near my house.

Used to be great but they don't care anymore. Constantly getting orders wrong. Delivery time up to 2 hours. HORRIBLE!

We just moved to the area and this place was recommended to me by my HVAC contractor. It has been great every time we go there and get Pizza. Try the Garlic Feta Ham and mushroom. Awesome. The secret is the price. It's very reasonable. Today that means something. They have deer meat pizza too! read more

After 3 call's and being put on hold all 3 times for longer than 10 min. I was told on the 4th try that if I didn't like being on hold to hang up. So I did. The woman I spoke to stated that she did not know how to ring up orders. 5pm on a Friday you would think they would have someone taking orders. Can't comment on the food as we never got to order. This was going to be our first time trying this restaurant and now I will never know. read more

worst pizza ever! took almost two hours for delivery, pizza was not cooked all the way it tasted like raw yeast, it was inedible! I will never order from them again!!! read more

Worst service ever. Food is good when cooked right which is rare and always takes at least 1 1/2 hrs. Ordered sandwich with no onion and waited 90 minutes for it. Got it and covered in onion. Called to have them make and bring back. Placed on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up. When I called again, I was told that I had to wait for owner. I responded that I expected a full refund brought to me immediately since I paid cash. It's been an hour and have not seen or heard from anyone. This is a repeat issue!!! Will never order from here ever again and will tell ever person I know about my experience! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Anytime we order, there is always something missing. On hold for 30 min and then get hung up on. Will be the last time I order from this place. Horrible customer service. They don't care. Absolutely horrible. Rather pay $10 more for a pizza from Johnny's pizza then this place. read more

the food is great, place in clean, but on Saturday Night they will not answer the phone at all. That is ridiculous. If you are THAT busy hire someone. Do Better. read more

Pizza was ridiculously generic. Frozen pizza from walmart is way better... Dough was like something they found a recipe for from a box of bisquick . They should be ashamed to sell this mess . read more

My family ordered calzones, a stromboli and some dessert..same order we always get from pizzerias..I will just provide the good and bad and let folks decide for themselves. Good: Calzones and stromboli were ok (average), the marinara sauce was pretty good and the prices cannot be beat. The employees I met on this trip were pretty nice too! Bad: The calzones and stromboli were rather skinny as in not much filling, ALL desserts are frozen and not made in house so if you want something specific i would call them in advance to make sure it's cut. I was really disappointed with the fact that i couldn't get the tiramisu we were after and even the dessert we did order was frozen and had to be microwaved prior to eating (baklava, really!?). I'm not impressed by this at all.. Overall, I don't think I would go there again. read more

Update....the last three times we wanted to order within the last 6 weeks, we were not able to. Why? Let me tell you. On a Thursday night we were put on hold...for 15 mins to order. Nobody came back so we hung up and called back. Nobody answered. Next time we called, they said it would be at least 2 - 2 1/2 hours...it was 8pm when we called, so no thanks. Then last night we called at 7:45 and they said they were swamped and would be at least three hours. It's not that great to wait that long. Jimmy Johns got our order and it was delicious. ******* We've only gotten delivery, just to throw that out there And the drivers are always really friendly! The pizza is great! We have tried several of their specialties and we have our favorite! My husband likes the Heart Stopper with parm/garlic crust and I like the Bacon Double Cheeseburger. So yummy!!! We've also tried a few others, which were also very good! Pizza is what they are good at! I ordered a salad last time that was GROSS! Watery iceberg and the veggies were not fresh. Also, the tiramisu was good...but from frozen. We will expand to try the rest of the menu soon, but for now, we will stick to our favorites! The best delivery pizza in Cartersville! read more

We order here twice a month but phone ahead for takeaway because its standing room only and crazy busy whenever you may think about getting a pizza. The thin crust pepperoni and mushroom is our favorite. Don't forget to ask for the free flavoring options for the crust and keep in mind that their sizes are smaller than other places so order accordingly. read more

The prices are great and it's menu is pretty easy to make choices. As far as the service it's good but you can tell when they are busy which is towards the weekend. The pizza is good stick with the large, anything smaller and you will wish you ordered more pizza. The wings are okay, nothing special since they are baked in the oven. I prefer this over Little Ceasers and Pizza Hut. You won't be disappointed but don't go here expecting a gourmet pizza like mellow mushroom. read more

Worst ever!!!! We got the family deal 2 large 2 toppings/10 wings/bread sticks/and a side salad for $25. We picked it u in 20 min. Not bad. But now we know why.... Wings were really tiny flavor ok. Bread sticks turned out to be cheesy bread... Bonus... But crap... Side salad... Oh you mean the lettuce and onion salad... It had refrigerator taste and two very small slivers of tomato... Onions were soggy gross... Then the pizza.... We ordered one with onion and green pep and the other double pepperoni. If you like a lot of crust the this three inch crust is for you. It was the size of a medium they called it a large and just added more crust... The double pepperoni was a joke there was regular pepperoni amounts like two to three per slice. we want our money back. Could of went to Little Cesar's and had way better. Yuck we won't be back. I can find better things to spend $25 on. read more

I will never order through King's Pizza again, they prepared the order incorrectly and refuse to fix it and the owner told me personally to take it up with the delivery service as if they were the ones that prepared the meal&the owner does not stand behind their food why would anyone order from this man!As far as I see it that is very bad business they have permanently lost me as a customer! read more

After almost 3 hours of waiting our food hasn't even left the shop. 1st time we called after 2 1/2 hours guy said the food was out for delivery. Called back at about the 3 hour mark and food hasn't been picked up from the driver. No manager on duty to talk to and boy didn't seem phased by our frustration. Can't comment on the food bc we never got it. Will never use this place again and sure the hell will never recommend it. What a joke. If we could give negative stars for customer service now would be the time to use them. read more

I had to pick up an order for a delivery service. I was 9 minutes out when I got the pick up. I get there, no one acknowledges me for 5 minutes. They work on everyone else's food. Finally apologize and say that someone opened the Uber eats order and didn't tell anybody. And they have to make it. I will have to wait 5+ minutes. A girl walks in while I'm waiting. Stands at the counter for about 3 minutes and finally someone acknowledges her. Also, the phone is ringing for probably 4 minutes at this point and they're just ignoring it? They were apologizing to the guy before me too. What a mess. Worst pick up I've ever done. UPDATE: I had another pick up tonight and they had 10 minutes to get it ready. I got there and he told me it would be another 15 minutes. They served 4 walk in customers and I was still sitting there. I ended up having to cancel the order after waiting for over 25 minutes! read more

3 and1/2 hours for delivery. You just lost a good customer. That's actually a minus star.

I highly do NOT suggest this place. This past weekend we ordered pizza from here for delivery, we were told it would take up to an hour for it get here. It took them 2 HOURS to get here. The pizza was cold and IT WASNT EVEN CUT!!! We had to cut the pizza ourselves NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! We had to call 2 times to see how much longer it would be and all they would say is they'll be there soon. My husband ended up calling the owner but the owner said there is nothing he could do for us and he was sorry. Didn't get a refund or any kind of discount just that he was sorry. How pathetic. We will NOT be giving them our business anymore. TERRIBLE service. Unless you wanna waste money to wait hours for pizza and then have to cut your pizza yourself then DO NOT go here!!!! read more

Long road trip... decided to grab a room. Bill at the Best Western front desk recommended Kings'. We are glad he did! Loved the heart stopper pizza! Loved the cheese sticks. Was able to use my Slice App. Arrived quickly and super hot! Great pizza! Great way to unwind after driving 15 hours! read more

One star is to many to give. They suck. Not only did I not get all my food, they told me it was my problem. Customer service is awful and it took 2 hours to get the food. read more

I give them 1 star for their wings. That's it. Their pizza is the worst. Their customer service is even worse. The delivery driver showed up 2 hours after we placed our order. Manager said he would "make it right" with our next order. They did not. Never again will I ever order their nasty excuse for pizza. There is a reason they are so cheap. You don't even get what you pay for. Gondoliers has my business forever. read more

Ordered wings and it took forever for them to be made. Get home and find out they are absolutely disgusting!! Flabby skin, burnt looking, no flavor, and greasy! Also...one of the workers wouldn't leave my child alone! She kept touching her and getting right up in her face despite our obvious discomfort. read more

Checked out Yelp first (that's a help.) Ordered ahead a house special large no sausage & a double pepperoni. In contrast to older reviews here, the double pepperoni was generously topped as was the house special. I agree with other reviewers...crust is great; pizza's are not sweet like a P John's but more rustico and savory. We got full before we ran out of pizza, which is unusual. Yes, like most places a large doesn't look like the NY-style 70's fold-a-slice...but the pizza is competitively priced especially against local options. I agree with other reviewers, if you want to spend Little Caesar's money but want a better pizza, King is a superior choice. We called ahead; were told 30 minutes; it was ready on time when I picked it up...it was also done. A frequent problem we have elsewhere in Cartersville is getting a rushed pizza that is doughy, undercooked meat and tomato paste that still tastes uncooked. We will continue to pick up King's for fun on Saturday nights. Keep up the good work y'all. read more

Food is pretty good but not worth the wait. Consistent two hour delivery times but they will tell you an hour.

For the low price the pizza is good! Service is sort of slow but worth the wait...will go back

Recently moved to the area and wanted pizza. I called to check if we were in the "delivery zone" and we were. Placed and order online and received both email and text that it would arrive by 6:53 p.m. (ordered it at 5:30!) By 7:30, we still had not received the pizza and I called and was told "they received the order but no one put it in". Funny, they charged my card though. Told them cancel the order. I called back to speak to a manager about the charge and someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Don't waste your money there. Plenary of other pizza options! read more
