The Resturant is big, well lite, the customer service is good. Family friendly. I ordered the salad - the salad was wilted , the lettuce was brown in spots and the tomatoes were soft. Called a order in veal parm and a chicken gyro with sweet potato for the side ask for brown sugar and butter for the potato neither were sent with potato. Not the first time we didn't get what we asked for. Also parm lid not sealed completely sauce dripped out in bag and over other containers. Located off the main road, across from the local dollar store & next door to Chevron. Melissa was a great spirited server with a delightful personality. She knows all the regulars and has terrific recommendations! The wallpaper is outdated and fading. However, the food is delicious. Not a single bite remained. Has gigantic menu options. I had cheese sticks salad and the pizza that is featured. I split the house salad with my wife. It was MORE than enough for two with everything we had.. The cheese sticks were PERFECT. We got the pizza half and half. Half meat lovers half supreme. It was dressed with generous toppings and the cheese was melted to perfection. Was in the area and noticed that the parking lot was full, a good sign, so we stopped there for lunch. Given the name, we ordered pizza but noticed not one of the other table had ordered it, everyone else got an entree. Should have gotten wise but we thought pizza is a safe bet - who can screw up pizza?! Shockingly the pizza was very bad. These folks never had Italian pizza, nor have they had Sicilian pizza, or Chicago Pizza or NY pizza .... Petros pizza is akin to frozen pizza - envision Stouffers pizza crust. The crust is not made in house - it's pre- bought. The sauce is not homemade or mamma's Italian sauce and the cheese has flakes of a yellow cheese (cheddar - yes cheddar) included. All around odd concoction which will taste awful to anyone who has eaten decent pizza before. Second observation was the place was filled with flies. We had 5 flies in our booth that just wouldn't visit others. Needless to say, it was alarming to see so many flies. If you decide to visit Petros, bring fly paper and I recommend you try anything but the pizza! read more

I never do this but...I can't bare anyone else to have to eat here. If you call yourself a pizza restaurant one could assume they would at least make the dough. This is the worst pizza I have ever tasted. The excuse for a crust was insane...buying store prebaked pizza crusts does not make you a pizza restaurant...I would have rather made the freezer burnt Tostitos in the back of my freezer that has been there for 10 months. A 5 dollar hot and ready from little Caesar's is vastly superior. And then I get charged 15 bucks for it. What a stomach-turning disgrace. I implore you to NEVER eat at this restaurant. We ordered from here the other night. The food was good. The only thing we don't live that far from them and my fries were cold. I hate to heat fries in the microwave. The chicken sandwich was good. I TRULY hate that they give you shredded lettuce TO GO on a burger or sandwich. I love a good piece of green lettuce. I think they need a suggestion box. Food is average. I think the person who takes the order needs to be in a quit spot so you don't feel like you need to scream because of all the noise from the dishes and people talking...all that combined is soooo loud ..way to loud. If I could give a -1 star, I would. This restaurant was recommended by a local friend. I Googled it, and noticed that it got a 4.5 out of 5 rating, so I was excited to try it. There were three in our party, and we were seated at the same time as another party of three. We waited a few minutes to place our order, but not an inordinate amount of time. What WAS an inordinate amount of time was the time it took to receive our food. The party that came in with us finished their food and left, and two more parties of two and four respectively arrived, ordered, and received their food before one person in our party was served. The party of two ordered, ate (after the manager resolved some issue with their food), and left. The party of four received their food before we did, although they arrived more than thirty minutes after we did. One person in our party finally got their food, and the server said that the food would be coming out one at a time. My food arrived a few minutes later- cold. The third person in our party waited another 20 minutes for his food. When his food finally arrived, it was good. Mine was quite mediocre, consisting of some bland ricotta cheese and Manicotti noodles covered in white and cheddar (yes, cheddar) cheese atop a tablespoon of tomato sauce. We weren't even offered bread, although two of us were eating Italian style food. AND, to top off a terrible meal and service, as we were eating our cheese cake, I was suddenly struggling to breathe, because one of the staff was using bleach water to clean the table next to us. I had to run out of the restaurant, abandoning my party and my dessert. The manager told my partner that he came outside to look for me, but no one did. He then told my partner that he would offer us free drinks with our meal the next time we came in. That won't be an issue. I will never come back here. read more

My husband and I were in the area, we had always heard Petro's was good. When we went in, it was like we stepped back into the 1980's. Decor so outdated. My instinct was to walk out, should have listened to my instinct. My husband said they same thing later on. We tired to not be negative. Overhead waitress complaining about a large party, not professional. She took our order from behind us, while she was cashing people out. My husband ordered a Philly cheese steak that was like the frozen steakums. I ordered Chicken Francaise and a loaded baked potato. My salad came out quickly, basic garden salad although cucumbers and onions were in big clunky pieces. Baked potato was swimming in melted cheese, chicken cooked well but nothing, and I mean nothing other than the ranch dressing had any flavor. Absolutely amazing! We had stuffed mushrooms and the crab bites for an appetizers! Truly amazing! I ordered a gin and tonic from the bar and they put 5 limes on my drink without me asking for a few extra limes!! We liked it so much we went back the next day and ordered a medium supreme Pizza! It was so yummy! Their homemade Ranch is to die for! Their house salads are delicious! My sister in law ordered the chicken francaise which came with a lemon sauce and a sweet potatoe as a side! My husband had the veil exceptional. It was panned fried and it had sautéed squash and zucchini with Bay scallops and it was enough to feed 3 people; not to mention a side pasta with spaghetti noodles! All for 10.99! We are coming back! I am really glad I found this place. My wife and I had a combo appetizer and gyros. Their marinara, horseradish, and ranch sauces were very good for the appetizers. The gyros were delicious and the tzatziki was great. The staff was wonderful. I can't wait to try their pizza and more! The only reason I could not give them 5 stars, was the lamb and beef on the gyro was the commercial strips. The pepper poppers on the appetizer combo were the frozen "off the shelf" kind and were a little old tasting. The meal was very good and the portion quite large. I will be going back! read more

I have been going to this pizza place for over a year. They used to have the best pizza. Well tonight I ordered our usual pizza(all meat lovers with half veggies added on). They usually charge $25 and some change. Well tonight they were trying to tell us that it is $31+ For one pizza. I told them that we have been coming there for over a year and that they never charged us that much. The manager said he would honor our price but give us the difference in toppings. My "meat lovers"pizza had 7 pepperonis for a Large pizza. There is barely any meat on it, and the two veggies I asked not to have on there was on there... needless to say my family will never go back. read more
