We'd had a sit down meal at Bella Roma a month prior and recalled they did a full Italian menu for pick up AND delivery. We figured we'd do a pick up order of Hawaiian and Supreme pizzas. The order was ready within 10 min. (This was a busy Friday around 5:30) We live fairly close so the pizza was hot when we got it home. Honestly the best Hawaiian we've had ...ever! That coming from 4 adults who have eaten "pineapple pizzas" for the last 40 years. The Supreme WAS supreme! The prices weren't outrageous either. $14 for a small Hawaiian and $22 for a large supreme. Highly recommend.

When the unmistakable stench of cigarette smoke wafted out of the drive-thru window after it opened, that was the first taint in this experience. If I could smell it that strongly *outside*, I could only imagine what it was like inside. My fears were confirmed when I could TASTE that cigarette smoke IN MY FOOD after I got home. I still have that smoky taste in my mouth a good 10-15 minutes after my last bite. My wife claims she couldn't taste it, but I have a major aversion to cigarette smoke, so there's no mistaking it when it's there. Friendly people? Sure. Potentially good food? Yeah. But I will never eat here again until the atmosphere inside the building no longer interferes with the food. I haven't been this disgusted with a restaurant experience in a long time.

I was completely disrespected today by the manager, Ada, who made rude comments about what she assumed I could or could not afford. When I asked for the owner's information, she was facetious and condescending. The owner backed her up with examples that had nothing to do with my situation. The coupon was valid, approved by the owner, and there was no reason for personal remarks. What makes it worse is that Ada certainly would have been offended if I'd made a personal remark about her appearance, like pointing out that her face was visibly covered with sores and suggesting something about what she could or couldn't afford. That would have been disrespectful, and that's exactly why she shouldn't make personal remarks about customers. After the way everything was handled, I didn't even eat the food I purchased. I no longer felt comfortable eating it because I didn't know whether she had handled it. I will never return.

We were seated, but no one came to take our order. We sat waiting for over 15 minutes. Finally, the bartender (found out later she didn't even work there) came and took our order. Ordered the appetizer sampler and a pizza. Our waitress was asked nicely by the bartender to do something and she yelled at her to...just slow down! Extremely rude and unprofessional in front of customers. Our "waitress" if you can call her that, then brought the basket of appetizers out, plopped them down on the table and said ...there ya go...and walked off. No plates, no silverware, no drinks, or dipping sauce. We got up and got our own plates, utensil and drinks. We flagged another person down to get dipping sauce and ketchup. That took another 10 minutes. Then the pizza was brought out. Our drinks were empty by this point but we were not asked if we needed more or if we needed anything. We again went and got our own drinks. The food was good. Pizza was decent, so that was a plus, but we will never return. We had to ask for our bill, initially got the wrong one, then our waitress never came back to take our money. So I went to the bartender and asked if I could pay her so we could just go. I told her I was disappointed. That's when she told me she didn't even work there, her daughter was the manager and told her to bartend. She didn't know how to run the register very well, understandably since she had never worked there before. She had to use her phone to calculate what she owed me in change. She was very nice, but wow! What a disaster of an establishment. It has so much potential, but I would definitely NOT recommend unless you want rude service and NO service.
