We used to go to Fazolis years ago, and thought we would not be able to again, then it popped up here. Immediately made the trip to try it out, the food was great, good quantities, good service, nice atomosphere. The people admiring our car outside was mildly amusing as we were not participating in the neighboring car show, but still added to the ambiance. I've been a fan for years! I grew up in Ohio where there was a Fazoli's that we frequented once a week. Besides Olive Garden, it was the only Italian place in town back then. And of course my parents liked the convenience of being able to drive through. I don't remember exactly if the food is the same, but I know I loved it back then. Until recently, I lived in Chicago where there are no Fazoli's. So when I drove past this location in Cartersville, I was inclined to see if it's still as good as I remembered. It definitely is! The breadsticks are soft and tasty. The pizza tastes like it's made from the same dough so it's light and different. The pasta is always pretty good. It's not exactly a home made taste, but it's a fast food place and I don't expect more for the price. I especially love their Italian ices! The staff has always been nice each time I've stopped by subsequently. I highly recommended if you're craving fast Italian food. read more

My wife and I have been here several times to dine in and for take out. The staff is always pleasant and friendly, the dining area is clean and the drink station is clean and stocked. As for the quality of food we have zero complaints. Consider the fact that you can get a good meal at a great price. I usually get the spaghetti with salad and drink meal. The salad is fresh with cheese, tomatoes and creamy Italian dressing. The spaghetti with meat sauce is very good, and the meal also comes with bread sticks which are fresh and delicious, and a drink. All for around ten bucks. The location is convenient and the service is fast. All of these factors together are why I grade this place a 5 star vs other similar type Italian "fast food" restaurants. Whenever I'm in the area, this is my go-to choice. The food takes a while to make, but it's always super fresh when you get it, so that's more than most fast food places can say. My orders are always perfect and the employees are always very nice. I've only been through the drive-thru, so I can't speak for the interior, but outside is very well kept. read more

Once again Fazolis did me dirty. I paid for mozzarella bites and received no mozzarella bites. I swear they do it on purpose. If they screw over only 10 customers a day that adds up to a lot of additional profit in a span of a year. Once again fazolis you stink, you screw your customers over and you could care less. My first time at Fazoli's ever. Sachin took our orders and answered questions with a smile. I had a Gluten-friendly rotini topped with Alfredo sauce and roasted chicken baked with Mozzarella cheese and then drizzled with Basil pesto. Fantastic! I really didn't expect their food to be so tasty. No complaints about the breadsticks either. Slice of my cheese pizza could have maybe had little more cheese on it. Restaurant was clean and nice, and all four of us enjoyed our meals, and decided to come back soon. I already know what I am ordering next time, and I will not skip that Cheesecake Factory cheesecake dessert either. Sachin provided us with a great customer service and friendly chat. While living in Florida, you don't see many of these delicious Italian friendly restaurants. Traveling form KY to FL my family made this pit stop, luckily they advertised the Fazoli's sign off highway I75 South and we pulled over. The location was in a plaza with many shops and easy to see. The customer service was great, it was truly "Friendly and Fast". Their menu has a wide variety of pizza, pasta, lasagna, and much more!! One of their favorite delights is their award winning breadsticks. Where I am from, you purchase a dozen and pop them like candy lol My purchase that was a Double Slice Cheese Pizza. If you are slightly sensitive to cheese then this isn't the entree for you. This pizza was cheesy, had flavorful sauce, and the pizza dough was cooked just right. So Fazoli's is a franchise that specializes in italian food on the cheap. This place I didn't go in anticipating the best but knew it would be reasonably priced. The menu is typical italian food and all meals come with unlimited breadsticks. The portions were good size I got the ultimate sampler and also tried the baked ziti. You can add a salad or slice of pizza and small drink for $2.99 so overall you get a lot of food for your money. The lasagna noodles were kind of hard on the ends I think they are still working out the kinks and this trip was during covid restrictions so things will improve so I have them a 4 star based on nice service, great bread sticks, and a great value! read more

Last night I had the worst dish ever at Fazoli's in Cartersville! It was a loaded baked spaghetti which was dried out and lacked sauce! Meatballs tasted fake. Lacked cheese on top. Ate 4 bites & tossed in trash. So if I'm paying $17 fir a medium tea, 2 extra breadsticks & main course I would love it to be delicious! So I've always loved fazolis since i was a little kid and one day they all disappeared without a grace. I'm thrilled that they are making a come back here in GA. That being said the food is better than i remember and its modernized ambiance is great. The owners know what they are doing. Now here's the important part. I come here few and far between cause i live about 40 mins away and this is more so of a treat for myself. When i come the staff is always good and I'm served quickly but i want to give a thanks to a wonderful lady named Donna. I went tonight (Friday) and as expected it was busy. I think they were a little short staffed based on the speed at which people were working. But this woman was getting food to tables and working the register as fast as she could. She even found time to drop by our table and make sure we were squared away. I noticed that she was trying to step away for a break and she still dropped by to make sure we were taken care of for a second time. She did an excellent job making customers feel like regulars. Nothing is more awkward than making some scripted dialog that employees have to follow like some other fast food restaurants. I can't say enough about this woman and her outstanding attitude despite the busyness. My only regret is i did not get to write a review on their app because i had already scanned my receipt. Donna was fantastic and i hope she gets more than just a shout out from corporate. These are the kinds of employees that keep businesses going and customers in the door. We visited Fazoli's (in Cartersville) this evening. It is fast-food specializing in "Italian". I like to go there because they offer a gluten free dish that I totally enjoy. Although there is no assigned servers (again it is fast-food) they have a pretty busy dining room on Friday's. I go for the gluten free chicken pesto rotini but the staff is always smiling and happy and engaged. It is a great place to enjoy your dinner and your environment‼ read more

First, I must admit I really like Fazoli restaurants. Was at the one in Cartersville this evening for the first time. My wife and I were able to dine in. Both our meals were very good. She had baked ziti and I had the baked trio. Service was extremely friendly. Theresa delivered loads of bread sticks and was very friendly. A total of 3 employees came by and asked how our meal was and if we needed anything. Place was very clean. All employees were wearing masks. For the price, this place can't be best. read more

We were in town for a wedding and were hoping to get a quick dinner for 7. When we called, the person answering the phone seemed a little confused about the menu but proceeded with taking our order. We were trying to find out how many that the family dinner fed. She would not answer just kept asking about our sides etc. It was a $35 meal. At the end of the conversation we had a $100 order. i went with my family yesterday and all i can say are good things. they have awesome customer service and i was checked on by 3 different employees and darious was awesome on making sure we had our food the way we wanted it and piled is up with cheese! The food is very americanized but still good for what it is. my alfredo and chicken was a little salty but that is much better than bland. ill be back to try the desserts. they have a peanut butter cheese cake i wanna try but my daughter is allergic to p nuts so will have to be a day while she is in school. I went through drive through to order a chicken broccoli penne with 2 Italian ice. The guy taking my order COULD NOT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH so, I drove to the window to place the order. He literally STILL hardly understood what I was ordering. Then he handed me one of the Italian ice that was half melted. Which looked like an Italian ice that was already pre made sitting up there. When I asked him why didn't he mix the blue raspberry Italian ice he took it back. Didn't make a NEW ONE & handed me the SAME MELTED ITALIAN ICE. Then the lemon Italian ice was watered down and tasted DIRTY. I told him to get the manager and told him to give me a refund. He then said he was the manager and said he would process the refund. He then balled up the receipt in his hand and told me he refunded my order. I told him to give me the refunded receipt & original receipt. He don't speak ENGLISH, have a nasty attitude, unprofessional, and was trying to give me an Italian ice that was already PRE MADE BEING LAZY! Very disappointed, we have ate at Fazoli's in two different state, so I was excited to find this one here. This one was bad. Food tasted different, even the bread sticks? At the other two we have ate at you could get a deal where you could buy a buffet type meal (was not a buffet you went up too, the staff would bring whatever you wanted from the kitchen to table). They did not have that here? Food here was not up to par, watered down sauces, pizza slice was bad, bread sticks were dry. Fazoli's is alright place; since COVID-19 the tables have to be 6 feet away so it's very hard to find seating in the building; we stood waiting for about 15 minutes. The parking lot is absolute garbage, the drive thru line blocks half of the parking lot. The food is ok if you like Italian; most frozen meals you buy from Walmart will probably taste better though. The best things there are the breadsticks; soft and buttery yet crunchy. Also don't go here if you get heartburn easily. read more

My family and I came here last week, we are a family of 10 with a lot of special orders. We showed up to find that the dining room was closed. Disappointed because we drove from Woodstock, we went through the drive thru. Kendra was amazing!! She had the sweetest personality that instantly made us feel better. She had great recommendations, she took our massive, special order with a smile and no complaints, she was the best part of this experience even though the food was excellent too! Good customer service is hard to come by but it makes a world of difference when you find it, she changed our disappointment into smiles!
