We came from over an hour away just to eat here and it did not disappoint! Very good meal today! I'll start with walking through the parking lot. The building looks to be dated and in need of some upkeep. That being said, the inside is beautiful! The decor is nicely done and it seemed to be very clean. The smell coming from the kitchen was incredibly pleasant like grandma was in there whipping up some Italian delicacies! The lunch service wasn't very crowded and we were seated immediately. Some of the old pictures were quite worn and looked to be sun bleached. I'd probably replace some of that. The faux wood blinds were warped I guess from the time spent in the sun. Our server was very friendly and inviting. We ordered drinks and were brought out quickly. We never had to ask for refills as she stayed on top of keeping us hydrated! The menu looked good and had some great choices! My wife has celiacs disease so she can't have gluten, and to our delight they even have a gluten free menu! Very happy to see that! I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer a lunch menu on Saturday, but we found a lot of things we were excited about. The prices feel high, but when you eat anywhere else they're not far off. Our server brought us some really good rolls that had real minced garlic on them. They were buttered, maybe a little too much. If you like butter, get the ones in the bottom of the bowl! They were really good. We ordered our food and it didn't take long to make its way to our table. Maybe 20 minutes or so. Before our food was brought to us we had the most amazing salad that rivals anything Olive Garden puts out! It had beautiful vegetables and a fantastic Italian dressing! My wife had the Diablo shrimp and pasta from the gluten free menu and she was very happy with her choice! I had to go with the chicken Parmesan. I know, a basic Italian dish, but I wanted to try it. I'm so glad I did! It was very well done! Not too much pasta. The sauce was done just to my taste, not watery. The chicken was cooked perfectly with a crunchy crust and tender chicken. The other 3 in my party had meat lasagna, vegetable lasagna, and the veal. No one had a complaint! Maybe that we needed a nap afterwards! I appreciate the server being very attentive, the food was well prepared and cooked, the restaurant was clean, and the hour drive was worth it. We will definitely make another trip back and it will be my pleasure to try another tasty dish from this fine Italian restaurant! Thank you!

Waiter would not let my child order from the kids menu though she met the age requirement. Tea was mediocre, but the food was good.

I hate the garlic and oil filled rolls. Just not a fan of their food! Pricey to boot.

Impressed and pleased by my experience here…read more The facility seems new; the decor is nice, with multiple rooms accommodating lots of tables. One of the rooms has a large stylish fireplace. Food tastes good. Standard Olive Garden fare, but that's fine by me. Good portion sizes, tasty. Service was outstanding. Kristie (sp?) was our server, and I'd recommend her. Personable, friendly. Nailed our orders, including special accommodations and requests. Kept our drinks filled, same with the bread sticks. She's good at her job. Very worthwhile visit and would recommend.

Not impressed at all. Our family have patronized Olive Garden Restaurant since it arrived in Rome,…read moreGA so I know the type of service this location provides. Upon entering the restaurant, the greeter yelled at us from behind the desk - "How many of y'all?" before we could answer, she repeated herself. She stomped away after we gave the response. No one smiled or greeted us at all. Once we were seated, they took our orders the main entrée was last to be served. The chicken gnocchi soup was watered down and cold. When I requested my second soup it was cold as well. The location was empty at 6:45 so why was our food cold and late coming out? No follow up refills or anything. As a business owner, I am very observant and customer service can make or break your business. Come on Olive Garden this staff needs to be trained on customer service, listening to orders and not yelling at customers across the room. We need to continue to have great places to eat in our area, let's step up and get it right.
