We had leftover pizza that they packed up for us towards the end of our meal. They also asked if we needed change, which was nice. Heads up - Kinchley's is CASH ONLY. It came out much bigger than we thought it was gonna be and we usually are able to finish a whole thin crust pizza but we just couldn't do it. This time. The crust was cooked perfectly. Their sauce is absolutely delicious. I felt like I was eating my own families sauce. That's how homemade it tasted. We got black olives on it and I love the way that they were. It wasn't overloaded. They weren't wet and I have to say I don't know where they got their basil from but the taste was incredible. My real issue is that the prices vs the portions are ridiculous. Our pizza arrived and I couldn't believe they charged $19 for what looked like something slightly larger than a personal pizza. Crust is dense and at least properly baked - but you end up with a very weird ratio of sauce cheese and crust: just absolute crust overload. These issues could've easily been solved by making an actual Sicilian pizza. Sauce and cheese were nothing to write home about and not good enough on their own to warrant any improvement on the overall impression. I've been looking for a new pizza place, this ain't it for me.
