They said I could bring my car by in about an hour. I arrived a few minutes early and they took me in right away. I watched Harry cut out my old catalyst, and skillfully install the new unit. He is a very efficient person, and he had my car finished in just under half and hour. The price was exactly as quoted on the phone. I found this shop on yelp, after my car suddenly started sounding like a Go-Cart. With all the positive reviews, I couldn't pass it up. I called them and told them what I thought my issue was, and they told me to bring in my car. When I arrived, I didnt even have to wait. They lifted my car right away. Turns out I had a flex and exhaust pipe leak. They even showed me where the leak was coming from. Both gentlemen were very pleasant. This was the best drive-by ever!! I was pricing muffler replacements for my 1997 Nissan Pathfinder, and had almost given up that I could afford to replace the exhaust system at all. I took my car here about six months ago to have part of the muffler on my 2006 s- class that needed to be rebraced to the frame. I had to wait about 30 minutes because they had other cars already on the rack and there was another car already ahead of me as well. Older gentleman installed an axleback on my car, laughed to his boss, said something in a foreign language, while rubbing the cash I just gave him in a gesture that expressed " I just ripped this guy off ". Anyone can understand basic body language. They charged me 70 dollars to bolt on a axleback muffler.... It took them 20 minutes. He gave me a "deal" and took ten dollars off. For research purposes, I drove to 3 other exhaust shops within a mile and got quoted 30-45 dollars. They all told me it's a ridiculously easy task, and that I was overcharged. Even after doing business with the other shops on the same lot of "King Muffler", they shared a similar negative view of how they conduct their business. As a middle eastern, I'm embarassed for these guys at king muffler, people like them are why there is growing racism toward this ethnic group. *** If you decide to go here, just make sure you get multiple quotes beforehand, to protect yourself. I literally went here because of the yelp reviews, but their conduct has obviously changed for 2015. read more

I went there Today to get a new muffler, As soon as i pulled into there lot they greeted me, I told them i needed a new muffler, the guy asked me to turn on the car, and after that sound he agreed he raised it into the air for a better look. I showed him that the muffler was broken and was the main problem of the loud noise he told me that the pipe (excuse my lack of knowledge) that leads from the catalytic converter to the muffler was in really bad shape. That if i was going to sell the car it would be fine but if i was going to keep it it needed to be replaced because eventually it would break down again. He told me for the new pipe and the muffler it would be 200 and for just the muffler it would be $150 in my head i thought that's in the ball range but 200 for a basic muffler and a pipe seemed a little high to me. So i asked him what kind of options do i have as far as the muffler goes i wanted something quite he showed me a couple and i ended up choosing a Magna Flow universal exhaust (runs about $70+) Then he told me he would give me the magna flow exhaust and the pipe all for $150 i agreed only because i couldnt deal with the noise anymore and needed my car ready for work later today I told him how long it would take he told me 45mins or so, came back an hour later car sounded nice, didn't rattle or shack. Was very happy There Very Nice and Honest here, I beleive he did give me a decent quote and deal My only tip would be to haggle on price with the guy he seems like a fair owner not trying to screw you over but. What turned out to be a $200 was 50 dollars cheaper thanks to some negotiation and good owner. read more

First off great place and customer service. I have a 2012 dodge charger and wanted to get a more beefier sound out of it. I had been researching for the longest on what exhaust set up I wanted. I decided flowmaster however I didn't want to pay around $400 for all parts and install. So I was driving and found this place. Before I got out I checked yelp and I was amazed at the ratings and reviews. So I spoked with the owner and told him what I wanted and he said that the could do it for way less than what I intended on paying which was already a plus. From there he have me a suggestion which was to just run straight pipes which would be even cheaper and if I didn't like it that he would place everything pack to stock n not charge me at all.
