Eric is the owner. He answered the phone politely, and had the patience to answer questions about my issue. He was upfront with the pricing. He is priced similarly to the other quotes. His price is fair based on the other quotes. Eric has a great customer service mind set. He was willing to come on a Saturday morning to accommodate my busy work schedule during the week. He offered to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He did so. He estimated he would be here between 11am-12pm. He called at 10:30 and was here at 11. He estimated the job would take under 30 minutes. It took 20. He was energetic, knowledgeable and up front. He explained the problem (2 bent pins in the cylinder) and fixed it in such a way that I was able to keep the same keys.
