I used the Yelp job bidding and Eric was the first to message me back. He wrote back in minutes (lightning fast). I asked for 5 existing locks to be rekeyed. He quoted me the price and had an appointment available the following morning. He showed up on time and was easy to reach by phone and easy to talk with. I showed him around our house and I had miss counted the locks (my fault). He said it wasn't a problem and could take care of everything. He rekeyed all of the locks and made a couple of extra keys. We then walked around and made sure all the new keys worked. He also had me try the old key to verify it would not work. I really liked this touch. I made this mistake of setting my keys down while loading my groceries into my trunk. When I was done I shut my trunk and returned my cart. I returned to my car locked out with no way to get my key! I called and Eric answered the phone within seconds. I explained my situation and he was understanding and told me he was on his way. Within 20 mins he arrived and had my car open...only problem was my key fob was too far away so the trunk button didn't work. Eric came out today to replace my 20-year-old front door's handle set and deadbolt. He also replaced the front door's inside door knob. The outside hardware was bronze and the inside hardware was gold so it was not easy to locate. He located it within a day and did a great job replacing it. We seldom use the front door because we always go through the garage when we go out of the house. And because we are in a rental vehicle we ended up using the front door and locked ourselves out.
