Had a Smart lock situation with dead batteries and lost keys. Eric was very prompt to respond and gave me a time and price that I couldn't pass up. He showed up promptly at the time we had agreed. He tried to pick the lock first, unsuccessful. He then went ahead and created a key, but unfortunately that too didn't work. The man even tried to use physical tool to manually unlock from underneath the gap. While I greatly appreciated all his efforts, at the end, I was left with a bill for $100 for his visit and a key, which by the way did turn out to work but only after the lock was successfully picked by another locksmith for $120. This is just my experience and does not invalidate the many other great experiences other customers have had. Lesson learned. Carefully assess the level of urgency as that will likely dictate the cost. If at all possible, get a free quote if available, otherwise it'll cost just to have someone come out to take a look, regardless of whether your problem has been resolved. read more

Eric was great. Super helpful. Coordinated very well with us to not waste anyones time. Was able to do all the locks in our house easily. When we realized the sellers forgot to give us the mail keys, he offered to just replace the mail lock and included 3 keys at no cost. Super friendly and patient guy. Would 100% recommend him and his services for anyone else and use them again for the future. read more

Our back door at my office was broken. Someone had gotten the knob to turn 360° but it wouldn't open. I messaged a few people on Yelp but Eric was the only one with the expertise and equipment to fix it! He was able to give me a quote and even talked me through how to see the extent of the damage. We agreed on a price and he drove over IMMEDIATELY! Within the hour our door was fixed and working better than it has these last ten years! We were very happy with his service and will be reaching out to him for our future locksmith needs! He was so friendly and professional and even took the time to show me the problem and how he was going to fix it. 10/10 would recommend :3 read more

Eric was quick to response to my inquiry on Yelp. He was knowledgeable regarding eviction lockouts and was helpful in guiding me through the process while the sheriffs department was vague. He provided prices in advance. Very communicative. A very unfortunate event happened during the lock out but Eric was very professional and supportive in the situation. I would definitely hire him for any future requests. read more

I used the Yelp job bidding and Eric was the first to message me back. He wrote back in minutes (lightning fast). I asked for 5 existing locks to be rekeyed. He quoted me the price and had an appointment available the following morning. He showed up on time and was easy to reach by phone and easy to talk with. I showed him around our house and I had miss counted the locks (my fault). He said it wasn't a problem and could take care of everything. He rekeyed all of the locks and made a couple of extra keys. We then walked around and made sure all the new keys worked. He also had me try the old key to verify it would not work. I really liked this touch. He was in and out in 1 hour and waked me through the bill. I highly recommend this company and really appreciate Eric's professionalism. read more

I made this mistake of setting my keys down while loading my groceries into my trunk. When I was done I shut my trunk and returned my cart. I returned to my car locked out with no way to get my key! I called and Eric answered the phone within seconds. I explained my situation and he was understanding and told me he was on his way. Within 20 mins he arrived and had my car open...only problem was my key fob was too far away so the trunk button didn't work. Eric didn't give up..he managed to find a seat release from inside my car and I was able to climb thru and open my trunk. The price I paid was way below what I expected! I called two other places who quoted over $100 for lockout service. 10/10 would recommend King Locksmith. Fast and friendly service. Fair pricing. Thank you for saving the day, Eric! read more

We seldom use the front door because we always go through the garage when we go out of the house. And because we are in a rental vehicle we ended up using the front door and locked ourselves out. Called several locksmiths and most of them can't even give me an accurate quote. Which I think is kinda sketchy. $20 to come to you and the surest is a surprise. Eric responded to me from yelp and was able to give me a quote and that's what he charge me after finishing the Job. He told us he will be at out place in 30 mins and he did. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company for your locksmith needs. Price is very reasonable. Thank you again Eric! read more

Eric came out today to replace my 20-year-old front door's handle set and deadbolt. He also replaced the front door's inside door knob. He was responsive, reliable, and, without being asked, suggested a solution to my need (rental condo broken into by a squatter), which would save me money (exterminating the squatter. Just kidding! Unfortunately, he's just a great locksmith, with a great sense of humor, and not an exterminator.) I would absolutely use him again. Al Lucchese read more
