ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PRICE AROUND! I locked myself out of my house and called different locksmiths through Yelp. Eric gave me the best price and showed up within 20 minutes. He was very helpful and did a good job. I highly recommend him. read more

I called Eric to find out if he could cut our pool gate lock. Unfortunately, he was out of the area and not able to help. He was helpful by giving me suggestions on what to do. His kindness and concern was appreciated. I know I will use his services and I hope this review helps you to use his services also! read more

Great service, Eric came out and re-keyed our doors and installed new door knobs to match the others. We will definitely use in future.

Eric came and changed all our locks. He was incredibly kind, patient, professional, honest, thorough and prompt! He accommodated a last minute emergency appt to get our new home safe. He tried various ways to save us money, even though our locks were a mess, old (or new and partially installed) and scattered. He was very thoughtful and had an amazing attitude. Will definitely be calling Eric if we ever need locks changed again! read more

Eric was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He re-keyed 3 locks and replaced a deadbolt. He even made an extra spare key. I would definitely hire him again. read more

WHOA!! Good luck getting a question out of the kid working there. She has a script and cannot go past one sentence. She talked over me in a louder voice repeating the same sentence. She clearly did not want to be bothered. Really BAD customer service. She was laughing as if she were high. She yelled into the phone with put downs, giggled and hung up the phone. RUDE particularly when help is needed. I called back hoping to get a different more mature person who would answer. She giggled, yelled over me, laughed and hung up the phone. Maybe it's the summer 'help' read more

Started off really well with a good attitude and prompt visit. The commercial door lock mechanism ended up breaking as he was working on the frame, I told him to do what was needed to repair it and signed off on the additional charges. Fast forward work is done and everything seems ok so I get him a check. Next day I get calls from employees saying their keys won't open the door so they can't get in through the door he worked on. I haven't had this problem before so I told the receptionist to call Eric and have him back out to fix it. Over the phone he told her that it isn't related and if he comes back out he's going to charge us for it. I don't understand how one can replace the locking mechanism and claim that when the key doesn't open the door its not related when it worked years before the replacement? I'm not an expert but it didn't seem right so I had Chino Lock out and they said that the mechanism wasn't lined up right with something, they realigned it, no new parts needed and it's been working ever since. I think it costed me a $50 visit fee or something. Sorry Eric, if I had to have another contractor out to fix your work--that's a low rating in my book. read more

I put a quote request in to Yelp. King Locksmith was closest to my house geographically. I read several reviews before choosing to give them my business. I will echo what others are saying. Eric is the owner. He answered the phone politely, and had the patience to answer questions about my issue. He was upfront with the pricing. He is priced similarly to the other quotes. His price is fair based on the other quotes. Eric has a great customer service mind set. He was willing to come on a Saturday morning to accommodate my busy work schedule during the week. He offered to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He did so. He estimated he would be here between 11am-12pm. He called at 10:30 and was here at 11. He estimated the job would take under 30 minutes. It took 20. He was energetic, knowledgeable and up front. He explained the problem (2 bent pins in the cylinder) and fixed it in such a way that I was able to keep the same keys. That sure beats having to replace 5 locks! I would recommend his company to anyone needing a lock smith. I plan to have him come back every few years to provide maintenance to my locks. Thank you Eric! read more

Awesome and quick service. I called for help getting my keys out of my locked car and help arrived within 15 minutes.

As Karen W. mentioned, the difference between King Locksmith and the "other guys" is like night and day. I called at least four other companies and was shocked to discover that most showed little to no interest in the job (changing locks for my business - $100 job) and without exception, they were all very impolite on the phone, which surprised me most. I was left with the impression that these guys must have unlocked the secret--pun intended--to running a business without any type of customer care or common courtesy. It never ceases to amaze me how rude some people can be and how the heck they stay in business, but enough about the other guys. Fortunately, Eric from King Locksmith welcomed my business and we were able to set-up a time for him to come out and switch out locks this morning. I had a last-minute change in plans, so we needed to reschedule the appointment, but Eric was very flexible to work with the new time. He was extremely polite & professional, and carefully explained the service and fees involved (prior to the visit and after inspecting on-site). The service is excellent and the fees are reasonable. I highly recommend King Locksmith to those who want to work with professionals. read more

You can't get any better than this. Eric was prompt, efficient, and courteous. His price was also hard to beat as well. I compared many prices around the area and this was the best one. Keep on doing what you're doing Eric, because you're definitely doing something right. read more

I'm the type of person who wants things to be efficient with no fuss. Eric did that for me. His mobile locksmith business helps me save money. There's no additional charges like one place I called. One place gave me about 4 or 5 different prices for several things - service + parts + etc. Why complicated things? He showed up on time and got the job done once he filled us in with his knowledge of what we possibly need and what we didn't think about for the office we just got. We re-keyed the front door and got a padlock for the back with three sets of keys ($1.50 for a key after two free keys for each set). Overall, just a little over 100. Highly recommended. read more

I think some of the previous reviewers confused this with another company with a similar name :/We've used King locksmith for years and Eric has always been great!! Last Friday, we managed to lock ourselves out of the house while loading up the car for a trip, genius move huh? lol We were in a rush trying to catch our boat, and Eric was able to come out right away and he got our door open really quickly and for good price. Today, Eric came out again to add some night latch bolts on our doors. We have used Eric for this service before for our old house and was pleased. He showed up on time, was friendly as usual and got everything done quickly and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Eric! read more

I called another locksmith (who I didn't use) before I called King Locksmith. The difference was like night and day. I needed all the locks in the house changed, including one that needed a new lock entirely and another that needed a door knob. The first guy I called seemed to want me to provide the lock and door knob and gave one word answers to my questions. He also answered the phone with "Hello." That's it. No business name or anything. When I called King Locksmith and spoke to Eric, it was obvious I was dealing with a true professional. He carefully explained his rates and indicated that he has multiple different locks and knobs on his truck. The day of the appointment, he called before he came over and asked what color my front door lock was just to make sure he had the right selection on his truck. When he first got there, he walked through everything with me and looked at each lock, explaining the options and helping me select the best one. My main concern was security and Eric knew his stuff. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. read more

Eric was so helpful after our crazy prior locksmith ordeal! He answered right away to the Yelp request for info, answered the phone politely and gave further insight after I texted pics of my doors in need of locks, he worked with my schedule and showed up on time. The locks he installed matched the other locks perfectly and he was fast with the installation. I have now saved his number for future needs and highly recommend him! Great pricing and super friendly! Thank you Eric! read more

Eric did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with his service and professionalism! Would recommend him wholeheartedly!

Eric was super responsive and helpful. I also appreciated the fact that he took off his shoes and kept his voice down since our baby was sleeping. Would definitely use his services again! read more

So two days ago, I locked my keys in my car. I called and got a quote and he showed up within a timely manner. Got the job done very quickly! Now, I've locked my keys in there again! (Please don't judge. It's an old key for an old car. It doesn't beep when my key is still in the ignition) So I gave Eric another call. He answered and was on his way to save the day, AGAIN! Thank you for helping me out Eric. I truly appreciate you. I've saved your number in my phone. I just pray I don't need to call you again! Excellent customer service. read more

I needed a locksmith to come and re-key our locks as well as add some deadbolts to the outer perimeter doors. I called Eric for a quote and he was very friendly, gave me great prices and when I told him I'd call back to confirm, he was still friendly (even though some others got impatient as if I've wasted their time!) When I called back to confirm, he was as friendly as ever and we set up a time for him to come on a Saturday AM. He was on time and very quick to get started. All the doors and re-key's were done quickly and smoothly. So far, no problems with the doors and locks! Very happy with his service and prices. Will definitely recommend to local friends and family if they're ever in need of a locksmith. read more

I bought a house that had a sliding glass door in back that had a key lock, but I didn't get a key for it! There was also another sliding glass door with no keyhole, so it could only be locked/unlocked from the inside. I needed a new key for the first one, and a lock cylinder added to the second one, so I could enter AND exit from both doors. I called Eric and he was courteous, prompt, and professional. When I described what I needed he gave me very reasonable quotes over the phone, and we set up an appointment. When he came to do the work he was on time (in fact, he called to see if it was ok to come a little early!), friendly, and did the work quickly and accurately. He even made a quick trip back to his warehouse to get just the right matching part for my white sliding door - he returned right away and finished the job. He double-checked everything to make sure it all worked perfectly, cleaned everything, and gave me an EXCELLENT price. I would definitely use King Locksmith again, and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. read more

I just purchased a home and put in a same day request to get the locks rekeyed. Not only did Eric accommodate my needs, he was at my home within an hour and provided first class service. He's professional with great customer service skills. He was able to beat everyone else's estimate by a mile. You'd be crazy to not at least give him a call. Thanks Eric! read more

I needed five locks rekeyed and Eric responded quickly with a reasonable quote and availability the next morning. He arrived on time, was pleasant, and efficient. Eric even helped me fix a cabinet lock that was broken in a matter of minutes. All the work took no more than about 30 minutes. I am very pleased the outcome and would definitely use Eric again and recommend him to others. Thanks Eric! read more

Eric was reliable, effective and efficient. I could not ask for better service and will continue to use King Locksmith in the future.

Eric rekeyed our rental house yesterday. We're very happy with his services. We'll definitely use him again.

Eric is the man! My son locked the door from the inside and walked out. Boom! Locked out. Eric arrived earlier than his anticipated time of arrival, which was great! After a few minutes of trying to pick the lock, we decided to take the entire knob off. He did a great job of taking it off without damaging the door or walls. Especially since I had just painted the inside of the house. THANK YOU ERIC! I will definitely use his services in the future. read more

Eric from King Locksmith saved the day last night and changed our lock after our keys were stolen. He was poilite, informative, efficient and affordable. He came after hours at a reasonable price and ensured all of his work was in good order before he left. We now have him in our cell phones in case of emergency. read more

Eric was great, he came out with in 15 mins of talking to him and took care of the issue right away. He unlocked the door in Jess then 5 mins and his prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I was given. Highly recommend Eric for any and all locksmith needs. read more

Thanks Eric. He was quick, got everything done in 1 hour and charged a fair price for everything. I would recommend him.

Quality mobile locksmith, came masked up, respectful, on time, quick working, tested everything and gave us plenty of keys.

Eric was great, installed a touchpad lock the same day I called. Excellent communication, very reasonable pricing.

They never picked up or return a phone call , says they do emergencies apparently not. Called 2x and waited for a response for hour. Why put emergency when they don't answer anyways. read more

I needed a my car key extracted from my car. The key snapped right off, leaving half the key jammed inside the ignition cylinder. Eric was just around the corner when I called and was helping me out in less than 5 minutes. Even after he took the key out, he was concerned about the old lock and oiled it. He also encouraged me to call him if I had any problems. read more

I called Eric base on Yelp 5 stars review to unlock one of my door and did not get disappointed at all. He was right on time and very energetic and friendly! He was very quick to unlock my door under 1 minutes and even go beyond by checking my front door without extra charge. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely recommend him and use his service again. Thanks Eric!!! read more

Eric deserved my 5 stars review. Here are the reasons: 1. He sounds courteous and polite 2. He showed up on time 3. He did his job quick and good 4. He inspected, pointed out the problem and suggested "save-money" way to fix the problem. 5. He tried to keep the place clean as well 6. Price...hmm... over what I expected as I did not realize I have double number of locks need to be fixed, so still fair and reasonable. Bonus he helped to fix one of the lock alignment for free, thanks Eric! We will keep his number in our phone list for future reference! read more
