The place was a lil hot but it was a very hot day outside so understandable. Plenty of seating where you order first and pay first, get a number and choose your table. I ordered the vermicelli noodle dish with egg rolls and a fried pork chop. We also got crab Rangoon and spring rolls. For me, the veggies didn't taste very fresh. I enjoyed the pickled veggies and the egg rolls. I think I was expecting more flavor in the pork and sauce. The spring rolls had bean sprouts in them which is not typical and changed the flavor profile a little bit. I'm a little particular as I just got back from Vietnam. It was way too hot for me to want to try a pho bowl but it's definitely on my list to come back when it's cooler. Love the noodle soup options and appreciate that they have such a full menu that offers Vietnamese, Chinese as well as Thai dishes.

Can we also talk about the crab Rangoon and the fried calamari strips?? Listen the calamari strips was___ I don't even know what to say. Oh, freaking amazing is what comes to mind. Yes! This was pretty consistent with our last time there.

The service Hong Kong offers are food delivery options, carryout, or you can dine in the restaurant. It took about 20 to 30 minutes for me to receive my six fresh hot chicken wings. The chicken wings were an actual big size, not too meaty to me, just right. The restaurant does have restrooms that are only for customers. The orange chicken was really good - like, I'd order that again without hesitation. They give you plenty! I don't even know how I'm going to eat all the leftovers. I was expecting the small to be... well, small. Anyway. The pepper steak was just okay. It lacked flavor for me. And of course, lots of giant peppers instead of slicing them down...and a crap ton of veggies without much steak. But that's typical. The shrimp fried rice... Tasteless. I don't usually like to add more soy sauce to my food (and I didn't), but you're gonna need to drizzle the sauce from one of the other meals onto it or SOMETHING because homegirl was tasteless. Disappointing. The shrimp and broccoli was fine - exactly what you'd expect. Everything was packaged well, so I'd say attentive service for takeout. Not sure what it looks like on the inside/bathrooms/cleanliness, etc. since we did takeout, but I would go back for the orange chicken unless I find a place with better + solid shrimp fried rice.
