I was really looking forward to some Pad Thai and I'm very disappointed! It had absolutely no taste . I guess I shouldn't go to a Chinese food place for Thai food. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken and it had shrimp and beef in it too. We also ordered beef fried rice and General Tso chicken on fried rice. Everything tasted exactly the same like nothing . Very weird. I added Sriracha and that still didn't help. We also ordered the lettuce wrap with chicken expecting more of a spring roll but it was the pic below. No tastes there either. First time here, it was kinda slow but that's OK. I got the orange chicken with white rice. The chicken was nice, good quality meat. They also gave me an egg roll that was pretty decent. I really liked the food overall. I saw that they serve milk tea, and being a huge fan of milk tea, so I decided to get it. Wow, it's pretty good! The Boba is so chewy and sweet, seems like it was made fresh since the Boba felt warm. They gave a lot of Boba! The owner even said it was her favorite. The quality has really gone down hill. Some of the worst food I've had recently - couldn't even finish it.

The food quality and prices are good. We order the orange chicken with steamed rice and it's always good. The portion sizes are consistent every time we order. Egg drop soup is always good and the Bobas are great and cheaper than others in the area. The interior is nothing to brag about, just a normal Chinese dine in but we get the order to go and have had no issues. Oh the fried shrimp is a new favorite also. Don't let the negative reviews stop you from trying this place out. read more

We ate here tonight because we were in the area and this place had high yelp ratings. I will say the amount of food you get for the price is good. The food was cooked fresh to order so everything was hot. They have a large selection on their menu. The place has dine in tables but everything is packaged as a to go order. The taste of the food is what lost me on this place. I wasn't blown away at all. I have had better of course I have had worse. For me this is just mediocre Chinese food for a quick lunch or dinner but nothing to right home mom about. I would come again if I was in the area but I wouldn't make a special trip just for this place. read more

It's not the food that's one star,it's the service. I don't even write reviews, but service was so bad I can't not write one. I was waiting in line to order when an upset customer was wanting to know how much longer it was going to take for her to get her food. I just thought it was an impatient customer. I ordered and waited. Little did I know I was about to have the same experience as the previous customer. I understand some people called in their order and picked up in store. 30 min in, I saw someone walk in and order and pick up their food before I did, I was livid. I walked up to the register to ask where my order was. They didn't even remember that I had already ordered and asked if I was ready to order. I waiter 40 minutes later to get my order. The food at this place is just horrible. I've ordered the orange chicken several times, and it is way too sweet, and they add some broccoli as a garnish, which is, because I like broccoli, but several times the broccoli has tasted spoiled. I ordered the pad Thai once, and it was gross. It was all mushy and I only ate a little bit before I couldn't take the horrible texture and bad taste. It ended up making me feel kinda sick and I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day because that nasty food completely took away my appetite. If you want good food, just go to Panda Express. I asked for two orders of spring rolls (3.99 each) and two orders or egg rolls (1.25 each). Got my order home and realized that they had given me FOUR orders of spring rolls. I called back and they said to come back he following day and they'd fix the order. I came back to the store and the same exact employees who were there before were there. They told me they couldn't do anything for me unless I had the wrong order with me. No one told me to bring it. And I'm not sure why they'd have me being it back (are you planning to re-sell them?!) We went here last night after thinking Chinese food would be good. We live down the street so we drive by this place all the time. It's on the corner of Clark and Belt Line. We called at about 8:55pm asking what time they closed. The super nice lady on the phone said "shortly, we are almost closed but we will wait for you". I have never been anywhere in Cedar Hill where someone would take the extra time to have another customer, especially one that has never been there before. We walked in, and were pleasantly surprised with how big the place actually was. The food was fantastic, and I'm picky about my Chinese food! Great service, super clean restaurant, awesome food. My only complaint would be that they don't deliver! They exceeded my expectations and now we will continue to come here many more times. read more

After looking hard and long for an Asian restaurant closer to home than Arlington, Irving or Grand Prairie, we were very pleased to have found what we consider an uptown eating spot within ten miles (as the crow flies) from our home. Service was great, servers were very cheerful, the food was plenty and the prices were reasonable for the amount of food served (so much we had to bring half of it home) and a large variety of food available. The food was water down and had no flavor and the fried rice had no seasoning or flavor what's so ever. One on my favorite foods is Chinese(Cajun is #1!) and I have had opportunities to get a 'taste of Texas' when it comes to restaurants on a daily basis due to my traveling livelihood. This not the best Chinese fast food restaurant I've been too in Texas, but it is the best in the Southwest Dallas right now. I don't rate like some of this snobs on here who expect to be treated like they are in a 5 star restaurant by the teen cashier on minimum wage. Service is what you pay for. No, in a restaurant like this you pay for the food and that is where this restaurant is good. I judge all chinese restaurants on their ability to make a great Sweet and sour chicken or a shrimp fried rice and this joint scores a 4 of 5 on both counts. Take out is fast and the food is a great price for the money. So, if you are looking for(or demanding) great service, go to a sit down, downtown. But if you're just looking to fill your stomach on a Saturday nite with the family on a budget, this is the place to go.
