Everything is vegetarian and most items are plant based/vegan. A joy.
On arrival for breakfast we were promptly seated on the well shaded patio, bringing with us a copy of the 'Vegan' magazine available for reading should you have to wait for a table. As vegetarians, it is needless to say we were quite comfortable here.
I ordered the Avo Benediction; the beetroot feta, avocado mousse worked extremely well with their take on hollandaise sauce. One of the best eggs benedict we have had. Partner ordered the Ranchero Burrito; again, somewhat unique with tofu & beans paired with roasted cashews and pickled onion. I would really like to return and try some of their other menu items which all sounded delectable.
Following the meal we did a short drive to Mt. Eden where we worked off a few of the calories walking up the fairly short climb up to the extinct volcano. At the top you are rewarded with good city views.
Most definitely would return. read more
