Kin Dee Bothell has some of the best Thai food around town! Their food's presentation, taste, and serving portions are amazing! The Pad Thai and Garlic Chicken are two of my favorite dishes from here. When it comes to dessert the Mango Sticky Rice is divine. Also, their chicken satay is delicious! I'm not a huge Panang Curry fan, but I really enjoy theirs. All in all the restaurant is cozy and warm. The staff is very attentive and kind. The food is delicious! By far the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to in my life. No Question. This was a recommendation given to my work team and I from our company's site in Bothell that we were training at. Little worry because sometimes recommendations for food don't always hit, but was I wrong. This restaurant had everything you could ever want from an establishment. Wonderful decor, super nice staff, clean tables & good hygiene from the staff, and the food was so amazing. The customer service is very attentive and friendly and the food came out pretty fast. Pad kee mao: flavor was ok but it was just pretty dry... definitely needs more sauce. Tom yum noodle soup: probably one of the best things on the menu. I'm not the biggest fan of Tom yum but without a doubt, I will always order this dish when I'm here. I ordered it 5/5 spice and it's the perfect combo of spice with hot and sour. I don't like normal Tom yum because it's usually too sour but idk maybe the noodles balance that part out and just tastes amazing because it's a little bit thicker than normal Tom yum I would say. Kao Mun gai: was pretty disappointed in it... I was expecting it to taste similar to Hainese chicken but the chicken was not tender. However I will say the ginger garlic rice that is served on the side is really good. A little bit more on the gingery side. The sauces it came with were ok.. one tasted like tamarind/ginseng sauce which was not good and the other tasted like a miso sauce that was not super sweet but I would definitely choose this sauce over the other one. Red curry: it was definitely good with a lot of flavor. Only complaint is they don't give enough sauce. read more

Visited this restaurant on memorial day with my family. The first waiter was setting up a table when another waiter enquired if we were dining in. He told us that there was a wait time of 20 minutes despite multiple tables being empty. When we told him that we would wait, he looked at us as though he was disgusted by the thought of serving us. This is our go to Thai place in Bothell. The first time we visited was in the restaurant - service was good. The dining area is comfortable. The spice of the 2 and 3 were 1-2 levels spicier than most places. Beware! The night chef's spice is a point above the day shift. We've gotten takeout a number of times since, and it's always less spicy for lunch. The pad see ew with pork is our favorite item. I prefer my egg with wok char in my pad Thai, so I'm not a fan of it here. My partner really likes the fried tofu texture; it's good but the flavor is a bit bland. The sauce is the star with that dish. Green beans are good. I liked the curry and made it into multiple meals by making more rice. We'll keep coming back. read more

we came here right after skydiving in snohomish and the flavors were super refreshing :) i got the guay tiew tom yum and it was perfection! i was a bit sick when i had this so i wasn't able to up the spice level more but the original level still had a bit of a kick to it and it was the perfect balance of spice to tanginess to savory to sweet. the only thing i would change is i usually like my tom yum more coconut-y and this was more of a watery citrusy tom yum. the portions are incredible for what you pay for too !! read more

The place felt pretty modern and they have a full bar in the back and a cool tropical aquarium in the front. The flavors of the food were good, but not amazing. I felt like the papaya salad was a bit too sour and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The Kao Soi tasted good and the chicken was very moist. The Thai Tea was way too sweet. I quite literally have never had something from Kin Dee that was not a 10/10, heck 11/10. My go to is the pad see ew with fried tofu but the pad thai is amazing too. The black cod dumplings are to die for. We just tried the green beans today and they are better than Din Thai Fung. You seriously cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Our favorite was the Hot Basil with chicken and brown rice. The Kao ka moo was our next best and the yellow curry, equally good. 2 stars is a good spice level, not too hot, yet you know there is spice in it. The brown rice is a little grainy and Al dente, just how we like it! There are so many menu items to choose from. We will definitely go back to try three more different items. Kin Dee is a Thai Street food place. Finally I visited this place a few weeks back. Located in one of the largest shopping centers in Thrashers corner. Surrounded by various eateries, but plenty of parking near by. The ambiance of this place is exquisite. It's open for all ages but there's an easily accessible bar as well. The interior is designed in a way to tell us what kind of food they are serving. Offers appetizers, fried rice, salads, noodles, soups, entrees, curries and street food on their menu. The lady who was helping us handed out their beverages menu and picked the Kin Dee Fruit Punch, which is a mocktail to start with. Ordered Kapow Kao Kruk fried rice and Hot Basil entree, both with tofu and a spice level of 4. Service was absolutely quick. The food arrived in no time. The spice level of 4 was a bold move - but trust me - it's 'spicy'. Watch out! I was able to manage it. The food was delicious and totally loved it! The portion is questionable - just enough for a person! Two dishes we picked were not from Street food section, but the food reminded me of street food. Like any other Thai places around, it's a $$ place. For the quality and the service - I think it's a fair price! Just can't wait to go back try more options! Good to have such a great place around! It was our first time here tonight ordering takeout. Interestingly, their internet was out when we got there and we had to scramble for cash. They couldn't get credit cards to work. The Panang curry was a bit too sweet for us. The Beef pad see ewe was delicious. They gave a good helping of marinated beef with the noodles. 3rd time lucky. I've tried to start a review here the first two times, and failed each time. Kin Dee is now my favorite Thai restaurant just as we get into 2022. Famous Thai hospitality by all the sweet and friendly servers, and a genuine taste of Bangkok (which I visit often). One of my all-time favorite dishes is Thai duck noodles. There's something about the spicy, umami sweet soup that I would make a journey to get. Prior to discovering the Duck Noodles at Kin Dee, my fix in the US would be the Rodded Cafe in LA. I was brought there by a friend from Bangkok, and he swears that it is better than most of the places in Bangkok (it IS). I think, now I have a new world's best Thai Duck Noodles at Kin Dee.... and service here is far, far better than the place we frequent in Bangkok and the quality and quantity of meat is also much better. We got a whole duck leg, plus 4 thick slices of breast in each bowl. On this visit, the server also came by and asked if we wanted dessert.... they had a special for the day - bo loy! Who could resist that hot, sticky coconutty syrup with soft, melt in your mouth sago balls. Down the hatch!! During previous visits, I've had their woon sen phad thai, tom yum goong, yellow curry which have been uniformly excellent. Great flavor profile with dimensions to the taste, as all good Thai food should be. The spices are well balanced, without any one spice leaping out on your tongue and clobbering you in the head like in some places. Overall, a definite 5-stars. When I was given a little machine to enter my tip, he literally was standing over my shoulder, staring at what I was entering. My dining partner also said they noticed that he was standing very close to me in order to stare at what I was adding for the tip. We went Kindee to celebrate my Husband birthday party. Beautiful decor ,I had called and did reservation also they allow you to bring cake from outside for birthday celebration . Food was very nice and all food have good portions . We had crab fired rice , pineapple fried rice , veggie garzo , cripsy kapow with Tofu and all were great and was huge portions. I think this would have been a 4 star review but I ordered take out (I picked up). I wanted the order ready at 530, when I arrived at 5:17 it was already ready so not too sure how long it was sitting there. Thai food isn't like Chinese food as it doesn't stay super hot for very long. Pad thai was good, pretty looking like I've read about. The wings were OK, good size and tasty sauce, but obviously not very crisp. We will go back and try to dine in and see hot it shakes out. read more

In general, I like very spicy food and I ordered four star dishes from this restaurant to go. Everything we ordered were excellent but I must admit they were too spicy for most people who do enjoy spicy food so take that into consideration when you decide how many stars you want for your spicy food. Good thai is always a reason to look for new spots to try and Kin Dee is quite the gem of a find. Located on the backside of a strip mall complex in Bothell (across from Safeway) is a awesome Thai restaurant. Plenty of parking and the interiors is beautiful. I cannot wait to dine in when it is safe to do so again. In the meanwhile we did take out. The online ordering was really easy to use and navigate and onto the food: 1) Garlic Chicken: was really good. Came with a side of steamed rice. It is more of a stir fry than what the picture shows, but it was good and was a favorite of teh 5-year old. 2) Gia Yang (grilled lemongrass 1/2 chicken): was good. Came with a side of sticky rice and two sauces which was good. The chicken was a little bit dry leading me to think it was cooked once, refrigerated and then cooked again. It was good, but this might be the flex option we rotate in with other dishes. Perhaps it taste better fresh if we are dining in. Not sure. 3) Pad thai: this was really good. One of the better ones in town and man, this was good. 4) Happy noodle: this is really good and a definite must to eat. Good balance of tasty chicken breast and gai-lan (Chinese broccoli). 5) Vegan green beans: this was really good. Wish there was a bit more, but really good. I like that it was cook enough, but still had a little crisp. Often time it gets too mush, but Kin Dee got it right. This is a great place and one of my favorite thai places around town. It ranks in my top three easily. If you are in the Bothell/Mill Creek/Everett area and want good authentic thai food, this is the place. You wont be disappointed. read more

This is one of the best Thai place in Washington. Came across this restaurant on the way to my pottery class (thanks class ) We ordered Thai iced tea, hibiscus tea, fried spring rolls, hot basil with minced chicken and Khanom jeen nam ngiaw (special). I really liked the Khanom jeen nam ngiaw which is their specials and I was lucky that it was their last one. The pork was really flavourful and the curry was righly spiced for me. Thai ice tea was also not too sweet, just as I like. My friend really liked friend spring rolls that she was pre-opionated that their entree would be amazing and she was right. Their hot basil was amazing too. Service was super fast and the staff were friendly. Their ambience was very chic and a good spot to hang out and chat.
