We got the take out popcorn chicken and it was delicious. The seasoning was the perfect level of spice which was great for fried chicken. The wait was a little long and would recommend asking for extra napkins or a fork to eat it a little easier.

The shop offers a wide drink selection and spacious seating. The drinks were decent--I tried the Oolong Cream Tea with Herbal Jelly, Oreo Cookies & Cream Smoothie, and Vietnamese Coffee.

Good service! The tea was good but not my favorite. Ordered the same thing I get at all the boba shops I stop at and this one falls into the middle tier. Black milk tea with boba was okay but not my favorite... The service was good and the prices were reasonable. Overall everyone else loved their drinks. Maybe next time I'll try something else...

We were doing some groceries and got thirsty. Luckily this place was right next door to the store. It looks unassuming outside like it would be a small space, but it is quite large. There's plenty of space and seating. We ordered the pork egg rolls, matcha with grass jelly and banana strawberry smoothie. The egg rolls were super crispy and delicious. The drinks were also not diluted and made properly. They also came out pretty quickly. This is a great hangout spot for teens or a stop before or after errands.

Service was super slow... I felt like they were trying to take care of the drive Thru and less concerned with the people waiting inside. I ordered a honey green tea with lychee jelly. The drink was ok... just a hint of sweet... was looking for more honey flavor, the jellies had good flavor and consistency.

Really great drinks and food. Great atmosphere and we will be back! The chicken was very good too.

I ordered through doordash and got it delivered. I ordered the egg rolls, French fries, and popcorn chicken medium heat with two sweet and sour sauces. The egg rolls were really good and 5 came in them with some shreds carrot on the side. The popcorn chicken was a really good amount and had the perfect little kick to it that I wanted. The fries were also a good amount despite me only paying 2.5 for it!! There were tasty but nothing special just good French fries haha. It was only me eating it and I still have at least half of my food left, so keep that in mind. It came in a timely manner which means it was cooked in a timely manner as well. The way they packaged everything was safe and sufficient and my food came hot still! I can't wait to try one of their drinks!!

I love Kim's Tea House! I've been to the Hwy 6 location many times before, so I'm so glad they've been growing and expanding to a few areas around Houston, because they are awesome! Their milk teas are really good, I especially like the brown sugar milk tea. They have an extensive drink menu to choose from too, so guaranteed you'll order something that you'll love. Also, the popcorn chicken is very tasty (you can choose the spice level), and it's at such a cheap price! The staff is very friendly and service is quick and efficient. The shop is spacious and the mural makes it such a fun and inviting place to hang out. You can never go wrong at Kim's!

A very nice hangout spot or for a quick pick up. I was excited to try their matcha boba expecting it to be the chewy type but it was like agar boba with matcha flavor. It was pretty good. Their popcorn chicken has basil and I love eating popcorn chicken with basil together.

The drinks were fantastic. The strawberry matcha and cloud lavender matcha were perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and you could still truly taste the matcha instead of just sugar. For the food, the ebi and chicken katsu sandos were incredible. Both came out hot, crispy, and packed with flavor, while the bread was unbelievably soft and fluffy. The egg sandos were also excellent, and I loved the addition of the soft-boiled eggs because it added both great texture and presentation. The biggest surprise for me was the strawberry cream sando. That thing was AMAZING. The bread was slightly sweet and different from the hot sandos, which made it pair perfectly with the cream and strawberries. Honestly, everything was so good that we completely inhaled the food before even thinking about taking photos. Definitely one of the best sando spots I've tried, and I'll absolutely be back.

Plus triangle-cut sandwiches taste better lol. The sliced Chicken Katsu pieces were thick, juicy, and super crispy. Amazing bread too, light and spongy, with the crusts cut off. Nice additions inside - the savory sauce had just a hint of spice and the shredded cabbage was crunchy and fresh. Mango Cream Sando - the cream inside was light and airy, with subtle sweetness. Paired well with the sweet and fresh mango. Great dessert sandwich to finish off the meal. For drinks, they have a large assortment of coffee, tea, matcha, soda refresher, slush, and more. We got the Ube Cream Coffee, which was one of their popular drinks (had a star next to it on the menu). The coffee itself was super rich, like classic Vietnamese coffee. Interesting twist with the Ube Cream on top. Fluffy and cloud-like with nice Ube flavor. I'm glad they gave a lot (1/3 of cup), since it was yummy and made the drink more creamy. Love the book wall, it goes up to the ceiling with floating books too. The interior gives such cozy vibes, especially with the dark wood tables and shelves. Fast service - no wait to place my order and all my food was ready after checking out the decor. They have a small sando menu but they have mastered them well, so it's easy to pick from the short list. Lovely to grab a sandwich and coffee here to relax!

I've gotten the house blend with sesame jelly, the matcha with matcha jelly, and the lychee signature tea, which were all really good and I have ordered multiple times They also have a claw machine area, so there are activities to do. Comfortable cushioned chairs/bench, it's actually not just for looks. Good amount of seating area, though, they could have added maybe 1 more. I got a Signature Black Tea Egg Waffle and House Blend Milk Tea with Yin-Yang Jelly. Though, the house blend milk tea was delicious, I specifically asked multiple of times if there's any tree-nuts, such as almond milk, because someone in my group has a severe tree-nut allergy. I have mentioned it many times, including what their egg waffle mix has (such as almond flours and what not). I was told the waffle was good to go but nothing about their yin-yang jelly. The young server was friendly but I don't think he realized the importance of someone not consuming tree-nuts if they have a tree-nut allergy. Luckily, we double checked with someone else after I questioned the drink and luckily the person who has a tree-nut allergy didn't try any of the drink. So, if you or someone in your group has a tree-nut allergy... possibly avoid this place or get a drink somewhere else. There's a big chance of cross-contamination even if the person who took your order knows the severity of it. Overall, it's a good bubble-tea IF AND ONLY IF THERE'S NO ONE IN YOUR GROUP WITH A TREE-NUT ALLERGY. Tea, at 20% sugar level was sweet enough and delicious without artificial taste. I can actually taste the tea and milk. Their Signature Black Tea Egg Waffle is cute in 3 shapes of cranes. The wing parts are nice and crispy but the center of the body is dry. There's no bounce to it. It's pretty thick and heavy. I would skip their cranes and just get drinks. Again, please beware if you or anyone has a tree-nut allergy.

The menu can be a little overwhelming but they do have some popular options for you. I got a recommendation from a friend and tried the red bean jelly milk and it was delicious. Wanting to give Wanpo the benefit of the doubt, I asked if it could be remade because it was a $8 drink. The worker, whose name I believe is Eric, SNIFFED my drink through the straw and said that it's Sugarcane and gave it back to me.....He then said he wouldn't remake it because it smells like it...Huh..? I walked out in shock because, what? Out of all the boba spots that I have been to, never has anyone smelled my drink. In fact, I used to work at a boba shop and never has it occurred to me to smell a drink and not remake it for a customer. Like, I don't know what methods you use to confirm ingredients but you couldn't even take the drink to the back to smell it? You did it in front of my face? I don't ever ask for drinks to be remade unless it tastes nothing like I ordered, I just go about and let it be but this genuinely appalled me. I go to Wanpo and I enjoy their Mango Sago drink but this experience has led me to never come back because... are you serious?

I like what I like, just as others like what they like. So I wasn't sure what I was going to get stuck with. So on the way to the outskirts of Katy, we stopped in at Ding Tea. Let me tell you how busy this area was on a beautiful Sunday before lunar New Year. There wasn't a single parking space to be had in three different lots. There was traffic everywhere in people. Do not drive well when they're looking for a parking spot. People just stopped in the middle of the parking lot and didn't move. Waiting for someone to walk out of a building. Super annoying. Luckily, Ding Tea is located behind lot of the larger restaurants and the golf course and other super busy areas. There was a parking spot waiting for me out front and it was easy to get in and out. We ended up getting a tea to share, and two to go with us to the party. We also got an order of the popcorn chicken. I wish they would have it a little bit spicier on its own, without having to dip it into things. A little seasoning goes a long way! The staff were also super nowledgeable about the menu, courteous, and efficient. Will definitely be back, but not on lunar new year. So busy!!
