Going with my daughter for our first pedicure since the pandemic, I had the most callused feet imaginable. It was so bad, that the technician threw out the scapper after she finished my feet. I went for the spa pedicure. Yes they do use real honey. And they did a wonderful job on getting rid of those calluses, along with equipment evidently, and a great pedicure overall. My daughter agreed. Looking at other women getting manicures, they had lots of regulars and nice looking manicures. Having moved to West Orange a few months before the pandemic, I now know where to go to get my nails done.

The customer was telling a story and said the customer is always right and she said basically sometime the customer is wrong and not nice.In a shop full of clients I don't know if that was the response i was expecting. She called my one year old "bad girl" because she was standing on her stroller she is 1! lol i pd them no attention but i believe it's as Christine said i believe they may have had some bad interactions with there customers but that treatment should not be given to customers whom they've had no interactions with before. The salon is small and the employees are less than friendly and come off as defensive, as if they frequently deal with belligerent customers and over a period time have grown to expect less than decent treatment from locals. I came for a fill in, after receiving a full set elsewhere and being displeased with the quality. The young woman closest to the front door did my nails and did an excellent job. My only complaint was that she was impatient and I felt rushed. I'm going to give her the benefit of he doubt because it was a busy Friday afternoon. Bee was not a very nice man and although this is a great shop they need a more professional and calm manager who doesn't yell at his employees. Sad that he lies to clients. I only hope Sophie will respond as I will be there again to address the issue and not be forced and rushed. Two other client next to me said he never listens.
