I took a long velour dress to this establishment for a simple hem. I was very disappointed at the quality of the finished product, which was about an eighth of an inch in depth; allowing the bottom of the dress to look twirled. Kim tried to convince me that this hem was better than the original hem. I left shop, but returned in about an hour so l could address the issue with GRACE. The hem was redone and was picked up in another week. Kim will take short cuts. Do things right the first time! I will not return. to this shop. read more

After being altered, for whatever reason, the pants didn't fit my dad quite right. She redid the pants twice without charging. She also hemmed my gown as well and did a perfect job. My dress was expensive and needed to be put in the right hands. I wanted a snap closer added to the bust and to not only shorten the hem line but to change it completely to a curved or tulip style. I had a bridesmaid dress altered. It was too tight and too long originally. It was also a one-shoulder dress, which was stressing me out about finding the right bra. She shortened everything (there were multiple layers and it was a difficult fabric), let the sides out a couple of inches, and added padded cups to the chest area (wah-lah! Fixed the bra issue!) She was very kind and professional. Turn around time was about two weeks, but I told her upfront that it was not needed for over a month, so that was not an issue. Would recommend! read more

If I could give this lady zero stars, I would. My daughter and I went in to her store needing alterations for bridesmaids dresses. It was a Monday and I needed mine by Thursday. She acted as if time might be a problem but said she could do it. Her charges for having the dresses hemmed were so outrageous my daughter told her she wasn't going to have hers done. I told her I didn't know if I wanted to have it done so the owner said think about it, (tapped my invoice) and said to let her know. I called (LESS THAN 24 HOURS later) and left her a message before she opened the next day letting her know I didn't want the dressed altered in length and to just do the top. The owner calls me at 10 am the next day letting me know it was too late she already did ALL the alterations and that I must pay for it. Not once did she call and ask what I decided on the alterations but made the decision herself to do them. I find it very ironic she finalized the entire dress in less nan 24 hours when it wasn't due for pick up until Thursday! She was extremely rude on the phone and told me how wrong I was. I told her numerous times you said to LET HER KNOW and she argued. My sister told me she did terrible work in the past for her and I should have listened. Warning !!!! Don't use her!
