Hotel smell nice! Staff was accommodating as the service was slow at the restaurant for the breakfast. Room was clean but small. Found a curly human hair in one of the bed. Thankfully, there were two. Bed is comfortable. Very very dog friendly haha! You can bring your pet for no charge which was awesome. If you don't like dog, please consider to go elsewhere as i have seen some peoples making faces when dogs bark. Dogs do bark and you need to know that. Thankfully, were not mine or these people would have heard my voice. One thing is the restaurant is really low on staff and had to wait a long time for breakfast. They forgot the coffee and i was really on the edge. I am a coffee not morning person so... but otherwise this is one of my hotel for the dog thing . I will definitely come back. read more

The corporate ownership of this hotel is awful. The room that I reserved was not available when I checked in and I had to share a bed with someone I did not want to share a bed with. The person at the front desk seemed understanding, but powerless to help. My reservation clearly showed that I reserved a room with two queen beds. One of the reservations made by my family was two separate two day reservations (four consecutive days but made as two separate reservations). We clarified that we had the same room for the whole four day stay when we checked in. At an impressively inconvenient time midday of the third day our key card stopped working. The front desk explained that corporate required us to recheck in to the room at that time and this process took longer than seems necessary in 2026 (when our stuff was already in the room and we had done the same thing two days prior). This is clearly a low functioning hotel management system that creates unnecessary and unpleasant steps for its staff and guests. The rooms are fine but a bit dated, generally showing some wear, there were multiple old USB outlets but zero modern USB outlets, service in the restaurant is incredibly slow and the food is very uneven. It's hard to mess up pizza as bad as one we got. One of our servers was completely untrained, although very polite and sincerely trying their best. Staff are friendly and our interactions with the front desk and folks cleaning rooms were very pleasant. The morning coffee and afternoon wine and snacks in the lobby was nice. There are nice seating options in the lobby and in the interior courtyard as well. The location is great with very short walks to the river or the beautiful old downtown area. There is a lovely small park adjacent to the hotel and we enjoyed sitting on benches in the shade of elegant old oaks. Old Savannah is a gem and a highlight of our trip. The gym is tiny and worthless. Generally speaking the Kimpton Brice is overpriced for what you get. The most disappointing aspect of my experience was that the location is great and the human beings working on the premises are also great, but the experience was degraded by the folks at IHG or whatever corporate scam is hurting this hotel. read more

Pleasant staff, free coffee in the morning, free wine in the afternoon, not sure what organization I booked through, but I got a $20 credit every day I stayed in the hotel to use towards food or drink, the room was spacious, the bathroom updated, and the water, extremely hot, just the way I like it. No complaints at all, aside from the noise of the road outside, but that's really not their fault. Good location between both ferry stops for the convention center as well. This hotel experience was amazing! Six stars if you ask us. It was reasonable in price! We had $20 to spend daily at the bar, they had a coffee bar daily, and free wine from 5-6. The hotel restaurant was so good. They had happy hour, dinner and brunch. We went to all three. Our bar tender---Kaylin was amazing! She also bartended at the cutest outdoor poolside bar and made the best cocktails! She really was a key part of our wonderful experience. Inside was wonderful too. Markiesha was amazing! We were on a first name basis immediately as she radiated positivity and helped us with anything we needed from curling irons and nail clippers to directions to storing luggage and more. She hugged us on the way out and told us to come back! We loved her. She is another high quality employee who made our stay. Our room was clean and great. We wished it had a tub, but that was not a big deal. We loved the mirror in the bathroom. Our beds were super comfortable. We loved the view of the outdoor space with string lights too. The grounds were inviting. From the lounge to the pool to the outside seating. Everything was thought out and wonderful. The restaurant was super pretty too. We had a great stay! The hotel is in a great location near a park and central to the historic downtown distric. However the staff were uninterested in being polite or welcoming during our stay. We were greeted by the valet who demanded our car keys and angerly thrusted out his hand to grab them. The street parking was open so we opted not valet our car and he became very irate. The next morning we went to the coffee bar and not only were they out of coffee but cups and creamer. I asked the front desk about the coffee and she just shrugged and said oh well! Employees cleaning are also very kind and also the valet team. Cons: I got locked out of my room multiple times. The breakfast credits are a nightmare to use if you're part of ihg program or chase. Breakfast team is unable to handle breakfast or any type of crowd. I think this hotel has a lot of potential but do not consider it to be a finer hotel esp with the experience we have had. My handbag was stolen from a locked hotel room (330) on Thursday, March 26 sometime after 10:00 am. It contained, in addition to ID and credit card, my grandmother's pearls with a platinum and diamond clasp and my silver bracelet from the 1971 Cotillion. Our quick stay at the Kimpton Brice Hotel was lovely. The building is located in the heart of downtown Savannah, less than a 5 minute walk to River street. We were upgraded to the spa suite and it was a dream. Super spacious and decorated well, as was the rest of the hotel. The hotel was full of cute areas to relax such as the lobby, pool, and courtyard area. Parking is just across the street and is valet only. We were lucky enough to spin the wheel and win free parking. Our only complaints were that it was super loud at night due to the road and that the gym was very tiny and part of the machines weren't working. Would stay here again! read more

On a short trip to Savannah, GA with our daughter, son-in-law and our fur baby, we stayed in this pet friendly hotel close to Riverwalk. From the moment you enter the lobby you feel the good vibes. Devon who waited on us, was incredibly helpful and the main reason for my giving our stay a solid 5 star. Devon corrected an issue with Booking.com where they did not submit our info correctly to the hotel and our one room double bed reservation was nowhere to be found. He resolved the issue by providing two connecting rooms for the same price as one! Our room and bathroom were clean, but our bed sheet was ripped on one side and the comforter looked and felt worn. As an avid reader, I was happy to be surrounded by great books -- on shelf in the main lobby and on the far wall next to the bar and elevator. Every afternoon between 5-6pm the lobby invites their guests to a social hour with free cocktails. We enjoyed hanging out in their beautiful courtyard while sipping wine ;) read more

I'm an avid fan of Kimpton hotels and have always had exceptional experiences at their DMV area properties pre-COVID. The atmosphere, rooms, and service have consistently been top-notch. However, during my recent stay, I noticed a need for aesthetic improvements both inside and outside the property. The walls and furniture in our room, as well as throughout the hotel, could benefit from a refresh - new paint and replacement of baseboards would go a long way. Upon entering our room, my husband and I were met with a pet odor, hair on the floor, and dander. As someone highly allergic to animals, I wasn't aware that it was a pet-friendly hotel. It would have been helpful if the staff had asked about allergies during check-in to ensure a clean room. Once I alerted the front desk via text, they promptly moved us to another room and apologized for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate the efficient response through the texting feature. Despite these issues, we had an enjoyable stay, thanks to the outstanding hotel staff and the onsite restaurant. I did want to commend the hotel for allowing us to check in earlier than normal, which I found very accommodating. As a suggestion, I recommend considering a renovation to enhance the overall aesthetics of the property. Perhaps the hotel can take inspiration from other Kimpton locations where the aesthetics are more appealing. Additionally, proactively inquiring about guests' allergies during check-in, especially for pet-friendly rooms, could prevent discomfort for those with sensitivities. Whenever I'm traveling, I always try to prioritize Kimpton hotels. My husband has to travel to Savannah several times a year for work, so my daughter and I like to tag along. Kimpton Brice is tucked in the heart of downtown at the end of Bay Street, making it easily accessible to historic neighborhoods, the Riverside district, restaurants, views, etc. While maintaining its personal charm and boutique-style that is synonymous with the Kimpton brand, it pays homage to the Savannah area through its architecture and decor. That said, it does also show its age and rumor has it, they've gone through some rolling renovations on account of that. The first time we visited, we were graciously upgraded to a suite room, which boasted a lovely four point canopy bed and was perfect for our family of three to spread out. The second time, we were nestled in a standard room with two queen beds. Accommodations weren't as wow-worthy as the larger suite room, but it did the trick. Highlights: - Jasmine working as hospitality staff. She took such great care of us the first time and she recognized us on our most recent visit. She's truly a gem for the hotel. - 5-6pm complimentary happy hour in the lobby (a Kimpton highlight). - competitive rates. - lovely and quaint pool. Room for improvement: - the housekeeping staff weren't consistent in cleaning our room. We were gone one day from 10am - 3pm and we came back to only one bed made and a cleaning cloth left behind. The hallways were consistently pretty dirty as well. - $40 a day for overnight parking. - Staff at the attached restaurant, Pacci, were cold and disengaged every time we'd pop in for a beverage or a bite. (Except for Peter, who went out of his way to make us feel at home!) - pool was crowded and they were all out of towels. - beds seem old in the standard rooms. For a Kimpton hotel, the one located in downtown Savannah was disappointing. That's not a word you normally associate with Kimpton hotels, but for this one, it takes the cake. We were in Savannah for the St. Paddy's Day festival. We stayed at the Kimpton because it was located on the parade route, and it was within walking distance to many of the restaurants and bars we like to frequent. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we liked the restaurant connected through the lobby by the front entrance, we were put off by our room's location next to the emergency exit and right across from the laundry room, where housekeeping was always going in and out with sheets and towels. It feels like they converted whatever use the room was there for originally into a hotel room. The hotel carpet ended right before the laundry room entrance into hardwood floors to where the door to our room was located. While it didn't feel like we were in a broom closet similar to a scene out of the film Best in Show, we couldn't help but feel we were just thrown in the back of the building. The bed wasn't comfortable either. Neither my wife and I slept well while we stayed there. For the reputation that the Kimpton hotels normally have nationwide, the experience we had at the one in Savannah was disappointing and not what we anticipated. Staff were very helpful and not only accommodated an early check in, but delivered our luggage to our room while we ate at a nearby restaurant to kill time for the room to be prepped. The bed was VERY comfortable, with soft sheets. We had a tiny balcony which overlooked the pool. There was not much seating in the room, other than two small chairs on the balcony and a desk chair. Our bathroom was nearly as large as the bedroom and came with a large soaking tub. The toiletry products were of a good quality and the smell of the fig body lotion was AMAZING--like I would totally buy that lotion. Parking was spendy but typical for a city at $50 or so per night. Our room was quiet enough and we slept well. It was convenient having a bar + restaurant connected to the hotel. There was a pretty interior courtyard with various seating types, a fire pit and nicely-lit at night. I think my only complaints were not having in-room coffee and, at this price-point ($1000 for two nights) not having robes provided--I've always liked that in higher cost hotels. I do appreciate the pet friendly nature of the hotel; though we didn't bring our pups, it was fun to say hello to other guests' furry friends. The location of the hotel is pretty good, a few minute walk to riverfront shops or the many parks and shopping in the historic district. Worth a stay! read more

Any question I had she was patient, and understanding to ALL of my concerns. Always addressed me by name. And, I noticed how caring she is with her front end staff. Two stays here: one in 2020 and one in 2024. The first one during the pandemic and the last well beyond. Sadly, both had the exact same problems even though the management changed and the hotel was remodeled. Thought I would give some time and hope for something better, but this will be my last stay there. I hold top tier status with IHG if that matters. Didn't get me anywhere here. I was given an upgrade to the same suite four years apart. This suite was filthy, stained, unswept, dusty/blocked exposed air filter, two inch gap under the door looking outside in 2020. Everything was EXACTLY the same even after a remodeling of the property I believe last year. Still dirty, still noisy, still no privacy, still no staff listening. The traffic/car noise is sooooo loud. Louder than any other city hotel I've experienced. Old windows? No idea, but you will not sleep peacefully here at any hour. Check in was uneventful. Line was long. Only one employee working check in at prime time (4pm). Parking garage is across the street, but is valet only. Money grab there. Restaurant isn't great for plant eaters. Service wasn't good either visit. Bill was wrong after checkout. Had to call to get the bill even though it's supposed to be emailed. Rate was wrong. Lots of hidden taxes that are not included in the booking estimate. This took a day to be resolved, but was resolved in terms of the rate. Thank you to Adeina there who was helpful. My favorite (or unfavorite part) was the lack of communication. I usually reach out before the stay to confirm via the "contact us" email icon in the IHG app. Did this and never got a reply. Thought I'd call a few days before and learned that they "don't use that email". Mind blowing. I did speak with Co'Meh (who is the only reason this review went from one to two stars) who was able to upgrade me to a suite after a few conversations. No communication, dirty and loud rooms, lack luster restaurant are all reasons I won't stay here again. read more

It's located in a beautiful area which is very close to the river. My original room was not available for early check-in, but they had a downgraded room available. The room was great until it came time to go to bed in approximately 10:30 PM. The noise coming from the pool area came directly through the windows as if I was outside in that area. That noise finally quieted down at approximately 11 PM. The person in the room next to me then came in for the night. I was able to hear every single thing, happening, phone conversation, sitting down a glass, etc... through the adjoining door, as if it was paper thin. I was also able to hear street noise through the windows, as they do not seem to be very sound proof at all. They did offer morning, coffee for free, but no breakfast. The canteen behind the front desk is not stocked well at all. Unless you want to park on the street you will need to pay a mandatory $44 per day valet parking fee to be parked in the garage. Thankfully, they have an enjoyable patio and pleasant employees. I might consider giving this place another chance, but will definitely shop around more before hand. read more

The Kimpton Brice was the perfect hotel for a three night stay in Savannah. Booked through Amex at a midlevel price point, the hotel provided great service, decent amenities, and a $100 dollar credit for Pacci's. We were greeted with friendly doormen and the receptionist was bubbly and helpful. Unfortunately for us, we did not get a complimentary upgrade because they did not have one available during Easter weekend. Even without the upgrade, we still got the $100 credit to use during our hotel stay. The room itself is clean and spacious. We had a poolside view and two queen sized beds. The shower amenities smelled great and worked decently well on my bleached hair. My only real complaint were the mattresses and pillows which were too soft since I prefer firmer mattresses and pillows. Housekeeping was pretty consistent throughout our stay and we would come back to a serviced room two out of three days of our stay. The hotel also provided a complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm in the outdoor terrace or lobby which was a nice touch. My partner and I took advantage of the $100 credit and used it on breakfast at Pacci's. The portions, prices, and quality made Pacci's a satisfying and hearty breakfast option during our stay. The best part of the hotel is the location which is a block away from the riverside. It's also walking distance from the restaurants and main strips of the Northern Historical District which cut down our transportation costs. Even Forsyth Park, which is a little further out, was walking distance. For the price point, the Kimpton Brice satisfied all our needs and gave us a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay during our trip. I would come back again and hopefully remember to take pictures of the room next time. read more

Yours truly spent a week at the Kimpton Brice while vacationing in Savannah and enjoyed the experience. The hotel is an old building that's been renovated into a boutique-y appearing hotel but it's a little deceiving because they have 125 rooms. Nonetheless, it FEELS smaller than it is. It's pet friendly, so steer clear if you're allergic, but very clean and well kept. The staff was always friendly and accommodating and they worked to get us both early checkin and a late checkout. The grounds are older and although clean, we did notice a few cosmetic items that could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The pool is located in a little courtyard to the south and is relatively small but (after going daily for a week) wasn't ever super crowded and we were even the only people in the pool twice. We didn't partake but they have a full bar and Italian restaurant on premises. Rooms were clean and spacious but again, couple instances were they could use some cosmetic love but it wasn't dirty or off putting - just an old building. Overall we enjoyed our stay and high marks for the amazing staff. I would gladly stay here again. read more

This property charges a $30 Destination Fee/night (which was not disclosed when I booked directly with the hotel) and Parking is $49/night. The bed was not very comfortable and uses lower quality hotel sheets. The layout and design was poor in my room (e.g. thermostat and light switches on far wall of vanity area, no handles in bathroom shower, etc). The floors in the shower are slippery. The towels are limited (2) and not good quality. My room was on the first floor next to the cleaning staff's room and it was noisy. Further, the room was on street level and I heard traffic throughout the night. Despite a tile floor, the floor in the room was not clean - dust bunnies, pieces of paper, and a former guest's glasses under the floating vanity. Obviously the floor was not cleaned. The front desk clerk(s) are not friendly (don't appear to want to be working). Positive - The facility is current and in above average condition, just not being kept clean or quality towels and sheets. Location is convenient, as are many hotels around the area. The hotel's valet(s), particularly one whose name was Mike, were extremely welcoming and helpful. Stayed here one night after a travel planning snafu left us needing one more night in Savannah. For the price this was subpar. A room near the airport for a quarter of the price would have likely been better. The long winded welcome email (booked via Expedia) indicated we would encounter a 30.00 "resort fee" at check in but we would get 20.00 in restaurant credit and two bottles of water at check in. Both went unmentioned...had to ask about this and then they had to procure two bottles of water since none were at the desk. Later I went to the bar and cashed in my "credit" for one glass of wine. Bartender was luke warm. Place was largely empty at 630pm-ish on a Thursday evening. No self parking, only valet, to park in their garage across the street. $49 (somehow I got this for $14 via Expedia...prob other hidden fees made up for it). Oddly the room was exceptionally damp and probably moldy given the effect on our sinuses. Cleanliness was average. Will say the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. A lot of mention of noise problems in other reviews...did not encounter that; perhaps location of the room. We also had the room AC going along with a travel fan for white noise. read more

My family and I arrived in Savannah for a short trip for my birthday. My mother and I absolutely adore Savannah and appreciate the many great things the city has to offer. My dad has never been to Savannah, so we were excited to show him the city and thought that staying at a Kimpton would complete the trip! After spending a day walking around and doing touristy things we checked into the Kimpton Brice around 4pm. This was our first time at this Kimpton. My mother and I had stayed at the Kimpton Harper in Fort Worth the previous year and were really impressed with our stay. Kimptons are lovely boutique hotels that do a great job of incorporating the charm and atmosphere of the cities they are located in. The Kimpton Brice is a very clean and well operated hotel that is in a perfect location. It is near the river, but also closer to the residential area of Savannah. It isn't too far from the main attractions near the downtown Savannah, but it isn't too close to the ruckus of the city either! The interior is very, very clean and has a stylish, chic vibe to it. They do require valet if you are planning to park your car in their garage. The valet service was super friendly and the people operating it were great and efficient. The check in was also effortless and efficient! The rooms are stylish as well with a lot of creative decor that make them more elevated from your standard hotel. We particularly appreciated the silver mirrored armoire with the pink interior, very unique. The bathroom had an art deco feel to it and the shower had great pressure. The attention to detail in Kimptons is what makes them stand out from other hotels, in my opinion. They provided us with bottles of water too! This particular Kimpton had a beautiful patio space that was enclosed within the hotel. They had a happy hour around 5pm and it was lovely to spend the evening in the wonderful space! Overall we had a great stay at the Kimpton and were not disappointed! The hotel is so cute and the attention to detail with the decor and design make it very unique! The service is great too. Brice hotel is right in downtown Savannah. It has a restaurant and a pretty cool courtyard. There is valet parking for about $44. Staff were friendly and helpful. Typical boutique hotel experience. The pictures boast an upscale experience. Get here, AC doesnt work (middle of summer in Savannah GA, unacceptable). The linens are the most uncomfortable they could possible be. Pillows are standard size pillows on a king size bed, talk about taking shortcuts. Light switches dont work, everything is manual. Reception doesnt have cold drinks for purchase, valet didnt offer to help with luggage (despite being a 50$ a night charge). AC in the lobby also doesn't work. 0/10 will not stay here again. The hotel is in disrepair and not up to Kimpton standards and the rooms are filthy!! I have attached photos of the mold and mildew. I also showered the first day and after walking around our supposedly clean room my feet were filthy. Linens are cheap, stained and ripped!!! Unacceptable quality for a hotel or this caliber. The rooms are dark and the hotel itself has broken floors. On top of all this the staff is incredibly rude and nonresponsive. Upon check in the bellhop stood in front of our entrance path blocking our way to check in desk - no he did not greet us or offer to help with bags. Women at check in desk did not greet us and continued their ongoing conversation before addressing us. Housekeeping missed our room on multiple days. We spoke with a manager before leaving and he apologized and offered a refund of two nights.... However it's been over two weeks since we left and no refund!!! I emailed an employee repeatedly and she is non responsive. I called this morning to ask when the refund will be processed and the woman tried to charge me MORE money instead of doing a refund. Then she hung up on me Do not ever stay here!!! Go to the Thompson down the road. read more

Do not trust the associates to apply their hotel credit gimmick to use in the onsite restaurant and expect to be charged a $32.10 daily junk destination fee. The hotel is in a nice location, it has a nice courtyard, and an ice machine. Our room had paint pealing from the ceiling but you get what you pay for. I would recommend the other downtown IHG hotels. read more

Fantastic hotel, great location and newly updated; they offer free pet stays as well as free EV Tesla Charging. Hotel is right across the river and within walking distance of many historic attractions. They have a well decorated lit quaint central courtyard for relaxing and congregating. We had an amazing stay here! We were traveling with my chocolate lab and booked this dog friendly hotel. This is the best dog friendly hotel I've ever stayed. 1) they are located in Savannah historical district, everything is pretty much walking distance. 2) safe neighborhood 3) they have happy hour everyday from 5-6. Free wine and great to mingle. They have an Italian restaurant on the first floor, they provided delicious appetizers for this happy hour- when we stayed for a couple of nights, they served different appetizer for each night. Amazing. 4) complimentary water and infused water, coffee(in morning) 5) clean and staffs are nice. Cute room decorations 6) dog friendly without any additional fee. Pet deposit applies. Free dog cookies at the lobby My dog has always lived in high rise apt building (we live in NYC) and he immediately loved this place. A lot of dog guests there, he enjoyed saying hi to them. We loved the city and this hotel so much, we extended the hotel for another night. Highly recommended and we will be back for sure! read more

Only has valet parking what if I want to access my car and come and go as I please and unload all my stuff myself I don't want to have to use some bell hop and tip, tipping culture is already out of control. No bathtubs in rooms stupid boutique hotel I only booked because I booked through hot wire I would never choose this hotel. Pool and gym were difficult to find and when I asked them to email me directions( I didn't want to wait in line at the desk forever just to find out where the gym was) they said they would and never did it also took like 5 minutes to get the guy to agree to send the email and he acted like it couldn't be done. When I tried to go to the pool these people had construction persons ripping out the flooring. You should not be doing construction work when guests are using the hotel and not on such a critical path. This hotel is a mess. The staff are lackadaisical and incompetent. Don't ever stay here. read more

Absolutely not the Kimpton standard, I ended up leaving early and had a munch better experience at the Hilton Garden Inn a few blocks away. Before getting to the room, check-in was a mess. It's a small desk space and there were probably 4 people ahead of me in line to check in and it felt chaotic. The receptionist took my ID credit card, gave me back my cc and then said "have a nice stay" no ID, no room key. Then she gave me the ID but still forgot the room key. The room, gross. Felt like it hasn't been cleaned well in months. The shower had hair on different walls and some kind of light green cream like a conditioning hair masque that a former guest must have used and the cleaning staff didn't clean the bathroom. The floors were also dirty, the sides of the wall were dark and dusty as in months of non-cleaning and different dog hairs from previous stays. So bad that I used towels to put down on the floor because my feet felt gross. Oh also, no slippers!! I was very surprised that this hotel had a very limited supply of standard hotel things. If you needed a shower cap or sewing kit or anything like that, you had to ask the front desk. Speaking of asking the front desk, when I asked for 2 more towels (to replace the ones I put down on the filthy floor), they told me they didn't have any clean towels because all of the rooms were booked (what?) but they'd give me pool towels (not plush or nice at all). When I got to the room, I realized one of the "pool towels" they gave me was ripped along the side and had several holes on it. Also, it's advertised as a dog-friendly hotel which is great and I was happy to bring my dog but the walls are thin and you can hear dogs barking all day long. Mine is 15 and is unbothered so it wasn't an issue for her. Every time someone walked by the hallway, there were 2 dogs near my room that would go off barking. Finally, we go to check out and get our car. We wait about 10 minutes even though it wasn't busy and we're there on the sidewalk waiting with the dog, our bags etc and they don't even open any of the car doors (not even the trunk) or offer to help us with the bags. It's a $45 parking fee and they can't even open the car door?!?! I'm embarrassed for the Kimpton. With the different options available to stay in Savannah, I recommend staying anywhere but here. read more

This place is a rip off. Kimpton is supposed to be luxury. I booked through AMEX and regret it. I would be very upset if I paid the advertised price for this hotel. The bathroom is a coat closet. When I checked in there was still trash in my bathroom trash can. Parking is $44 a night and there's no other options nearby. $7 for a bottle of water in your room. I was told I got a pool view room yet there's no pool view unless you smash your face up to the window and turn your head until you break your neck. Would not recommend. read more

Beautiful historical building that is currently the Kimpton Brice hotel. The staff are so friendly and hospitable they make this hotel so special. From the bellman to the front desk (Rodney), and the manager (Xavier) everyone is so helpful and kind. They allow pets and are one of the few hotels rhat don't harge an additonal fee for our animals. The rooms are clean and comfortable and many have views of the lovely interio courtyard or park. The restaurant has a nice breakfast. It is in the heart of Savannah within walking distamce to most attraction and the riverfront. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel if you are lookong for a place to stay in Savannah. read more
