What a great stay! Had the large chocolate lab in tow which limits us. I'm a hilton guy and usually stay at one of the corporate places with points. However, after reading reviews, I decided to take a chance and try this place on our way back to Florida. What a great surprise!. First, it started with Brian at the front desk. His energy and positive welcoming was infectious. Then, they had a great accommodations with a two story room on the 4th floor. Traveling with my wife and 2 daughters, they were surprised since they are used to my corporate rooms. Also had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The hors d'oeuvres and wine at 5:30 in the lobby was also a great treat to hold us over until dinner. Brian recommended Vic's for dinner which did not disappoint. I forgot to tell them, but the girls discovered the Klondike bars in the freezer upon our return which was fantastic. Whoever is training their staff on customer service gets 5 stars as well. Everyone we interacted with had a big smile and was very welcoming. Even the ladies cleaning the rooms yelled down at us from upstairs as we were leaving thanking us for staying and wished us safe travels. Wow. Other businesses can learn from this in how you treat customers. Just awesome. Overall, we only passed through for one night, but decided to plan our trip next time to stay a few days. The downtown comic book stores and riverwalk was great for the whole family and dog. The only real problem we had was I drank too much of the bottomless wine! Thank you!

We stayed two nights in The Constellation suite and had a great experience! The location was absolutely prime, basically right on River Street. Parking was included and conveniently right next to the entrance. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, from helping us bring our luggage to the room, to delivering complimentary ice cream treats and little note cards with the daily weather forecast. The suite itself was massive and felt like an entire apartment. We did hear that the hotel was haunted by a ghost named Hank, but we slept peacefully and had zero disturbances. The walls were a little thin, but ear plugs were provided, so the noise wasn't an issue. Our room also had a view of the river, so we could watch the boats passing by. Overall, we loved Olde Harbour Inn - would happily return!

Wonderful Inn right on the water. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very welcoming.

I have been a photographer here many times for weddings and the price is very affordable, I love that you can go upstairs to Emmett Park and go right outside and get some great photos or you can go down and outside to River Street and get some photos on the water. The location is awesome

I received a phone call two days after apologizing and gave me credit for the one night we stayed there. They went above and beyond to apologize and make it right. I appreciate that.

First of all was the Staff! This was the best hospitality experience we've ever had! Second was the property itself. It captures the spirit of Savannah (and it has a spirit, Hank!) Oh, did I mention the staff? Third was the location, right on River Street. But most of all: the staff!!!!!!

My sister and I recently enjoyed our annual sisters trip in Savannah, staying at the Olde Harbour Inn. First, it was a great location, close to dining, shopping and nightlife. The accommodations were great, with the added touches of in-room ice cream service and wine with snackin's every evening. But, the icing on the cake was the service. Brian and Kevin were extremely helpful. Kevin was a champ lugging my sister's suitcase up the stairs, then mine. Brian, he drives the fun bus, with all the help you need booking tours and offering dining recommendations. My sister and I are already planning our next trip to Savannah and staying at Olde Harbour Inn.

Olde Harbour Inn, Historic Inns of Savannah is a great place to stay in the middle of everything. I really like the location and views. Good experience every time I have been here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have a great stay.

Whether you're bringing your fur friend with you or not, this boutique hotel is amazing! We booked two rooms, one dog friendly and one balcony suite. Both amazing. I will always stay here when I'm Savannah. The staff are always courteous from the moment we get there. Since the last time we stayed here two years ago, they have upgraded the bathrooms and they look fabulous! For a building that was built in the 1800s they have kept a nice touch to render its history. The wood floors still got a little squeak to them and that's the stuff I dig! The balcony room was by far my favorite and a great people watching and sunset spot.

I stayed at the Old Harbour Inn in Savannah, GA for two nights. The experience was absolutely incredible! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kevin, and the room was very nice. We had a river view, and the second bed was in an upstairs loft. It was very clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Being that I lived in Savannah 20 years ago, I have bragged about how incredible Savannah's hospitality is and the staff here definitely showed up. Huge thank you to Joey, Jackie, Cindi, and Darnell or as I refer to them as the dream team for making our stay so incredible. I hope they promote you all into management. Our room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Honestly, one of the best beds I have ever slept on. Perfect if you have jet lag. I love that the toiletries have peppermint so you repeal bugs, which is a must in the south. Great alternative if you forget the bug spray. There's a coffee bar, restaurant, and a speakeasy bar that was Alice and wonderland themed. In the afternoon you are offered champagne, which is such a nice touch. They have bikes available to sightsee rather than walking. This hotel is close to everything in case you want to walk and explore shops, dining, etc. Overall, this hotel is beautifully decorated and charming. Something Savannah is known for. I highly recommend this hotel. Especially because it's pet friendly!

Most concerning was that one elevator was out of service for the entire hotel during both visits, creating long waits and inconvenience throughout the stay with the one remaining elevator. This single elevator was used by the staff as well. The hotel itself felt poorly maintained. The carpet in the hallways and rooms appeared dirty, and there was a persistent musty smell that made the property feel old and neglected. The room also did not include coffee, which is a basic amenity most travelers expect from a hotel in this price range. They did offer 2 automatic coffee machines in the lobby area which was nice but inconvenient. The breakfast was another issue. It was a buffet arrangement. The selection was very limited, and nearly everything offered consisted of highly processed food items with little variety or freshness. The second visit had fewer items than the first. Breakfast is included in the room rate so obviously the hotel is looking to find the cheapest way out. It was very disappointing. What made the experience even more frustrating was the valet parking situation. The hotel charges $48 per night for valet parking, yet there is a city parking lot immediately next door charging only about $10-14 per night. The markup felt excessive and unnecessary. The only positive part of our stay was the staff. The employees were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, and they clearly did their best to work around the flaws in the hotel's systems and maintenance issues. Unfortunately, good service alone could not make up for the overall condition and value of the property. We will not be staying here again. We advise others to do the same. There are several other hotels in this area with the same prime location.

I didn't explore third building, but I'm aware that there are more rooms there and an entertainment venue too. I received very friendly service for my check-in. The hotel is in a convenient spot with plenty to do nearby; we were able to walk to the riverfront and explore the Christmas market, which was a nice touch during our stay. It overlooked the terrace, which had a pleasant pool area and a fire pit, and the hotel provided fun extras like s'mores kits in the evening, which added a nice, cozy element to the stay. Room also included some complimentary snacks and Coke products, which was nice. One downside was parking--valet is expensive, and the suggested parking deck was full for most of our stay. This hotel has long term leases on almost all of level P3 of the Whittaker Street Parking Garage…read more Other private businesses with long term leases on spots mark the spots to inform people not to lark. Andaz Savannah Hyatt does not post signs nor mark the spots nor have any gate or signs to know what part of the garage they leased. Instead have sensors in the unmarked spots and tow without bothering to post any sign. Completely predatory. Sensors cost more than signs. They should put up signs. This is a very unethical dirty hotel that is doing harm to the city and the community. I went to a conference in Savannah, and carpooled with a coworker. We had gone to park at the Whittaker Street Parking Garage. On level P3, we went through an open gate to get in, and then needed a swipe card to get out. Half that floor is marked with "reserved for" signs, hanging from the ceiling and on the wall and concrete support columns by each parking spot. Those were something like reserved for a condo or something, not Andaz. Half is not marked at all. This is like a line down the middle half. The south part of the garage was marked; the north part was not. Line down the middle like 2 sections. Because the half that was marked said towing, my coworker had stayed in the car, and I went to go find the parking attendant to confirm we were parked in a public paid spot. On the street level, the security for Savannah said that where we were parked was OK, and that all reserved spots have to be marked. She told me where to find the parking attendant. The parking attendant said that all reserved spots are marked, and that unmarked spots are for the public paid parking. I went back to the car to tell my coworker that we were good to go. Well, it had taken me easily 20 minutes due to there is one single attendant. Lucky us, because when I got back, an Andaz Savannah Hyatt employee was there with my coworker saying he would towed. Apparently, rather than put up signs in their reserved spots, the Andaz Savannah Hyatt puts sensors pointed at each spot to detect a car, and then orders a tow. A sensor has to cost more than a sign. That's so dirty and immoral to not post a sign, and then to tow people. The two employees of the city and of the parking garage said that that was a public paid spot based on there not being any posted signs that it was reserved. Andaz Savannah Hyatt just cannot be bothered to communicate. They will tow, bill for the tow, mess up transmission on a four wheel drive, and stick that whole mess of theirs onto regular people. Because they can't be bother to even post a sign. Also to leave, we had to drive out an "in" gate, which apparently they leave the "in" gate permanently up for cars to drive through, then have a billing "out" gate that you have to swipe the card and be billed to leave. Like a trap. No signs when you come in, and no signs on their entire half of the P3 level. I am certain what they are doing is illegal, to tow without having any posted signs at all on their half of the garage. When I searched, Georgia law requires 12x18 inch no parking signs or a sign at the gate. Andaz Savannah Hyatt had a permanently open gate for entrance, closed gate for exit, and absolutely no signs on what the employee of Andaz said was the Andaz parking. And said he would have towed if my coworker weren't there in the car. Well, it's travelers and tourists, so Andaz Savannah Hyatt can get away with it, because they rob from people who don't live in the city. They break the law, and harm the community. This hotel is doing dirty. What else are they doing. Nope, nope, nope. Badly run and cannot be trusted. Even if you are not a customer, the Andaz Savannah Hyatt will harm you just for being nearby.

I don't know, if I was staff at a hotel, I would probably tell them to keep it down after 8 PM, but that's just me. It sounds like the rooms on the other side of the hotel are really noisy as well, so I guess moving and wouldn't have done much. The valet took a really long time in the morning. I wouldn't have minded that if they would have told us in the beginning, but when you check in, they tell you to give them five minutes to retrieve your vehicle. It took the guy 20 minutes to respond to my request (I was first in the queue) and I had to go walk down and grab the car myself because I needed to leave immediately. It sounds like he was managing two properties, so not his fault. When not knowing where the valet was, the front desk wasn't helpful. She kind of dismissed the issue. She did end up calling him, but she didn't act like she cared about our situation at all in the beginning. It actually prompted us to take action and another gentleman waiting for his car went and looked in the valet garage to see if somebody was even there because he was having the same issues.
