A gift from the Kehoe House for our anniversary. It's the little touches that keep us coming back.

My husband and I love this beautiful house! And, the breakfast is always on point. Happy hour at 5 is always fun. Wine, port, and an hor'derve are always served. The lemonade is southern sweet!

Me and my husband got married here with the elopement package and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. The staff was incredible from the beginning to the end they made my wedding really something special I will return here again and again when in Savannah.

Loved our stay at this charming and historic B&B! We were hesitant to stay at any hotel due to COVID, however Kehoe House made us feel comfortable and safe - plexiglass at check-in desk, social distancing rules in place, staff in masks, and hand sanitizer and gloves readily available. The entire establishment was very clean and well taken care of. Originally planned on staying for one night, but quickly tacked on another night. Service was impeccable! From the minute we stepped into the Kehoe house, a friendly hostess greeted us. We were welcomed into a family of hardworking staff that tended to our every request and strove to provide excellence! Kiki, the chef, cooked up the most delicious breakfasts, which were served on our charming balcony both mornings. She was very accommodating to any special requests! The B&B also offered daily happy hour snacks with wine and delivered dessert and cookies to the room. They go above and beyond to make guests happy! Our room was spacious - bed was comfortable and high quality toiletries. Turn down service was provided. Definitely recommend paying a bit more for a balcony. Great location, right in the heart of historic Savannah and an easy walk away from just about anything. Recommended this B&B to my family and would make the same recommendation to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and top-notch stay! Southern hospitality at its finest.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend get-away and i can't say enough about this beautiful gem. The staff made us feel at home the moment we walked in. Let me correct myself, the staff seemed more like family so sweet and welcoming. Miss Rita took care of our tour accommodations and even called us to make sure we were having a nice time. Chef Terre, omg, prepared food that tasted like a piece of heaven. Jennifer was so sweet and accommodating. Everyone was amazing! This is definitely a must stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed here when we went to the Stevie Nicks show. We were immediately greeted with smiles and champagne. The service and amenities were impeccable. The ambiance was so GOOD. My sister and I had such a good time! We will definitely be back.

Just look at the pictures it tells the whole story. I love this place. Best bed-and-breakfast in the city of Savannah

2nd visit to the Kehoe House was just as amazing as the first! The staff is by far the best we have ever experienced. They are so welcoming, helpful with dining and other excursions, and always so friendly. The breakfasts were all great. The evening happy hours were lots of fun to visit with other guests. We will definitely be back again!

This place was amazing!! Besides being gorgeous, the staff and service were excellent. From the time you step into this home, your every need is met with kindness and servitude. Each morning they also provide the most amazing breakfast, customized to individual choices. Spa robes in the room, turn down service with cookies, evening wine and desert in the parlor and beautiful furnishings and chandeliers top it off. My sister just got married in the courtyard and they took care of everything....it was magical.

Just because it is a historic location does not make it a five star facility. * It lacks the following: * Valet parking * Bell hops * Actual suites: our Garden Suite consisted of one large room with two small, frosted windows, one bathroom and one closet. It reminded me of an isolation cell in my father's jail (he was a guard not an inmate.). There was a non- working fireplace * No dining facilities except for breakfast * No on site or nearby parking * No sizable bar * Worn appearance in places (see photos). * Steep and narrow steps to get to our room * Scarce storage space * Minimal electric outlets * When making the reservation for our 55th wedding anniversary I told them that we would be bringing our 18 and year old Daschund. They said there would be a dog bed and dog bowls. Unfortunately, Otto had three seizures two days prior to our arrival, and we had to have him euthanized. There was neither a dog bed nor dog bowls. * Only one trash basket in the bathroom * No heat when it was in the 30s in the morning, 40s by midday, 50s by sunset * No nearby restaurants in walking distance * No automatic refills of water or San Pellegrino, you have to ask * No soft drinks or alcohol in mini fridge * Weak internet signal Now, on the good side: Room was large Staff was friendly and responsive It was exceptionally cold Savannah is a quaint old southern town We are accustomed to real five star hotels like the Waldorf Astoria or The Kimberley in Manhattan or any of the Ritz Carlton properties in Florida

We split the syrniki (pancakes) and two egg breakfast. Also a side of bacon and fruit. Yum! I had the matcha latte this time and it was great too. The Marshall House is located directly on Broughton St near shopping and restaurants, and it's within walking distance of pretty much everything you will want to see! You will barely need a rental car for your trip. Despite being on the main road, I found the hotel to be pretty quiet! The historic inn is beautifully restored. Each room is unique. If you're lucky enough to get a front-facing room on the second floor, you have access to the shared balcony overlooking the street. My room was cozy and comfortable! There are cozy bathrobes in each room. The Marshall House has some unique amenities. They provide bottled water (both cold and room temperature) by the main desk for hotel guests! So great during the summer heat. They also have a complimentary wine and cheese reception every evening in the Library with entertainment (musicians, lectures, trivia, etc.) so make sure to include that in your trip itinerary! Breakfast is also included with the price of the room. Breakfast is served in the atrium off the library. You are seated by the wonderful staff, and then you check off/circle your order on the menu they provide. Breakfast comes off of a buffet, so it's a little odd not to just help yourself, but service is super quick! The Marshall House is in the running for most haunted hotel in the country, but I didn't have any ghost encounters while I was there unfortunately. It was fun to hear the stories of other guests and to learn more about the history of the hotel! The breakfast was okay, the coffee was terrible - and I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I couldn't even drink it. The room wasn't as clean as it should've been. The pillow case had a stain on it.
