A gift from the Kehoe House for our anniversary. It's the little touches that keep us coming back.

My husband and I love this beautiful house! And, the breakfast is always on point. Happy hour at 5 is always fun. Wine, port, and an hor'derve are always served. The lemonade is southern sweet!

Me and my husband got married here with the elopement package and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. The staff was incredible from the beginning to the end they made my wedding really something special I will return here again and again when in Savannah.

Loved our stay at this charming and historic B&B! We were hesitant to stay at any hotel due to COVID, however Kehoe House made us feel comfortable and safe - plexiglass at check-in desk, social distancing rules in place, staff in masks, and hand sanitizer and gloves readily available. The entire establishment was very clean and well taken care of. Originally planned on staying for one night, but quickly tacked on another night. Service was impeccable! From the minute we stepped into the Kehoe house, a friendly hostess greeted us. We were welcomed into a family of hardworking staff that tended to our every request and strove to provide excellence! Kiki, the chef, cooked up the most delicious breakfasts, which were served on our charming balcony both mornings. She was very accommodating to any special requests! The B&B also offered daily happy hour snacks with wine and delivered dessert and cookies to the room. They go above and beyond to make guests happy! Our room was spacious - bed was comfortable and high quality toiletries. Turn down service was provided. Definitely recommend paying a bit more for a balcony. Great location, right in the heart of historic Savannah and an easy walk away from just about anything. Recommended this B&B to my family and would make the same recommendation to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and top-notch stay! Southern hospitality at its finest.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend get-away and i can't say enough about this beautiful gem. The staff made us feel at home the moment we walked in. Let me correct myself, the staff seemed more like family so sweet and welcoming. Miss Rita took care of our tour accommodations and even called us to make sure we were having a nice time. Chef Terre, omg, prepared food that tasted like a piece of heaven. Jennifer was so sweet and accommodating. Everyone was amazing! This is definitely a must stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed here when we went to the Stevie Nicks show. We were immediately greeted with smiles and champagne. The service and amenities were impeccable. The ambiance was so GOOD. My sister and I had such a good time! We will definitely be back.

Just look at the pictures it tells the whole story. I love this place. Best bed-and-breakfast in the city of Savannah

2nd visit to the Kehoe House was just as amazing as the first! The staff is by far the best we have ever experienced. They are so welcoming, helpful with dining and other excursions, and always so friendly. The breakfasts were all great. The evening happy hours were lots of fun to visit with other guests. We will definitely be back again!

Just because it is a historic location does not make it a five star facility. Let me repeat that. The Bellwether House in Savannah, Georgia is not a five star accommodation. Just because it is a historic location does not make it a five star facility. * It lacks the following: * Valet parking * Bell hops * Actual suites: our Garden Suite consisted of one large room with two small, frosted windows, one bathroom and one closet. It reminded me of an isolation cell in my father's jail (he was a guard not an inmate.). There was a non- working fireplace * No dining facilities except for breakfast * No on site or nearby parking * No sizable bar * Worn appearance in places (see photos). * Steep and narrow steps to get to our room * Scarce storage space * Minimal electric outlets * When making the reservation for our 55th wedding anniversary I told them that we would be bringing our 18 and year old Daschund. They said there would be a dog bed and dog bowls. Unfortunately, Otto had three seizures two days prior to our arrival, and we had to have him euthanized. There was neither a dog bed nor dog bowls. * Only one trash basket in the bathroom * No heat when it was in the 30s in the morning, 40s by midday, 50s by sunset * No nearby restaurants in walking distance * No automatic refills of water or San Pellegrino, you have to ask * No soft drinks or alcohol in mini fridge * Weak internet signal Now, on the good side: Room was large Staff was friendly and responsive It was exceptionally cold Savannah is a quaint old southern town We are accustomed to real five star hotels like the Waldorf Astoria or The Kimberley in Manhattan or any of the Ritz Carlton properties in Florida

Tea time from 4-5pm was cute with choice of coffee or tea and several bite size snacks. If you're looking for a non caffeinated option def get the Golden Milk. Plus the evening cookies were a delightful surprise. Of course the star of the show is breakfast from 8-10am. You can order anything off the menu. We split the syrniki (pancakes) and two egg breakfast. Also a side of bacon and fruit. Yum! I had the matcha latte this time and it was great too. Good thing Forsyth Park was close by to walk off the itis before our drive home. Shout out to the staff working on 12/19 - 12/20 for making our short stay wonderful!

We stayed in the Oglethorpe penthouse, super comfortable and charming. Slept like a baby. We were traveling from out of state and were forced to cancel our trip because of a serious, unexpected health scare that made flying impossible. This was not a change of plans, a scheduling conflict, or us simply deciding not to come. We genuinely could not travel. Every single other hotel, reservation, and business we had booked for this trip was kind enough to work with us and issue a refund given the circumstances. The Gastonian was the only one that refused. What makes this especially upsetting is that we were already dealing with a frightening medical situation. Instead of showing even the smallest amount of understanding or discretion, The Gastonian chose to keep our money for a stay we physically could not make. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies. I also understand that businesses have the ability to decide how they treat people during exceptional circumstances. This experience showed me exactly where The Gastonian stands. Beautiful properties are easy to find. Compassion, customer service, and basic human decency apparently are not. I would never book here again, and I would encourage anyone traveling from out of state--or anyone who understands that emergencies can happen without warning--to think very carefully before putting their money in the hands of a business that may show you no flexibility when you need it most.
