Walk in and its really inviting. Salon space was kind of small but welcoming and homey feeling. There are 3 ladies that work there and they were all really nice and funny. I got a simple cut and eyebrow wax. Price was amazing and Becky did a great job. Will definitely be going back in the future and cant wait to bring my daughter in for a cut and color in the upcoming weeks!! Great little place! Unannounced they decided to no longer purchase Aveda color. Their colorists were not advised about this nor did they have an explanation for the colorist to give to the client. What do you do when you sit down for a hair color and the colorist changes the product you love? You have no choice right then and there. I am not happy at all with the results, sure they will offer to fix it. Who wants to spend another 2 hrs at the salon. A phone call to warn me would have avoided my INTENSE dislike with how this was handled. I will find a better salon that treats their customers with respect. It is totally unprofessional to be treated like this without a call to give me an option to change my hair color treatment before I actually came in for my appointment.
