I called A+ Nail for an appointment, the gentleman I spoke to and I agreed on 1:30pm. I showed up a few minutes late. Upon arrival there were four or five technicians working on people, so they sat me down at pedi chair and this is where the problem started...I waited a good 5-8 mins before someone came to start pedi. Once pedi began, I was again to wait for a different tech to come finish pedi and paint my nails. While waiting, I observed a tech taking care of two people at the same time. ?!?!?! I'm totally confused why they'd do something like this. I feel they take on too many people for the amount of techs they have. I would not go back, just wasn't a good fit for me.

I have no complaints about the pedicures/manicures/waxing services, as those are my regular selections.
