Well, I'll write a review while I'm waiting on my clothes to finish washing. Let me first say that…read morethis is my first review on Yelp, and I'm excited to start reviewing businesses, especially those in my local community. I'll start off by saying I don't know anything about washing clothes (that's your parents job, right?) After a night of partying and puking all over my bed, I thought it best to take the clothes and bed spread to a laundry mat, so I wouldn't have to tell my parents why there was puke all over my things. I always drive past this laundry mat, but have never been in which is why I chose to come here. The building is nicer than the other one I know of in town. Upon entering, I found the service desk. Since I had absolutely no idea what to do, I kindly asked the woman for assistance and told her what happened. Even though it really wasn't her job, she helped me pick out detergent and some bounce sheets. Then before washing the clothes, she looked at tags and helped me sort the different colors into two machines. She then helped me add the soap, choose the water temp, and start the machines. I even had a red shirt that couldn't be washed with the other colors, so she offered to hand wash it for me. By this point I felt bad because of all she had done for me The washers are just about done, so I'll finish up this review when I get out to my car... Well, we got the clothes out of the washer, put them into the dryers, and now all my things are clean and smell great! I'm glad she was there to help with the dryers too because I have a bed cover containing plastic that would have been ruined if I put it in the dryer with heat. The service here was beyond courteous, and the woman was extremely helpful! I like that she didn't just do the laundry for me, but she actually took the time to explain what to do for next time. I hope I never have to do this again under the same circumstances, but if I do then I know I'll be coming back here!

(either that or they could call someone over the phone and have them run my card but I wouldn't get a receipt) the ATM was only 2 or three blocks away so that wasn't so bad but I'll tell you what severely upset me... the bottoms of EVERY SLEEVE that I brought were wrinkled just above the cuffs. (When I say "Wrinkled" I mean it looks like a kid tried to give my sleeves an "Indian burn" right there... they look like crumpled paper!!) I brought more shirts to them and informed them that it was unacceptable, I was told that it only happened b/c I had fitted shirts but they could rectify that and it wouldn't be an issue... I gave them 28 dress shirts that day... any guess on how many of these shirts are horribly wrinkled where the cuff meets the sleeve?? if you guessed EVERY SHIRT, you're correct! I paid 98 dollars cash for these shirts to be cleaned an pressed, 98 dollars!! and out of the 28 shirts, not one of them came out the way any of my former dry cleaners would have had it done. the plus is that the shirts are clean... and as far as I can tell in one piece so... i guess thats worth one extra star.

I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.
