My last visit which was a couple days ago I was screamed at to leave because I very loudly asked why a worker could use the women's restroom but it was closed to the public. I am disabled with both kidney and bladder issues and I observed a worker going into the women's restroom. I heard her flush the toilet and wash her hands . So yes I ignored the sign and I myself went in and used the restroom myself. I observed absolutely NOTHING wrong with the toilet nor the sink . Although the restroom was disgustingly dirty as if it has had continuous use without any cleaning. The hand towels were over flowing from the trash onto the floor . The floors were dirty and unmoved. Upon coming out I was verbally attacked by not 1 but 3 goodwill workers . 1 being an assistant manager ( Carrie Jeffrey who has time and time again proved herself to be rude not only to myself but I've also been told by previous employees who worked there . She told me she didn't have to tell me a reason I can't use the restroom . Demanding that I leave because an elderly woman not dressed as a worker started talking rudely to me as well and i told her that I have nothing to say to her that she needed to go on and asked who she was anyways and she said she worked there. I told her he rudeness no matter her age is why most elderly people get hurt and use their age to cry elder abuse and then the actual worker who used the toilet was yelling at me too. So all 3 yelling at me at the same time and I told them to shut up it was just piss and I flushed it ! They were making a big deal of me using the toilet that the workers were using. When I cashed out the elderly woman followed me to the register STILL running her mouth . The young girl running the register was the nicest little thing and seemed embarrassed of their behavior. I told her I wasn't going to listen to the old lady's remarks . She told the lady she didn't need her help but the lady was making rude comments anyways. I said I'll never come back here again. This store always has rude workers that can't be compassionate or understanding and that I thought was Goodwill was about. Then here comes Carrie Jeffrey again SCREAMING through the store telling me again not to talk to her employees and to leave the store. Yes I said curse .yes I was pissed .yes I acted like a mad woman because I was. All because I pissed In a WORKING toilet that workers were using and was rudely attacked. I was even followed out to the parking lot by Carrie Jeffrey . She was telling me she was going to call the cops if I didn't leave . Sad thing is there was also another elderly woman who was there who needed to use the toilet . She was a plain clothes worker .She told me although the other workers were allowed to use the toilet they forced her to go to McDonald's up the parking lot .She said she has bladder problems and she was made to hold hers for 3 hours . She stopped me in the parking lot to tell me . The big OWNER of Goodwill only donates a small percentage of money to charities off of donations. I NEVER donate anything to Goodwill ever. I take my stuff to the Lutheran atleast they feed the hungry and clothe the poor . Goodwill is a joke . They google stuff and put what price it's going for on ebay to make the fat man RICHER. STOP DONATING . STOP SHOPPING . GO TO LUTHERAN STORE IN BELLEFONTAINE. I called Tim again too. He said supposedly they have had 3 plumbers there. And it's NOT the WOMENS restroom it's the men's. I told him if they don't want public restrooms for the public to build a wall . He said that those restrooms are the same that the employees use as well so .

If you have watched TV in the past year or so, I am almost 100% certain that you have seen a Jos A…read more Bank commercial. They are everywhere! While it seems like they always have these hard to believe sales, they are actually a very elegant clothier for menswear. With this being said, I never go in and buy anything at all price. It seems as though that all of their products will go on sale at some point within three weeks, so if you wait, you can get a pretty sweet deal. What's really nice about chain stores like this is that once you find your size in something, and the people who work at the store will gladly help you out, you never really have to try on clothes again. I find all of their shirts, suits, and pants are consistent in size. Just go in, and by what you need in your size. Now, there are two stores in the Toledo area. There is one located at the Franklin Park Mall and this one. Levis Commons is the location to go to! The location at the Franklin Park Mall is strongly lacking in customer service. No one smiles and you may not get service if you are not slightly dressed up. Go figure? The people who work at the Levis Commons location really have their act together. They go out of their way to help you and make sure that you are satisfied with what you are buying. I'm a person who strives on customer service, and Mike is probably the best person in the Toledo area for this company. Whether you're going in there just to look or to actually buy, the people at the store help you out - even going so far as to help you put your coat on and carrying your items to a dressing room. The biggest thing I noticed, was they like to get to know you. Two separate people on different occasions inquired gently as to what I did for a living, and suggested items that I could use in that setting. They were not trying to be nosy - I think they actually try to build business relationships. It really is the little things that separate a good from a bad store.

I live right near Jos. A Bank so I figured I would give it a shot. I am pretty much writing this review for the guy that helped me named Joseph Mclane. He was very friendly through the whole process. He helped me set up what is called a "retail group" which has made it really easy for my groomsmen to go to Jos. A bank and know exactly which suit to get. When I went in there that day I honestly had no intention to actually buy a suit. Joseph made me and my fiancé feel very comfortable and he really did seem like he was doing everything he could to get me and my friends the best deal. I have a total of 7 groomsman and have since brought my future brother and father in law (who bought 2 suits) in to that same location. I can honestly say that our encounter with Joseph Mcclane the first day is the reason we chose to get all 10 suits through Joseph A bank.
