I had never even heard of this store, but two different people recommended it so we went to check it out. It is a little pricier, but it is totally worth it! We were helped by Christina. She watched each of us walk and told us which shoes would be right for us and was extremely knowledgeable about the products they offered. Whereas everytime I go into a finish line employees avoid you and no one is ever very helpful. Christina knew what she was talking about and made it a great experience overall. We will definitely be back!

I find that most of their can goods taste better, you can smell how fresh the Deli foods are, all their produce is kept clean (especially, with no insects flying around), their clothing has a pretty accurate size, and so much more...Especially, the fresh smell of the bakery when you walk into the store. I have had the best customer service; they take you to the product, and sometimes give you tips about the product you are looking for. They seem really concerned on wanting to help you, and they know how to clearly explain their merchandise. I also get good deals on the mperks (digital coupons), not only are you saving with digital coupons but, you might also save at the cash register; I average about $600 or more a year just on mperks. You can also save with other coupons and their low prices. It is free to sign up and use the digital coupons; no membership fee. I have been shopping at the Findlay store since 1988, and overall it has been the best store to shop at; they generally keep most products stocked up, the aisles are clean, they have great sales & savings, and excellent customer service. Really love the people who work for this store!!!…read more I have been long distance running and have been struggling for the past year 1/2 to find sneakers I really loved (they discontinued making my older Nike sneakers). I bought Nike sneakers from this location, which unfortunately really hurt my shins, calves and feet.. I returned a week later with my receipt and simply asked if I can make an exchange because the Nike sneakers hurt my feet. Not only did the women at the counter say I could return them, but gave me great advice and helped me choose new sneakers for my long distance running! I now have Ascics sneakers and the support is amazing and I have no pain! So nice of this store to let me return shoes I already wore and take the time to help me choose the correct shoes for my feet! So friendly and kind!
