I was told they get that from the other store the next day. I left my name and phone number. Never heard back. They were unhelpful. They gave me the feeling that they really didnt want my business. Reminded me of that sales lady in Pretty Woman that asked Julia Robert's to leave her store. Won't be back.

Really love the people who work for this store!!!…read more I have been long distance running and have been struggling for the past year 1/2 to find sneakers I really loved (they discontinued making my older Nike sneakers). I bought Nike sneakers from this location, which unfortunately really hurt my shins, calves and feet.. I returned a week later with my receipt and simply asked if I can make an exchange because the Nike sneakers hurt my feet. Not only did the women at the counter say I could return them, but gave me great advice and helped me choose new sneakers for my long distance running! I now have Ascics sneakers and the support is amazing and I have no pain! So nice of this store to let me return shoes I already wore and take the time to help me choose the correct shoes for my feet! So friendly and kind!

I gather their online store definitely has a much wider selection, but it was disappointing to find nothing. All the sections (boots, athletics, heels, etc.) were very small, and I'm doubtful they had a wide range of sizes for the shoes they did have. It was not exactly a welcoming environment. Granted, when I came in I was the only customer, so that may have factored into it. I was greeted when I came in, but afterwards, the employees just talked to each other. That's totally fine, but I felt a little awkward being there. I felt like an intruder in their conversation. I think they're used to it being kind of slow. For what it's worth, the store itself was pretty clean, and the displays were well-organized. To be honest, I never even looked at the prices because of the limited selections.
